I stayed at Teşup Konak for a night.... but couldn't find it on tripadvisor. It is a sister hotel of melis, owned by the same person. It is a small mansion turned boutique hotel, very aesthetically decorated and clean. It is located just by the river and is a short walking distance from all star attractions of the city. The... Four of us, all pensioners spent a very enjoyable four days in this charming hotel. The bedrooms are comfortable and the power showers in the bathrooms are wonderful. The hotel is in atraditional house with interesting antiques. Our host, Levent, was very helpful .

If you are after a great budget hotel in Amasya then you can't go past Melis Otel. Our host, Levant Bey could not do enough to ensure that we had a great stay. We were met at the bus terminal and taken to our hotel and when my sister realised she had left her glasses on the bus he called... More

Fantastic hotel/guesthouse run by the friendliest, most helpful people. The owner, Levent Bey, really can't do enough for you and we were even taken on a mini tour of the town by him. The hotel is a very charming old building, with antiques & traditional textiles decorating the walls. The rooms are very nice & spacious with ensuite bathrooms. Breakfast... More

The best thing about this hotel is that the owner and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Your really feel welcome and even like home! They take so good care of you! The hotel has been fit out with fine antiques like big earthenware pots, so the hotel itself nearly looks like a museum, really tasteful. Melis Hotel... More

Mr Aslan is very very helpful and I can say his information about Amasya is just perfect. The room is good except that we have to go thru stairs to... More

Levent, the owner, and his father were born in this home that has been tastefully renovated into a charming comfortable place to stay while visiting the fabulous town of Amasya. Breakfast in the terrace restaurant with views of the mountains that surround the town after a very restful sleep - comfortable beds and pillows. Place very clean and homelike. Levent... More

As seasoned travelers we enjoy boutique hotels and this hotel is conveniently located, has all the amenities we required and is well decorated. The biggest draw card, however, is the owner Levent. His customer service is AMAZING. Cannot thank him enough for a wonderful time and showing us around Amasya and the district. He couldn't help enough and is a... More
