We spent there just one night. We were hoping this 4 star hotel will give us nice stay along with good food and excellent relaxation. First the good things- The hotel is surrounded with nice garden area, well kept and huge. Plenty of places for walk with access to nearby lake. Rooms and public areas are clean and neat. Breakfast buffet offers variety of hot and cold food, fruits, cakes etc. The restaurant has menus in Polish, English and German. We stayed in deluxe room and the bed was comfortable, but furniture had seen better days.Very basic toiletries.Just one type of soap/shampoo/body wash liquid. No shower cap,no body lotion, no tissues. Hotel informs that each room has a minibar. Wrong! They mean a little fridge with no supplies. There is no tea/coffee station. Swimming pool and saunas ares is spacious and not crowded Life guard on duty. The biggest disappointment was spa towels. I mean no towels at all. You have to guess that you have to take towels from the bathroom in your room. Use it, then go to the main reception and ask for fresh towels which will be delivered by room service to your room. There is no information about this procedure anywhere. When you ask, the staff will inform you what to do. But not help you if you did not know about it and you will walk back to your room soaking wet. Funny fact? There is a 400 PLN fine if you bring your own alcohol to your room:) After all I do not recommend this hotel as 4 star as you are not made to feel like a guest.

I have been several times in this hotel and that is for a reason. The price quality level is very good and I can not find points I did not like in this hotel. Clean Rooms / Good restaurant / Nice People / Good beds / Well kept premises / Good parking space.

The hotel from the outside and inside is okay, inside its quite modern. However the room is okay but not more then that. I didn’t like the beds, it was if I slept on a carton box, low to the ground as well. The shower was very good. TV, skip that.... At the time we where there it was really still, only a few people in the morning at breakfast or diner. Breakfast was ok, not special but enough choice, diner was okay as well, nothing special. The staff in the restaurant speaks very poor English or German... The spa looks nice but I didn’t had the chance to use it as well as the bowling track. Probably I will stay here when I visit Konin again.

We attended a wedding at the Basilica of Our Lady of Lichen and had reception at the Hotel Atut and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The reception room is likely the restaurant and the food was great. Polish food of course. The rooms are basic, functional and clean. Used the spa and was great and relaxing. Most staff speak English. It is the only upscale hotel in the area. I would remain staying here even if it wasn't. Absolutely must go to the Basilica!

This is the only 4 stars hotel in the area. Our first impression wasn't good - the reception was really small (more suitable for a hostel), the hall was dark and smelled like a canteen. During the third day the electricity was going constantly down, so, just to be safe, we walked down from the top floor with our luggage. The breakfast was served in the huge room, with very small buffet and like 10 tables scattered through entire space. So walking for a juice, served in very small glasses, was really irritating. On the plus side, the restaurant was superb. The in room WiFi wasn't that good.

We had a bussines meeting in the Atut hotel. The stuff is nice and polite but totally unprofesional they simply do nothing. The quality of served food really poor. Rooms quite big with clean large bathroom. If you have to stay there it will be just fine but nothing special. Personally 4 stars is much too much. Beautiful window wiev - like in the picture :)

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Atut for four nights while visiting Poland in August (2013). The hotel is based in a beautiful location with stunning lakes and woodland around Konin and Lichen. We hired a car so we so could explore the area but there’s plenty to do nearby and we were able to take advantage of the hotel bike rental and tennis courts (free of charge!). Our room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise as I'm used to city hotels with no room for luggage. We had a great view of the hotel grounds and a comfortable bed. The hotel is really good value, our room included breakfast and the restaurant and bar are fairly cheap. The staff were friendly and spoke good English – they were happy to chat with us and give us recommendations of what to do in the local area. There were some building works going on at the hotel but that didn't bother us too much. We were told the hotel is building a bowling alley and is planning to open a Spa soon which will be a great addition to this modern hotel.

Recently stayed here while visiting the Polish lakes and the Basilica of our Lady of Licheń. Managed to get a superior double room for a very resonable £52 per night which included breakfast from booking.com which we thought was very reasonable considering the size of the room. The hotel's quite large and modern, think Marriot/Best Western, I believe its has recently been renovated. Our room was clean, generous and had the added benefit of having aircon, which was a god sent as we visited in August and the weather was in the mid thirties. It also has free wifi which is pretty much essential these days and i always resent having to pay for it. Staff were all polite and luckily spoke good English, so we didnt have any problems ordering dinner and drinks (Steak Tartare and apple pie our highly recommended) The hotel is also located next to a forest so we also had a nice walk after our visit to the Basilica, which is also within walking distance. All in all we had a thoroughly good stay and if your going to visit the Basilica or the local lakes, its pretty much your only option as the other hotels in the area seemed to resemble hospital's.. for the price we really couldn't complain about anything! Great holiday highly recommended.
