This was a genuinely enjoyable holiday. We stayed for 2 nights and Lesley could not have been more welcoming. Our room and en-suite were absolutely spotless. She was able to recommend local places for dinner and we booked the same place both nights as it was so lovely. She was an absolute delight and would be more than happy to... More

Very pleasant stay. Arrived early and the lady was very accommodating, we took our 4 year old son and the lady was great with him. The place itself is beautiful (both inside and out), easy reach to your main borders towns. Undoubtably the most comfortable bed I've stayed in! Power shower, clean, well priced and lovely fully cooked breakfast. Will... More

We stayed two nights at Huntlywood Granary, and had a very pleasant stay. Our en suite room was very clean, and spacious. We were staying with a large dog and a small dog and Lesley, the landlady, was very helpful with information about places to walk the dogs, dog-friendly places to eat etc. The breakfast was generous, and on our... My wife and I had a very enjoyable two night stay at Huntlywood Granary, the accommodation was modern and we were made very welcome by Leslie, this is off the beaten track a little, but worthwhile seeking out. A hearty Scottish Breakfast.

We arrived at 2pm as organised, instead of 6pm as advertised. On arrival were greeted with a very can only say stressed lady!! saying was our fault for wanting to arrive at 2pm instead of 6pm. We should have taken that as a warning!! and carried on into Earlston where the Festival was going on. The property was very welcoming,... More

Leaning towards the very good reviews in relation to this B & B we stopped overnight to break up a journey to Scotland. Check in is after 6pm and on arrival we were shown the living room. This room has a television which is not very modern. Also in this room there are a number of pieces of furniture which... More

I feel this b&b was overpriced, the area was lovely, just wish we booked somewhere else! Nice house, although there are that many ornaments you are scared incase you break anything! Even a stuffed fox under a table! Our room had a shared bathroom which we weren't aware of! The rooms had locks on the inside but not the outside,... More
