Staying nearby with no restaurant available we drove to Hotel Des Voyageurs restaurant. We have eaten here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. This time my wife and I chose exactly the same meals from the a la carte. Firstly a salad with huge prawns and scallops, which was absolutely delicious. Next we had chosen the... More

Not been touched since the 70's, yes the restaurant is nice with a trout tank in the cafe but the bedroom was full of flies and the staff were worse than Basil Fawlty, give it a wide berth if you are traveling with young family unless you want to expose them early in life to comical moody and surliness. Best... More

We stayed for two nights at the hotel whilst travelling to Spain and back .It had everything you would expect from a hotel in the beautiful Pyrenees Mountains. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the food in the restaurant excellent. The owners are friendly and very helpful and the ambiance is great.

We have visited this Hotel several times in the last six or seven years at different times of the year and each time we arrive it almost feels as if we have "come home" when we walk through the door. We admit that the decor is dated but everything is scrupulously clean and I can't think of anywhere else we... More

We travel from Northern France to holiday in Spain every year. We have stayed at this hotel many many times. The rooms are typically French, clean and adequate for a travelers needs. Cost are approx 53 euros per room. The evening meal is very good, with a good choice on the menu. It is a family run business and the... More

We stayed overnight at the Hotel des Voyageurs while walking the Chemin d'Arles prior to walking on to the Col de Somport the next day. We enjoyed our stay in the quiet village Urdos. Our comfortable room, number 72, accommodated three people with plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was similarly large. Both were scrupulously clean. The decoration wasn't... More

This is a family-run hotel-restaurant that serves delicious dishes far above our expectations for a remote village, and at modest prices. We had Chambre 53, a spacious well-appointed room with a terrace and a view of the mountains, and a spacious bathroom. This was our base for hiking in the Cirque de Lescun and on the Chemin de la Mature.... More

This hotel was in a quiet little village close to the Spanish border. Amazing scenery, and absolutely delicious dinner menu. We had cabbage soup, trout, mutton with beans, profiteroles, and Creme brûlée. Doesn't sound exciting, but it was some of the best food we have had in France and very inexpensive. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a gem of a find in a section of the world where good lodging can be difficult to locate. The Voyageurs is an older establishment but very quaint. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, in particular Nicoise, regardless of our limited ability to speak French! Our room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. The two meals... More

Staff very helpful and friendly, room always very clean and warm, beds very comfortable, restaurant very good, food always of a good standard. DOG FRIENDLY!!! and no charge for a pet in your room. Very good value for money, only down side can be a bit noisy due to other guests, but this has not stopped us staying here and... More
