We had a lovely 10-days stay in May 2016, and we enjoyed it very much. The view from the rooms on the 1st floor (including the breakfast room) is marvellous, overlooking Penzance the bay. Linda and Rob are very pleasant and attentive. Whatever it is, they try to manage. The breakfast.... it has often been mentioned as outstanding, and that's... More

Thank you, Gerald and Sabine, for your lovely review of our guest house. We really enjoyed meeting you both and are very pleased that we helped you to have a good holiday down in our corner of Cornwall. Our WiFi is accessible in public areas, such as the guest lounge, which is a comfortable place to read your emails, and... More

Spent a very comfortable couple of nights at The Panorama where Linda was very welcoming. We had a lovely view from our window and could sit outside with the same view and a cup of something (or glass if you prefer!). Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice and freshly prepared. We had to leave early on our second... More

We were greeted here with a warm welcome. Our room was airy clean and bright with lovely personal touches. The whole guest house was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast bar was well stocked with a good choice, the hot breakfast cooked to order. There is ample parking and close to a bus route for trips to Lands End... More

Perfect location for anyone like me, attending the Newlyn Art School just across the road! Clean rooms with comfortable bed, good shower, television and well stocked tea tray. Lynda and Rob are very friendly hosts. Upstairs is a comfortable lounge well stocked with reading material, with view of the sea. Great breakfast. Car park on site, but if coming by... More

Perfect location for anyone attending the Newlyn Art School as it is just across the road! Well appointed clean rooms with well stocked tea tray. Lynda and Rob are excellent hosts with a 'nothing is too much trouble' friendly attitude. Upstairs is a comfortable lounge with view of the sea. Large choice for breakfast. Located at the top of a... A really fabulous b&b. Rooms are a bit small but clean, warm, with a great view. There is a lovely coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Breakfast is delicious. It is located on the hill off a narrow road so getting to the house might be a bit tricky.

Chose this guest house as it was the nearest I could get to Mousehole where my three children had rented a large house for Christmas. Lynn and Robert were excellent hosts. The room was very good with an outlook over the bay and Newlyn harbour. Breakfast was also excellent with every thing you could expect including kippers! Just need to... More

As a regular visitor to the area it took a few attempts to find somewhere I really liked, and now I never stay anywhere else! It is really friendly, with nice rooms and a lovely first floor lounge area overlooking Penzance and St Michaels Mount. Breakfast is always excellent and is freshly cooked to order and served in the dining... More
