Polenov in the Tula region. The territory of the resort is about 40 hectares, equipped area - 25 hectares, where there is free parking for guests. In the rooms and cottages, everything is equipped for a comfortable stay: bath accessories, a tea station, a refrigerator, a safe, WiFi and air conditioning. At your service: an equipped beach club, a SPA & WELLNESS center with water slides, a swimming pool and a thermal zone, a gym, a zoo, Russian baths, billiards, a stocked fishing pond and access to the Oka River. The territory of the resort is fenced and guarded, video surveillance is conducted. The hotel has almost everything your child can imagine: playgrounds, a children's playroom with a teacher, a "living corner", a children's menu in restaurants and a daily animation program. For fans of outdoor activities in summer: bike and scooter rental, tennis courts, football field, badminton court, golf and petanque court, in winter: tubing track and ski slope with the possibility to take an instructor.
Rested with my husband on weekdays. The holiday was a success! The kitchen and waiters tried their best. Everything was very tasty and varied. All the staff are friendly, including the janitors and menagerie workers. Every hotel employee smiles and is ready to carry on a conversation. You feel like a welcome guest. The rooms have good furniture and the bed is so comfortable that you don't want to get up. The rooms have slippers, towels, bathrobes, and all hygiene accessories. There is a kettle, tea and coffee bags in the room. It was nice to drink tea after a winter walk. Thanks for taking care of me! We especially enjoyed the pool with slides and various types of saunas. Here, too, everything is at its best. Our vacation coincided with heavy snowfall, and the entire staff cleared the paths for several hours from early morning so that we could comfortably rest and walk throughout the hotel. The hotel simply bathed us in kindness and care) Of course, after such a reception, we will definitely return to this place and will recommend it to friends and acquaintances. We have been to several resorts in Moscow region and this one is definitely one of the best, especially the quality of food.
We chose the half-board to leave some freedom for dinner. It turns out working well. The food selection in buffet is good and the quality of food is excellent. We had our dinner in the restaurant next door and it is great.
The resort offers great winter activities with reasonable rental prices. Absolutely no need to bring your own because the rental equipment is of high quality as well.
We had a great time there and will go back in spring/summer time.

We had a family vacation on the second May day and rented a cottage. Well-groomed and large area (for animal lovers there is a zoo, a pond with fishing, places for walks in the distance - where in winter there is a ski slope). The food is good, it’s good that there is a 24-hour bar not only with drinks, but also with food. Not all restaurants were open, but there were enough of those that were. The menu is the same everywhere, the choice of dishes was quite satisfactory. The staff is responsive: there were some issues with the phone in the house - they sent a signalman, a plumber fixed a leak under the sink. Of course, it would be better without these nuances - but these are Russian 5*. There are barbecue areas, they are free, but they cannot be booked in advance. There are 5 of them, average condition, the vacant ones were apparently not very popular. Skewers are purchased, not rented. If you have your own coal, meat and skewers, you can fry shish kebab for free in the hotel grill, although restaurants also have good ones. They didn’t participate in children’s animation, but it was there. There is an organic grocery store on site. You can call an electric car to the parking lot/cottage/building. The underground passage to the Oka River was closed, apparently not the season. Objectively, this is one of the best hotels in the Moscow region that I have ever been to.

A wonderful park hotel. We vacationed in April with an elderly mother and a dog (French bulldog). It’s very convenient for mom - there are elevators in the buildings, they take you from the parking lot to the building and back in special cars - no need to carry suitcases. A special set was prepared for our arrival for the dog - a bowl, a treat and a diaper. Very nice) The buffet has excellent pastries and pickles, and also very tasty jellied meat, just like in childhood😍. The spa complex is good, especially the Roman bath. We visited during the off-season on weekdays, so it was quite spacious. It’s hard to say whether it’s like on holidays or in summer. The walking area is quite extensive - there is plenty of room to take your dog for a walk. Cool lobby buffet with very friendly and pleasant staff, because... The veranda had not yet been opened, they allowed the dog to come in and poured water for it.

"pulls." Accommodation: cleaning every day, the rooms are quite large, but the minibar is poor, except for two cups and two glasses, there are no other dishes in the room. No fruit to put in, no wine to drink. Paper and pen or pencil are also not provided. The area is large, well-groomed, there are playgrounds, rentals, a shooting range, a zoo, and horse riding. A good pool with slides, but the locker room is cramped, the shower room needs repairs, replacement of shower heads and adding curtains to the cabins. Meals: buffet. You won't leave hungry, but many dishes were frankly tasteless and even over-salted. Cooks without disposable gloves. Dishes for serving: enamel bowls and mugs with chipped edges and bottoms, wooden Khokhloma spoons with chipped edges.

I really liked the hotel area and staff. I saw a review about the zoo, which was for one time, but I fundamentally disagree with it. We went every day). Especially for deer and ponies. The staff is very responsive: we were with an infant and forgot a sponge and soap before washing bottles. Upon request it was provided free of charge. The beds are lovely, the room is clean but a little cold - we had a junior suite under the roof. A! And the roof windows in the room dripped a little when it rained, but it didn’t bother us. Plus there was a sewer smell from the bathroom, but we closed the door there. The bathroom has a heated floor, by the way). The child crawled with pleasure). There are a lot of children relaxing at the hotel, we didn’t feel like black sheep). There is a winter garden on the top floor of the main building. We took a lot of pictures). Wonderful Roman bath and swimming pools. By the way, we never understood the salty steam room, but even my husband appreciated it. Due to the large area there is a lot to do, especially with children. We checked out the ski slope) you can come in winter! It's enough for us. The only negative is that alcohol is only included in the price in the morning), so we didn’t drink and would like to see non-alcoholic beer in the minibar)). We'll definitely come back again!

We studied the reviews for a long time before going, but we really liked everything! The hotel congratulated you on your birthday, which was very nice! We lived in a two-room junior suite, a large comfortable bed, a cot for the child, slippers, bathrobes, bath accessories, everything was there, everything was decent. The only BUT!!! In this type of room there is a TV on a low bedside table, which is very poorly thought out. Our one-year-old child hit it and the TV broke, we had to pay a huge fine! Eating in the buffet restaurant also left only positive memories; there was a good choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for both adults and children. A nice, well-groomed, clean area, an aqua complex, and a zoo in general are a special delight. There is something to compare with, we went to the Solnechny Park Hotel, but we liked Tsargrad much more.

We stayed at the hotel from April 8 to 12, 2 adults + 2 children, in a suite. The room is clean, linens, pillows, everything is excellent. The bathroom is tired, there is a bidet. Great room. The food at the hotel was 5, below they wrote that there was dry meat, so in five days there was never any dry meat. We don’t eat pork, but there was always beef in mustard sauce and stewed, pots with potatoes and cereals from the oven, butter fish, fish, duck, children had their own table, which is convenient even for those with little ones. There were always napkins and bibs lying around. A good children's room up to 7 years old, for children up to 13 years old there are a million activities, for those older there is a console and master classes. Excellent rope park (1000₽), zoo. The spa center is beyond praise, good slides, we took classes with coach Ilya, corrected the swimming technique for an adult and worked with a child, the massage therapist Anatoly is simply super special. I would like to come back in the summer and appreciate the beach holiday. Alcohol is not included, except for champagne in the morning, the price of beer is 650₽,

A wonderful holiday, a large well-kept area, clean air, a good room (we had an improved standard in the Gzhel building). Quality food. Special thanks to all the staff, maids, spa staff and massage therapist Sergei - he literally put my dad back on his feet. Very good, but unobtrusive service. Great pool and thermal area. I really liked it. We rested for three days, but it felt like a week.

One of the best visits to Constantinople. The animation is top notch, as always! Excellent kitchen, swimming pool. We were lucky with the weather. We tried to live in a cottage for the first time, it has its own charm. The impressions of the work on landscaping the neighboring house were slightly overshadowed. The idea of sleeping during the day failed. We noticed that compared to previous years, the waiters were not so efficient in cleaning tables; most likely, they were just young guys, they needed more experience. Despite everything, you rested your soul and body! Thank you!!!
