Anggrek Putih is a small family homestay and cooking class in Lombok, the tropical island east of Bali.Anggrek Putih Eco Resort is located in Meninting on the banks of the Meninting River. The buildings are constructed from local materials and are built in traditional way, but still offer the comfort and convenience of a modern room. I have been traveling full time for 6 months and this is the best guest house I have stayed in. Chris is an amazing host who treats you like family. The rooms are big and clean with good Wi-Fi internet. They have a garden with fresh vegetables that they use for the delicious breakfast. The location is central so it is easy to take day trips to the beaches in the south, the waterfalls in the north, and the beaches around Senggigi. The guest house is also near the immigration office so it is a fast trip to extend your visa. Chris has been living in Lombok for many years so he knows the island very well to give recommendations and he can organize anything you want to do to make your holiday easy and relaxed. There is a cooking class on site and they also offer a snorkeling tour to the Secret Gilis. I had a great time and definitely recommend this guest house! …

Really enjoyed the cooking class. Super friendly, clean and tasteful. Easy to make it at home again. Feeding the fish and taking a tour through the garden just completed the class with relaxed atmosphere.

We stayed here for 6 nights and we felt like family. The resort is on tucked away but at the same time in the middle of everywhere. The rooms were comfortable, clean and large by comparison to basic hotel. We booked all of our tours with the resort and had an amazing time on every one. They picked us up from the airport and returned us there on time no worries. We joined in on the cooking class with Dewi and Salma the food was amazing, all made from scratch. Thank you Christos and Dewi for your hospitality, we will always remember your generosity.

A great find. Hard too search and find good accommodation at respectable prices now. This place is quiet and peaceful. You can hear the birds in the trees around you. Great greenery and a huge garden. The garden has an array of vegetables and they use these for their cooking classes, nice and fresh. The staff were excellent and the owner, David, was always helpful and arranged transportation as well. Very friendly. The swimming pool got a good workout. I recommend this resort, I only booked for 2 nights and ended staying a week.

We have spent couple days in Lombok for watching the World Super Bike in Mandalika Circuit . Since all the accommodation were fully booked in South Lombok, we decided to make reservation at The Anggrek Putih Eco Resort. The Anggrek Putih Eco Resort not only arranged the airport transfer from and to the airport but also the transportation from hotel to the WSBK venue during the event. When we arrived, we were welcomed with fruit platter that harvested from the hotel's garden. the hotel surrounded by huge garden where many local fruits, vegetables, herbs and flower are grown. Our room very clean, light and spacious. the team from Angrek Putih are very friendly and accommodated all our needs include motor bike rent to seeing around Senggigi Area and PCR test before we fly back home. What an excellent service we received during our stay. Anggrek putih is like a little oasis in Western part of Lombok and it's very recommended. We will return on our next trip in Lombok. …

I had stayed in Mataram for six weeks and was getting tired of unclean hotels. Then I discovered this place. First, its very well constructed: the rooms are large and comfortable, and the gardens pretty and well maintained. The swimming pool is good. The management team of Christos and David is very friendly and helped me with many things; but also they leave you in peace if you want time alone. The cleaner (Nanrum) is excellent and also handled laundry very quickly. The food was delicious (as you'd expect from a place that runs cookery classes and grows their own vegetables). My next trip to Lombok I'm coming straight back :-) The ecomonic situation in Lombok is really suffering, and among small hotels, only the strong are going to survive. This is one is a survivor. I was so enamoured with this place after taking the cooking class, I booked for 3 nights. Staff are always friendly and are too happy in helping anyway they can. Swimming pool is kept in great condition, there wifi is fast and free. No close neighbours on either side of property, it felt very secure and quiet, but also close to main outside amenities. I appreciated the bird life and colourful plants around the property, very tranquil.

Beautiful villa with good view, very clean, affordable price, and close to town. The owner is friendly and they also provide food for vegetarians and vegans. All the vegetable ingredients are from they garden and the water is from the local spring, the food is very delicious according to my taste.. They also provide cooking class and snorkeling tour 👍🏻
