We spent 4 wonderful nights here and would love to go back someday. We had a reservation for 3 adults in one room and the staff had already made up a third bed for us upon our arrival, which we really appreciated. We arrived by longboat to Railay West and were easily able to walk to the hotel from there. For our return trip, the staff booked our transportation all the way to the Phuket airport for a reasonable rate making life easy for us. The pool area was really nice, as well as the swim up bar and restaurant. This was the first time I had ever seen an option to order food at a swim up bar. The breakfast buffet selection was great, and the main restaurant was also very nice for dinner. The location was great, we were within an easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and laundry services. The sunset over the water was also definitely worth waking up early for! My one suggestion would be to add a towel kiosk at the pool to make towel exchanges easier. Overall, it was a great stay and I would love to go back!

My spouse and I stayed here for four days and five nights. We absolutely loved it! All of the staff were so warm and helpful -- if we ever needed anything, they were so quick to accommodate. The room was clean, tidy, and really comfortable. The views from our third floor deluxe room (the most basic kind of room you can get) of the water and the limestones cliffs were stunning. The pool area was spacious and comfortable, and the happy hour there was a good deal. The breakfast buffet every morning was expansive and delicious. We only had dinner there once, but it was also delicious! The staff also helped us plan some excursions and showed us how to get everywhere we wanted to go. Our visit to Krabi would've been amazing no matter where we stayed, but this resort really made it a total paradise. We would definitely recommend it.

We were here for four nights. Lovely, clean hotel with nice staff in a nice setting, even though the west beach has better views. This hotel is good value with a nice pool area. Drinks are expensive, apart from the happy hour - and breakfasts are okay. The prices of massages and day trips are expensive so go elsewhere. However, I would return here

We stayed here for 3 nights in February. Being Expedia gold members, this was a vip hotel. We went with the Deluxe Grand Room with the built in waterfall tub. Unfortunately, even though our room was clean, it had maintenance issues. Shower didn't work, tub faucet leaked, sink leaked, tiles were broken, just wasnt what we expected and not what we are accustomed too but we did still sleep the first night. The second day we brought it to the attention of the manager and we were honestly treated very fairly. They moved us to a pool villa, right beside the main pool area and it was great. The customer service we experienced from the assistant manager was fantastic and really turned our stay around. We used the room service a few times and the food was great! The hotel is in Railay East which means no beach but the walking trail with all the shops and restaurants to Railay West is right there, there were variety stores around the corner and the walking trail to Phranang Beach/Cave was close by as well. All in all we would recommend this hotel, it's one of the nicer ones in Railay forsure.

Returned yesterday from a 10 day stay at Railay and had the most amazing time. The Bhu Nga Thani is in a perfect location, only a short walk with cases from the pier drop off by long boat. We booked the hotel transfer (costing about £20) which included airport meet and greet, tuk tuk to take cases to the waters edge and then short "long boat" trip to Railay. You could do it cheaper, but by arranging through the hotel, it was just nice and easy. The staff at the resort could not do anymore for us, it was my husbands 50th and my birthday whilst we were there and they made us feel very special on both days. Balloons, cake and creative towel folding!!!! The room and amenities were spotless and well maintained. The pool bar was a great place to hang out especially around happy hour 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Great cocktails made by a friendly and knowledgeable bar man. Railay is a fantastic unspoilt area (only accessible by boat), it has a bit of a hippy vibe to it and very laid back. The village is perfect for a wonderful meal followed by live music from one of the bars if you fancy it, or just chill on the beach and look at the stars. We loved this place and will be returning again in a couple of years.
