Booked 2 nights to visit Cambridge. Greeted by Bob who looked us up and down, 2 older ladies and offered the downstairs room. Very comfortable and clean. Wicked sense of humour and a great cook. Marvellous breakfast and a happy dining room. Great being on a country road close to park and drive which we used.

Stay 3 nights, the location is rural, quiet in a nice location. The room was small and quite basic. The breakfast each day never came as ordered and there was no one to meet us on arrival. Bob the owner was very friendly but appeared not to be as professional as one might expect.

We stayed at the Brambles in June- just for an overnight; it was a disaster from start to finish. We booked the bed and breakfast because of the glowing reviews we had read on Trip Adviser, however one night was enough to convince us that Bob does not deserve the good reviews. We were ungraciously greeted by Bob- calling us...

A lovely little B and B which is ideally situated for both driving into Ely and using the park and ride into Cambridge. Bob did everything possible to make our 3 night stay most enjoyable, ensuring we started each day with a fantastic breakfast.

We stayed at the Brambles as a last minute decision to visit Cambridge and it was a good choice! The room was very cute with a lovely big bathroom and nice powerful shower. The wifi connection was good and there was a tv with Freeview too. The bed was really comfortable and it was the best night's sleep I'd had...

Conveniently located 5 minutes from the A10 (although well hidden from the noise), and 10 minutes’ drive to the Park & Ride servicing Cambridge, The Brambles B&B is a well-positioned lodging in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. A warm-welcome given, and exceptional service provided throughout, including actually driving us to the Park & Ride. Above and beyond! The breakfast was very...

Fantastic little B&B. I had room 2 which was straight at the top of the stairs and complete with a newly fitted en-suite with shower cubical. Nice touch was robes within the wardrobe – not often you see those in a B&B and breakfast fit for a king. The room was equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, an iron/ironing board and...

The Brambles is five miles from Cambridge and two miles from the Park and Ride. So it is in a peaceful country location yet convenient for the city. You will not find a pub or restaurant in walking distance but there are a dozen excellent pubs within three miles in the nearest villages - atmosphere, food, real ale. Parking is...

Stayed on business for 2 nights. Room was a good size. Wifi was good, although there was little or no phone signal in my room. Breakfast was really nice and made to order. The chap running the place was helpful and friendly. It is surrounded by countryside, not really anywhere pub wise within walking distance, although Cambridge was only 20mins...

I've really struggled with deciding what to put in this review but can really only be honest. I stayed here for one night. I booked a double room for single occupancy. This B&B is in the countryside & I arrived in the dark, my sat nav sadly could not find the place so I rang to get directions but there...
