First of all, the place looks much nicer in the photo than it is in fact. It seems the resort used to be well run and maintained, but no more investment comes anymore. Second, the zoo and the play room for kids turned out to be completely the opposite of what was advertised - there are only two ostriches, a few pheasants and hen, but the rest of the fenced areas are empty with the signs suggesting that there used to be bisons, donkeys and yaks. Play room contains basically only a kids labyrinth but the hotel will charge you 50 UAH a day for it. Your child would like it, though))) Thirdly, the indoor pool - it was way too hot inside, can’t stay there longer than an hour. Working hours were also odd, e.g. we were checking out 12:00 and the pool was opening at 14:00 on that day (Monday). Next, the food - diet food, quite limited choice, fresh though. Kids outdoor playground facilities quite run down as well. Rooms wooden and cosy; however the mattress was a disaster: springs are pressing right against your back what makes it rather uncomfortable for the back(((. On the other hand, personnel was friendly and helpful. It’s a perfect facility for persons with disabilities as there is a lot of special equipment and ramps; all buildings are accessible. The place is not selling any alcoholic beverages, even though there is a summer terrace with a beer tap. It’s approximately 10 min drive to the nearest supermarket.

Nice location, nice personal. Nice place for older people or with children, the youngs won't have a lot things to do, except you are here with nice company. The birds and animals are fantastic. The cons is bad noise isolation in wouden houses. Not interested on medical peocedures, can't judge on this.

Just returned home after 3 day break with my husband. This is a relatively new property near famous Ukrainian balneological resort-Truskavets. Location - very quiet, in the middle of the forest (literally, you have to drive a few kilometers through the remote forest area), so it is more comfortable to come here by your own car to be able to drive around. They also offer a daily shuttle service to Truskavets. The territory of the resort itself is very green & well-organized, lots of birch & poplar trees (be aware if you are allergic to poplars' bloom). Room - we stayed in double standard room. The room was fully wood-panneled (looked like a wooden cabin from the inside) with basic, but new furniture. Quite spacious. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, so bring your own. Also no fridge in the room. Bathroom - all new appliences, very clean. The complex itself consists of wooden/stone cottages, the pool is due to open on June 15th. Can't comment on spa & balneological services as we didn't take any. This resort would be suitable for families with children as the territory is enclosed & very green. There are also places for barbeque & picnics. For any other activities you have to drive out to Truskavets, which's the nearest town. Very good place to take a relaxing & quiet break.
