Qasr is a unique place. Increidible desert experience, super nice hotel, great service and many unique activities such as camel ride, Polaris dune riding, etc. Food was very good although a bit expensive. In summary, one of the best hotels and places we have ever been.

Before I start this review, I want to give a special shout out to a few of the employees we've had the pleasure of meeting these last 7 visits. From house keeping: Naveen and Kasrar. Butler: Rajith Kumara Food and Bev: Abbas Saqarat We recently visited Qasr over the National day weekend on Dec. 1st thru 3rd 2023. This was probably our 7th stay with them, but this is our first review. The moment you arrive you are greeted at the entrance. Free valet and they also take your bags while you check in. They will give you a ticket for both. Amazing service to start off. They have complimentary cold water bottles there too. Check in is fairly quickly unless it's a public holiday but still not bad. We finished there in about 15 to 20 mins. While you wait they offer you complimentary drinks and dates along with cold towels. Very refreshing. Our room: We usually pick a balcony room. Trust us, it's so worth it! You usually have a clear view of the dunes and sunsets during the evening time. There is seating on the balcony for you and your loved one. The beds are amazing! (Been meaning to ask them where we can get one for ourselves 😅). The room we pick has a circular tub and it's amazing! Fits two large adults with ease! One of our favorite things! Only wish there was a mini frig. We usually bring a small ice chest and they provide ice for us. We've been lucky enough to randomly be upgraded to their villas. You have your own butler! Those have a huge living room area with a private temp controlled pool. There's a covered lounge bed and two loungers outside. That room also has a small dining room and small kitchen/bar area. It has a sink and small frig. Resort: It's a fairly large resort. There are around 30 to 40 golf cart/buggies throughout the day. You can walk to most places but sometimes you can be a bit fair out. Best to call for a buggy. They have an amazing family pool with swim up bar. Probably one of the best pools we've ever seen here in the UAE. Their new infinity pool, which was opened maybe 2 weeks ago, is the cherry on top! Adult only pool and perfecr for sundowners. The dunes! Pictures don't do them justice. You need to see them for yourself! They have some of the most beautiful, huge dunes I've ever seen. You can trek them if you want. There are swings at the bottom for pictures. Also a small man-made pond too. Restaurant: Al Waha, for breakfast - International 7am - 11am Probably the best international breakfast we have ever had. They have a special small menu besides their buffet type. They have a few stations to choose from: Indian, Asian, bread, fruits and veggies, sweet breads like muffins and croissants, hot stations for eggs, beef bacon, cheese saj, hash browns, and more. I highly recommend to choose their breakfast. You won't be disappointed! Ghadeer - international 12pm - 22:00 This restaurant is near the family pool. It has a bit of eveything and all has been delicious. A nice spot for lunch if you missed breakfast. Also highly recommend. Suhail - sundowners and dinner Bar open at 15:00. Dinner starts at 18:00 Just above the main entrance building Suhail is an international restaurant that specializes in steaks. They have both ribeye and tomahawk aged steaks. They also have other items on the menu. That night we chose the beef cheeks and gnocchi with some side dishes and a salad. All was amazing! Make sure you book in advance as seating can be limited. Hiccups: We rarely have them when we go, but a few things have happen. On one stay our key cards to our rooms did not work. They had them replaced about 3 or 4 times! That took away from our time to enjoy the facilties. The manager was kind enough to let us check out the next day whenever we wanted. Thank you management team. Great way to make up for the inconvenience. Villas are not fully private. The fence doesn't wrap around fully. Not sure if this is only certain villas but the one we last were in had about a quarter of it open to our neighbor. We did have neighbors or staff walking around and we both could see each other while we were in our private pool. In conclusion: We absolutely love this resort. We love the tranquility and peacefulness. We love the Qasr Al Sarab team as well. Everyone is so happy and friendly. Probably one of the best customer services we've ever experienced! With a lot of top hotels in the UAE, Qasr Al Sarab differentiates itself. Everything during our stay was 5* from the F&B, facilities and remote unique beautiful location. Ideally stay more than one night as there is a lot on offer.

One of the most beautiful and unique locations for a hotel. We loved climbing the sand dunes each morning. Adults and kids pools both fantastic. Evening movies in the desert for the kids. Beautiful rooms and amazing service.

Hi there. Im typing this comment on behalf of my boyfriend. He was actually trying to di something special in the room for me but the hotel didn’t the hotel staff did t seem to care or assist much. Arrival experience was good and after we reached tel he room we ordered room service. The food took forever to come. Then the breakfast experience could be better. They cleared our plates and while we went to check out the buffet. We ordered water and they served us that without glasses. The hotel was nice enough to give us a 30 min extension on checkout however, the person who came to pick us up however seemed to be rushed and annoyed. They couldn’t find the car keys and then we helped them look for it. Would come back however would expect the staff to be more understanding and considerate. …

We stayed three night in a villa with a small swimming pool, played tennis , walked in the desert and went for a buggy ride on the dunes. The scenery is unique, the hotel is large but peaceful, the architecture makes it special… A special mention for the kindness and the professionalism of the staff.
