What a hidden gem! Felt like we were the only ones there...(there was one other couple) but we saw them rarely. Even at capacity I think this would be a place that you could have a very private experience if you wanted. However if you like to party there are multiple places to congregate. The staff are attentive and unobtrusive and were on top of anything we could wish for. The Cannabis was fantastic and we enjoyed being able to smoke on the property and not be glared at by other guests... pretty much the only place I've been able to do that since before it became such an issue. Our dream trip was just to relax and enjoy our cannabis/tobacco friendly vacay and bask in the Jamaican sunshine for 8 days possibly doing absolutely nothing, however our experience became so much more than that. If you want to have adventures, just ask...they will set you up with whoever and whatever is needed for that. Or you can just stay in the beautiful resort and be taken care of like family. The food is delicious and there is plenty of variety in the menu, let them know if you have any requests and it's done. Our meal plan included breakfast lunch and dinner and all were delicious. My husband is a picky eater and he loved the food, which is saying something! Rooms are clean and well appointed, King bed was perfect in the Hibiscus Cabin and the outdoor shower was amazing. We had some issues with the Wifi but that was quickly addressed, if you need something just ask. The Staff are all amazing! All in all a wonderful - off the beaten path - true local flavor resort that we will come back to again and again!…
This was our first time to Jamaica and we were thrilled with finding this little treasure. This place is off the beaten path and delivered a unique experience with a level of privacy that we never expected. They treat the guests like family and will cater to your needs in so many ways. We were the only guests for part of our stay and they made us feel so special. Every meal was home cooked and the seafood was caught the same day it was served. Yeng, Cynthia, Hope, Charmaine, Keisha, & Maxine took amazing care of us and made us feel truly at home. We snorkeled on our own and felt like we were on a private island. The massages by the beach were wonderful and reasonably priced. The all inclusive package was totally worth it. This is a place to leave the stress of the world behind you and disconnect.…
My husband and I have been coming to Little Bay, Jamaica, since 1995. It's a small fishing village about 10 miles southwest of Negril. The last few years we stayed at a private home but this year we returned to Coral Cove Resort and Spa. We forgot how wonderful this place is. The food is amazing, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the accommodations are the best you’ll find in the area. The resort is on the ocean and you can't beat the sound of the waves as you sleep. The resort offers some of the best sunsets. The resort has a small cove right outside our room. When the ocean is rough, one can swim and snorkel in the cove. I think it’s better snorkeling than in the ocean. You can do an all-inclusive plan or B&B plan. Whatever you choose, the staff will accommodate you. Coral Cove is a beautiful place with a true Jamaican experience. You won’t be disappointed!…
Nice. .this is a super resort for quality,I've knowed some of the staff since 1991 and last visited in March 2019 .. A hometown of Bob Marley on the rock, its a mystical destination with lots of history & a real jamaican experience on the south coast.
We learned of Coral Cove via a friend of the owner, Steve, who we met upon arrival. You are instantly welcomed as family by everyone at Coral Cove. Yeng was working at the bar the first evening where we learned he was a spear fisherman. Interested in seeing him in action, he offered to meet us the next morning (during his time off) to snorkel with him while he fished. What an amazing experience! The snorkeling is phenomenal, one of the best we have seen, and it is literally right there. Gorgeous coral and a vast variety of fish, there is no need for any other entertainment. Yeng’s impressive catch included octopus and lobster, that was served later on that day. Talk about fresh seafood! And speaking of food, come hungry. The kitchen staff has perfected their trade to cook up a variety of delicious meals and can cater to your request. Meals and drinks are enjoyed next to the peaceful scenery. The staff of Coral Cove are what make your visit truly memorable. In addition to Yeng’s spear fishing, he also gave us a tour around the town of Little Bay, and provided the definition of great customer service. The property is maintained by Bunny, who is quite the character. Donald, a trap fisherman, ensures you will never be thirsty and even brought us crabs one day! Steve, the owner, is laid back, friendly, and has done a great job putting together such a wonderful place where you can relax in paradise. Accommodations are simple, but perfect to accentuate the reason you are there- to take a break from the everyday hustle back home. Beautiful views and the open air shower highlight your room stay. We are so glad we found Coral Cove and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. We miss everyone there and hope to be back!…
