Inkungu Lodge in the Champagne Valley, central 'Berg, enjoys a splendid view of the mountains to the north and west. The spacious thatched roof building, typical of the area, is excellently appointed with antique colonial hardwood furniture and selected local African artifacts, woodcarvings, pottery and woven grass baskets. The restaurant serves an impressive range of meals from grilled trout garnished...

We had our wedding celebration at Inkungu Lodge. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were cozy and the furniture at the lodge has a lot of history associated with it. The view from the rooms and pool area are beautiful and the staff make you feel at home.

Views from patio into the Champagne Valley are breathtaking. One can sit all day and never tire of the mountains. Lodge well appointed although a touch of maintenance wouldnt have gone amiss. Staff pleasant and helpful. Enjoyable lunch and dinner.

I stayed here for four nights. My room had an amazing view of the mountains, a huge bathroom and its own living area. I found the bed comfortable. The dinner service was amazing and I was adequately catered for. I didn't really enjoy the breakfast (I'm vegetarian) but I'm not a breakfast person either do I might be just me....

Hi Simamile, I must apologise for the fireplaces not working on your visit. I'm afraid getting maintenance work done in the country can take time and your visit slipped in just before the maintenance crew could get here. Thank you for understanding and giving us such a lovely review notwithstanding. The good news is that your next visit will be...
