The hotel is located on the third floor of a higher building. It is mostly unmanned and you get in with codes and then a key/tag. You are greeted by a welcoming gathering room and then the rooms are in a "circle" behind. Immediately to the right is a nice kitchen area, where you eat breakfast. The kitchen can also be used by the guests during the day and there is everything you could possibly need. Free long-term parking is available a short distance away.
The breakfast is not Scandic-giant but extremely nice. The rooms are super fresh and nice, with some of the nicest bath towels I've ever had the privilege of encountering in a hotel. Large desk that actually works as a desk. The location is, as far as I can tell, very central. It was quiet and nice. The staff is extremely accommodating.
Two nights for two in a double room for a total of about SEK 2,500 can be considered extremely affordable.

We stayed here for a single night on our way to Gotland and we can definitely recommend the place. The hotel is located in a rather sad place, and the building from the outside looks worn and old, but inside the hotel has created a really cozy and homely atmosphere, which surprises something. Here is really nice to be, our room was large and spacious and nice furnished, and everywhere there was nice and clean. The breakfast was also a good experience and especially the newly baked bowl was fantastic. We had asked if we could have breakfast already at 7:00, although there was usually only breakfast from 8:00 and that was no problem. Overall we had a really good service, and the lady at the reception sent us off with a smile and a little nonsense before we drove. Overall a really good experience. You can leave your car in the parking lot just outside the hotel.

The entrance is a bit complicated, because the hotel is on 3rd floor of a big office building, but when you meet the land lady and get your keys, you'll find a charming little hotel, perfectly clean and nicely
arranges rooms with everything you need. Higly recommended.

Small (one 1 floor of the building) hotel. you can use the gym in the basement, seemed nice but Sauna was broken so we relaxed with a beer in the lounge area (sofas). Also breakfast is very good.
Is run by owner, she is not always there, comes over if needed. You can use the kitchen (where also breakfast is served) and cook your own meal. Very private atmosphere.

Stayed here on the way to Stockholm for the Europa league final . What a fabulous owner , so friendly and generous he even sent us a text minutes after we won the cup . My friend was worried about putting his beer in the kitchen fridge in case someone stole it . I told him not to worry it would be safe , next day not only was his beer still there the owner gave him some more free of charge .
Loved my time in Sweden and this short stop was great .

We stayed one night in this small hotel. First of all I have to mention that the owners of this hotel are very friendly and helpful. We felt warmly welcome from the first minute :-) The rooms are cozy and clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Definitely not a modern hotel, but it is fair and comfortable, for the price requested.
It is on the middle of a bigger building.
Room are small but with enough room for baggage and table for working.
Internet connection is free e with high speed.
Less minutes walking from the town centre.
Breakfast it is fine, with fresh food.

I travel a lot for business, and this was one of the most pleasant hotels I've ever stayed in.
The calm atmosphere made it possible to really relax after a days work, which is surprisingly rare these days.
Also liked the breakfast, which didn't try to beat the overwhelming feasts you see in bigger hotels, but still had everything you need to start your day.
Already looking forward to my next trip to Ljungby!
