This review is not about Isla Reta but about La Isla Bonita Resort. Located on the western side of the island, this resort offers beautiful clean beaches with crystal clear waters, ideal for snorkeling and diving. The location is better to get to via boat as the car ride is extremely rugged at the moment. This is a spot to...

Decided to bring my family to this beach for a little and fun getaway and didn't regret it. It's a bit far from the City, I think it took us 30-45 min. boat ride (not sure because I was sleeping the entire time) but totally worth it. We just brought snacks on our way there so we have to order...

I always go to Isla Reta. You will love the place. It will remind you about your get away experience. Just be ready with the salt bath... hehehehe.. You will love the clear water and at the same time the good food. This is the place you can be alone or wit your loved ones. This is also the place...

Been to isla reta thrice every after 2 years and the place has maintained its laid-back charm notwithstanding its vast expansion during my latest visit. RESORT: laid-back but your basic needs are covered. There is still the native cottages and have added concrete cottages but still no a/c rooms. Beach and resort grounds maintained except that the common shower and...

One of the nearest , cheapest & most chill beach resort where you could spend your time for picnic w/ your family or friends or spend your overnight is at Isla Reta Beach Resort. As much as I want to keeo this paradise all to myself, I know that it would be unfair to those who want a peaceful and serene beach bumming. Isla Reta will offer you all that with a very affordable stay in their non-airconditioned rooms. It is located in Talicud Island, Island City of Samal. We went there on October...

First, I really fell in love with the place. Love the powdery and white sand. I wished I could have stayed longer. The weather was great during our first visit and I enjoyed both sunbathing and swimming. The resort was not crowded that time [Tuesday]. Though my experience was great, it was the opposite to my friends. There was a...

Small accommodation, little offer and electricity only from time to time. For about 900 peso per night is not offered much. The beach is nice but full of corals. There is very little in the restaurant. For the breakfast not even bread to the Omlete. And, of course, only genuine Philipino coffee (3in1)

One of the best beaches Island Garden City of Samal can offer! This paradise is located specifically on Talicud island. 45min-1hr boat ride from Davao City. The place is very affordable and if you are a beach lover, you will like this! Just bring enough food and water because the food is quiet expensive and sleeping materials. You can also...
