The rooms are very good and clean. Ideal for a nights stay. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The carpark is great and you can park right outside your room too. We ate in the pub but I couldn't say it was the best meal we have had! My hubby ordered a sirloin streak, this was rather thin and very chewy.... More

An excellent stopover on a cycling trip.We arrived late after a very long day riding and were greeted with great hospitality. We ordered food, got showered then tucked into an enormous meal and dessert.Nothing was too much trouble We loved the chalet style accommodation and very comfortable beds.

Stopped two nights 22/7/2016 to 24/7/2016 whilst attending a family wedding. Very good stop. The accommodation is separate from the inn (behind) with parking outside your en suite room. It was clean, had all the things as advertised. Tea making//TV/Hairdryer/towels etc. The Landlady was extremely helpful snd friendly. The Resteraunt and bar food has a very good, diverse menu including... More

Stopped here when cycling the Way of the Roses cycle ride. Very helpful when booking over the phone as the website didn't work for me. Cycle storage was outside in a locked section. The chalet was comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. Furniture very cheap and basic. Breakfast was ok. Really pleased to see tinned plum tomatoes arrive on my... More

Pleasant rooms converted from what looks to be a former stable block. Not luxurious, but comfortable and clean. The landlady was very friendly and helpful, even pre-ordering a meal for me so I could eat despite arriving late. Breakfast was good - ordered the night before and ready for me so I could make a good start on my day.... More

I and my family have eaten at the Star Inn 4 times in the past three months, last Saturday being the most recent. It is a gem - a village pub that serves freshly made food both English and Greek. Every time we have eaten here there has been something on the menu or specials to suit everyone. Everyone I... More

Firstly to clarify that I never actually stayed overnight, however did see the rooms at a recent family funeral gathering. Our grandad was a popular local Nafferton man. The rooms are basic and on the snug side, and there is definitely room for the basics to be upgraded, however I was told that breakfast was really something to look forward... More

Just spent a very pleasant overnight stay at the Star Inn, Nafferton. The chalet type accommodation at the rear of the Inn is comfortable with a well appointed shower room, adequately furnished and heated. Most importantly it was impeccably clean. The breakfast was well cooked, and included a selection cereals , fruit juice and endless coffee. This is a superb... More

Fantastic two day stay at the Starr Inn Nafferton being down for a family celebration. Rooms clean and food excellent. Lynn the owner went out her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Good location and buses to take you to various locations to visit. We visited the lovely little town of Beverly.

Five chalets in the pub car park. Not disturbed by any pub noise. The pub is small and friendly and the Greek food is almost like being in Athens or on a Greek island. The accommodation was satisfactory and clean all at a reasonable cost and included a breakfast with a mix of your choice. Free Wi-fi with strong signal.... More
