Detailed Reviews
The waterpark is good but there are too many people. I guess there is no maximum people allowed because the place is packed! . We end up on a pool on the end of the park ( I forgot the pool name ). We were starting to enjoy but then came these guys and dives, go up and dive again. These is in front of the sign STRICTLY NO DIVING. The lifeguard is just mere 5 feet away from these guys and did nothing. It's not that i am killjoy its just there are some kids who are trying to learn how to swim and might get hurt. And its true, you should be more strict on swimwear attire, I saw three guys who swims on their boxer shorts. And ont more thing Amana, do you have license from marvel, dc, sony and other copyright holders? you are using their characters to operate and attract people... hmm..

Going there is I think a long and winding road. We went there last summer of 2011. its vacation time so there are lots of people at Amana. It has a big area with different types of pools (wave, with slides, with jacuzzi). There are good rooms but all are occupied. They also have food booths where pizzas, coffee, litson manok, etc. are served. You can also see marvel superheroes near the entrance where you can make some poses. I would very much appreciate the beauty of the place during off season.

My brother and his family stayed with us last summer for vacation. As part of their entertainment itinerary, I decided to book us here in Amaya. I tried to book a reservation via mobile. But their mobile channel is not responsive.
So we decided to just go to the place earlier than usual to make sure that we will have proper accommodation and to also be able to cover their day-time schedule. But the good thing with Amana is that they will base your time of exit from your time of entry. Other resorts would normally close the day-time schedule by 4 or 5 pm. Amana let us enjoy the resort until 8 pm without extra charge. By the way, we arrived there at 10 am so that gave us 10 hours to enjoy the whole park.
My mother gets to avail of the discount for senior citizen without having to provide ID. They also provide free entrance for my nephews who are 2 and 3 years old.
The staff are helpful, of course if you know how to approach them properly.
Some pools are not available because they are under renovation but you won't run out of pool that you can call your 'spot' for the day since there are a lot of pools that you can enjoy.
The wave pool is awesome, although I was not able to enjoy the most of it since I'm not a good swimmer.
My niece and nephew were able to take pictures with Minions.
The entrance fee and other prices are reasonable.
Thank you for the experience, Amana!

We reserved for 2 VIP units by phone and deposited downpayment at the bank but upon arrival at the resort at around 2 pm the front desk told us we have no reservation and that their VIP rooms are fully booked. Instead, they offered 1 Executive Cottage for us, 3 adults and 3 kids. They charged us P2500 for 2 persons with breakfast and P600 each for the 4 excess persons w/o breakfast. I was disgusted to find out later that the so-called executive room is so small that apart from the bed and TV set only one additional mattress can be accomodated. They charged us P600 for each of the 4 persons without thinking if we will fit in the room. Also, bathroom facility is disgusting as well as the stairs leading to the room which is made of wood and painted with a very smooth surface that gets slippery when wet. Their wave pool is their only saving grace, my kids enjoyed them.

It is good park with too many pools, good for family and affordable rooms and cottages but the disadvantage of this place is far from manila city and the bad smell of pigs around the place because of the farms there. But rating it. It will be 7 out of 10

We went last jan 2013, service was recommendable, from front desk to crews.. I enjoyed it specially the wave pool. They start turning on the wave at 11am which is pretty late specially for those who stayed overnight, the only thing im disappointed about is that rooms are quite misleading they look way bigger in pictures on the website but a no no when you see them in an actual view.

I stayed in this resort only because I saw their ads in TFC, I was so dissatisfied when I got there. First of all their wave pool is only operational for 1 hr which when i personally booked the place the lady did not mention it. Secondly my boys want to zipline and again when we got there they said it is only operational on the weekend. Lastly the morning air smells like a piggery is so closeto the place. I think I just wasted my money on this place. Not coming back again!

We love this place. It feels like every visit, they add a new attraction. And they haven't increased their rate for years, if going swimming, this place is a must visit. They also offer overnights with their cabana.

Nice theme for a resort. Kids will surely have grand time enjoying the pool swimming and will have fun time with their wave pool. Themathic pool includes batcave pool and coco panda.. Plus the picture que scenery that you will take time to do your posing with your family and friends

Yeah summer is fun, but when we went here it seems that summer is not good, of course in the picture amana water park is great but when you check the pool it so dirty, you cannot swim well due to water were not flowing and changing it seems like that water were stock aside from that since it summer you will enjoy if the water is not so hot to swim,so that you can refresh from sunlight travelling in the area. need to clean the pool and assure that's is not so hot to swim.
