This private game reserve is a good option for those looking for a day or two's break from their beach vacation in Cape Town. This may be beyond the reach price wise for all but a handful of South Africans but for foreign tourists it...More

We booked our experience through African Budget Safari. We travelled to the Park with African Eagle Tours, around 2.5 hours each way - both excellent drivers and comfortable mini van. We stayed overnight in the luxury chalets at Inverdoorn Lodge and therefore had included: 1...More

What a fantastic time we had at Inverdoorn. We went on two "safari" rides and saw an amazing number of wildlife. The highlight was the Cheetah Encounter where we were able to spend time with and pet one of the Cheetah's being rehabilitated here. Our...More

Inverdoorn Game Reserve is about 2.5hrs drive from Cape Town In quite a dry and barren area. However, arrival at the accommodation shows there oases even in the remotest places. The luxury chalet we had booked was clean, tidy and well presented. We were welcomed...More

I'm getting ready to book a day safari for mid April (somewhere between the 18th and the 21st) and after reading the reviews I have a few quests: Cheetah interactions- Above a guest stated cheetah interactions were for luxury level guests. On you website it seemed to be available for everyone. I am a cheetah enthusiast (My favorite land animal), I'm coming here almost exclusively for this. I was wondering what it entails and how long are the interactions? If not included in the safari how much is it extra? I saw the section on your page for donations to feed them is this available to day trippers as well? Weather- I know our seasons are in reverse but April is like the beginning of your rainy season correct? Just wondering what I should expect because I've never been to Africa before. I've tried doing research but it seems to fluctuate maybe you can offer some insight. Drivers- I see a lot of guest saying that you arrange pick ups from and return trips to Cape Town. I didn't see this on the site and just wanted some clarification on this. I'll be staying in the Milnerton/Lagoon Beach area in Cape Town. Is that within your range?

Hi - Yes, one night is enough but it will be a long day. The first starts at 06.30 and the evening safari is at 19.00. The only reason we stayed for 2 nights (in which the safaris were repeated) is that there was a special... More

We rented a car and gps system. You'd have to contact them to see if they're willing to add transportation.
