There are some awesome Thai wood houses in the jungle in front of the beach. They are all different and they have from 2 up to 8 or more beds inside. Not possible to describe. For example the one where I am right now has no roof over the bathroom and I have seen mokeys around me while I was... More

What a hidden treasure! Baan Mairead was a beautiful home for 5 days - beautifully decorated and clean and quiet. We would make up each morning and make breakfast in the kitchenette and eat and drink coffee on the top porch while we watched the monkeys swing tree to tree. Then we would head to the beautiful beach and relax.... More

We spent 5 days in house #3, right on the beach. The house was beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff of RBC was very friendly, and took care of all we needed. It was a great place for private family quality time. Truly one of the best holiday houses we ever stayed at.

We spent 4 days here, in a gorgeous Thai style house just back from the beach. Wonderful wooden open plan Thai style villas. The sounds of nature are incredible. Monkeys jumping through the boughs of the trees, butterflies fluttering from the flowers, tree frogs singing after rain... Endless.. The kids had a great time racing about on the beach, chasing... We loved staying here at Railei Beach Club. We live near a beach in Florida and don't go on beach vacations often, but we ended three weeks in SE Asia here because it is such a unique beach. We were in 8 Sea View, a smaller guest house. It was perfect for us as a couple, and did indeed have... More

This place is absolutely amazing. Paradise on earth - peaceful, beautiful, well maintained and so full of character. Beautiful individual open air houses, traditional style and full of character... taking a shower in the open air and being visited by a monkey! Very kind and helpful staff, great massages and great food right in your home for people who order... More

My fiancé and I stayed in Baan #17 for 5 nights at the end of our Thailand trip. We couldn't have found a better place to end our vacation! Our bungalow had a large, lovely bedroom with a very comfortable mosquito-netted bed, a huge wraparound porch with an incredible view of the cliffs, a kitchen, and an open-air bathroom. We... More

Our stay at Railei Beach Club was in October 2015 - it was just purely paradise. The well appointed homes were so cosy and had everything you would need. We were just a few steps away from the gorgeous beach on this side of the island. Hotel staff and management were so helpful - we had groceries waiting for us... More

We (2 adults & 2 17 year old boys) traveled for three weeks in Thailand and finished our vacation staying at the Railei Beach Club. In a couple words, it was the very best beach, the very beast accommodations (house #24) and the very best service we had over the three weeks. Prior to arrival our emails was were responded... My family and I stayed at Railei Beach club for 3 nights. Our bungalow was great and fully equipped (with an outdoor bathroom, a nice terrace and a kitchen) just a few meters away from the beach. The staff was really nice and helpful. If you have the chance, we highly recommend to book the home-cooking service, the food was... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Railei Beach Club is a community of privately owned homes which may be rented when the owners are not in residence. Each house shares traditional Thai design elements but has its own characteristics. Our homes are completely open to the surrounding natural elements and all rooms have fans. Each house has a kitchen with either a refrigerator or ice-cooler, open deck space, gardens, and beautiful views. There are two rooms available to rent in the Club House area and 21 houses, ranging from one to four bedrooms, sleeping two to eight people. Some houses have private guest wings, without cooking facilities, which are also available to rent. All of the houses have open-air fan rooms, and only 4 properties have air-con in the bedrooms. There is a strict maximum occupancy of eight people per house, and a requested three night minimum stay. During the Peak Season (December and January) we request a 7-night minimum stay. Year round, we enforce a quiet time after 11pm. We ask our guests to respectfully observe this request by no loud music or voices after this time. Please come enjoy, relax and experience the natural beauty and wildlife here at Railei Beach Club. ... more   less
