The chalet I had was very nice, I liked the interiour design and the space. Unfortunately the shower didn’t work in the evening due to a lack of pressure and only had cold water in general. The mosquito net had a rather large hole. The safe was closed and had no indication as to how it can be opened -... More

I was travelling on business and wasn’t expecting much in the way of quality accommodation in Kolwezi. I was pleasantly surprised upon pulling into Kampi and seeing a clean, modern, nicely-landscaped facility in the dusty backstreets of Kolwezi. The location is great, just 500m off the main highway, across the road from the airport, and just a short drive into... More

This modern well run hotel has a very spacious, individual chalet style layout set in secure bush. The chalets do not have the conventional hard roof so are not so sound proof but the distant main road is quiet at night. The food is excellent with mostly buffets and one can eat breakfast really early which is a great advantage,... More

An oasis in the wilderness. Pool, good food, and even an internet connection. An ideal place for people in the mining industry to stay at when in Kolwezi. The Indian cuisine is as good as the best Indian restaurnats you'd find in London.

An oasis in the middle of nowhere! Clean, nice accomodation (incl. pool and bar), friendly people and also the food is ok. The rooms (called chalet) are on a wooden platform with a tent-style roof. The "camp" is located about 5 minutes away from Kolwezi Airport. I stayed one night (air crew) and very much enjoyed the cold sunset beer... More

Not many places to stay in Kolwezi, but this is by far the best. I spent some 16 weeks here during 2012, while working in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious with mosquito nets on the beds, there is usually hot water, and free wifi is generally pretty good. The management has really made an effort to turn... More

Your selection is pretty limited if you end up in this part of the world, but it's a relief when you get here. Staff are very friendly, you get your own cabin with bathroom and TV. Food is reasonable and there is a bar. This is as good as it gets for this location.
