We had a nice stay at this little Hotel, very homey feels and very accommodating staff who always has smile on their face who will try to do their best for your request. We booked for 3 night and they allowed our early check in and free breakfast on our arrival. The family room is spacious enough for our family with 2 kids. Beka in the reception is really a big help on the duration of our stay as he is very knowlegeable in the area. They are next to ski lift, though at the time of our booking was still close since no enough snow yet for skiing.

Great stay. Very nice staff, restaurant had lovely food, very good ski depot, shuttle service to first lift every day at beginning and end. Most important - comfortable beds!! Rooms are nice with great showers. Didn’t try the hot and cold pools or swimming pool, but the facilities are available. Will definitely make this our regular Gudauri stay.

As a former hotelier myself, I try not to expect high on the level of service I receive wherever I go (restaurants or hotel) 'coz I always end up disappointed and ruin the experience. That's exactly what I did when I booked this hotel in the middle of Gudauri. Though not the cheapest option in the area, the modern design of the facilities matched with the reasonable price for that season sold me!!!
From the check in, to the room comfort, to the private tours they arranged for me and my friend, the Hotel Good Aura team were exceptional. As a customer service person myself, we always say that "customer service" is the very thing that differentiates one establishment from another. I can easily say that this is where this hotel stands out. I visited a 5 star hotel nearby and was almost ignored.
A shoutout as well to the hotel manager Zviad! Though the whole team were equally fantastic, Zviad's leadership is commendable and his passion to what he does is inspiring. Absolutely recommendable!

The location of the hotel was very nice, great views and very accessible.
Staffs were helpful and accommodating, Breakfast was ok what added to the experience was the smile of Ms. Bella and our server during breakfast she was very nice.
Rooms were average and but a bit small in size noting that I booked a family room.
The negative things that happened during our stay were:
- During checking in, we waited for nearly an hour before our room was ready. yes we arrived a bit early around 1:30pm but the room was prepared by 2:30 PM.
- I've booked a family room good for 05 persons, even if we were only three because we wanted a connecting room with a partition. Nevertheless I already paid full , for 05 persons. There were 05 single beds in the room but only three were prepared/arrange. Imagine coming to a hotel room the its half prepared? what will you feel? It doesnt mean that if only 03 guest came and you will only put 03 covered pillows and 03 single beds with cover. Again I paid for the full room and not for 03 persons only.
- Our room was on the top floor and there were no bellboys/roomboys who assisted us. There was no elevators so please consider this if you have problem walking or taking stairs. its an effort to come up and down our room.
- Our rooms have only mini windows and nearly no view. you can see outside by standing in a chair to peep on and see the nice view.
In view of all that, the experience was still nice for the very nice outdoor view and location supersedes all the negative things. We came to Gudauri for the nature and not the hotel. But maybe just maybe if the hotel was just a bit better the experience will be much great.
Maybe I will not comeback and will try a different hotel next time. But may I will and give them another chance to win me back.. :)

We spend a 2 days in this wonderful place. Nice location( close to lift and shops), delicious Georgian food, very comfortable rooms and GREAT GREAT GREAT staf))) Big thanks to Kayti, Ani, Gigi, Eka, Madona... Good hotel, not super close to the ski lifts, but it just takes a few minutes to walk there, or the hotel can drive you. Newly built, clean and functional. Nice staff, feels like a family hotel. Good dinner and breakfast, perfect food for skiing.

Fantastic cosy butique hotel to stay in at winter time, very friendly team with melting ice smiles.close to lifts , 10 minutes walk time. Most thing i liked was delicious local dishes. Recommend it even in summer time even, once while our trip to kazbegi mountains, (fantastic place to visit in summer by the way ;) ) we dropped in for a night and were happy to find some other tourists that we met in winter st the same hotel. It's a small place where you find your own home in details and once you are there, you'll definately be back. Absolute jadore!!!!!!!! Love it.

Great family hotel. Very peaceful, clean, modern and designed really nice.
Public places are really comfortable and nice - usually I don't use it at all but in this hotel it was really pleasure.
Our room had mountain view, was quite big and comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner was included in price and food was delicious. It was quite simple but very fresh and tasty. You can get free coffee and tea all the time.
People there are very nice and friendly.
So I warmly suggest this hotel for the staying in Gudaurri.

Not my first but my Best experience indeed.
Great hotel, Best stuff ever, food is awesome,great location,etc.
I was very sick during at the time of staying in Gudauri and Hotel Staff looked after me very well.You wont see this type of attitude in every place believe me(even in Georgia)
My best recommendation indeed.
I will definitely stay there again!
