I was lucky enough to get the room closest to the ocean. Wonderful views and amazing sunsets from the room and your balcony. Really worth paying the little bit extra the seaview rooms. You get a fridge, big clean room and huge bathroom. Average breakfast. Nice enough pool. No tea or coffee so need to bring your own and BYO kettle. This is an old hotel but it's still ok for what you pay. Fantastic location for restaurants, Just a short beach stroll to all the action of the main village. I would stay here again.

My wife and I were in bali for 17 days. We spent three wonderful days in lovina. Lovina beach hotel was fantastic. They had excellent staffing and accommodations. They were very helpful with booking a dolphin watching tour our next morning right in front of the hotel located on the beach. Also very affordable!

Having had a wonderful stay in Ubud we arrived at the LOVINA spa resort hotel......beautiful....everywhere is manicured and presented to the highest standard. Rooms are new and light and well specked! Water stations throughout... A great idea. Staff friendly , helpful, polite and excellent customer service/ satisfaction. 'Lina' our guest relations coordinator is delightful. Caring for our every need, and so attentive, revisiting us to check everything is ok when wifi was temperamental. A minor detail really. Our visit to the spa was most relaxing and has converted my husband from not 'liking' a massage to saying how relaxing and enjoyable the experience was......THANK YOU. The food at the beach restaurant with entertainment was excellent, again great service from all. At Breakfast the staff are there to please and they do!! They even peel fruit for you to taste the local delicacies. Anyone arriving here for a stay....you will enjoy it all. Thank you .

Well this is a mixed review. The hotel in my opinion is low grade. The bedrooms are simple. our room had 2 single beds which they pushed together to make one bed they didn't even rearrange the sheets. our friends did get an extra mattress for free which was good. the restaurant is basic we decided not to eat there at night as opposed to walk down the beach a little bit and went into little town area. Where there are few nice little restaurants. We did have breakfast at the hotel which is included. I got eggs and toast and tomato and to have bacon or sausage is extra. I ordered bacon and it was just too small tiny little pieces for 30, 000 Rupiah. the shower looked like it need a good scrubbing because it had mold all over it the shower curtain also was moldy the toilet was totally disgusting. The toilet seat didn't work properly. They have a really nice pool. The beach is black volcanic sand it's not bad the water is quite clear. We did the dolphin tour five of us was 75, 000 Rupiah each it was absolutely amazing I recommend somebody doing that. Before you stay here I'd check the rooms ahead of time if you have a chance. As far as earthquakes they are not affecting the island of Bali.
