Stayed here for two nights in January, room was pricey at 1500THB/Night. No aircon, only a very loud fan which didn't alleviate the heat at night in the slightest. The bathroom stench was unbearable, unsure if it was from the drains or water but extremely unpleasant. The bed was comfortable enough. Pool had lots of insects flying around. Lots of...

A hotel greatly needing a renovation and new management and policies. Stay if there is noting else available and you don't mind begging for toilet paper, water, and towels daily. Wifi only in common areas so the lobby is always full of zombies blocking the way staring at their non responding phones. On the plus side, the restaurant manager, Mr....

On the positive side, the pool is great and there are nice seating areas outside around it to relax at. The breakfast is nice too. Location-wise, we found it pretty perfect. It is mere steps away from the East Railay beach (which isn't really a beach but has nice spots along it to eat and relax) and about a 7...

Family of 4 - We stayed for 2 nights over Xmas 2016 and didn't read the reviews before we booked which on reflection was a mistake as they pretty much nail it. On the face of it the place is presentable and the staff are friendly enough but there's an air of not caring that resonates throughout the place which...

Before I arrived here I read the reviews and thought that this place would be really bad. However we arrive and the room was fine. There was only one towel in the room the room had four people in it I asked reception multiple times for a towel they still didn't give me a towel for each person over the...

Diamond cave resort unfortunately we did not research this property enough had we done so we may have realized what we had let ours lives in for. The price was not a fair reflection of what we got, had we paid half of what we did then it would have been acceptable. There are two parts to the complex and...

I just want to start with saying that I don't think this place deserves all the bad reviews. I had a really good time and ended up extending my stay to a total of six nights. All accommodation in Railay is overpriced, but here you get a good stay for an okay amount of money. I also ordered airport transfer...

Me and my partner stayed here for one night and it was awful. The rooms had obviously been left open for the day so the bed was wet from the rain and it was full of mosquitos. The bathroom door didn't lock. The toilet was broken and there was a big window next to the shower that was leading to...

We have stayed at three hotels in Railay (which we love!) and this was not the best but it was the cheapest. The main downsides were that the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room and the bed was pretty broken down. Otherwise, it's budget Thailand. Yes, you might find some bugs and stuff but it was fine for us. The...
