Great stay. Very nice staff, restaurant had lovely food, very good ski depot, shuttle service to first lift every day at beginning and end. Most important - comfortable beds!! Rooms are nice with great showers. Didn’t try the hot and cold pools or swimming pool, but the facilities are available. Will definitely make this our regular Gudauri stay.

We were in this Hotel just for the day. What I liked was, their (teams) will to serve and friendly approach. Place was reasonably clean and did remind me of small similar hotels in and around Interlaken (Switzerland), the only difference was those Hotels are complete in all expects, and with good bathroom and bedroom accessories. While this Hotel still lags behind in that aspect. Our shower enclosure was not fixed, while promised to fix in 20 mins, so the bathroom was becoming wet, Small thing, as the shower was to be taken once in the morning and then we were checking out so did not really matter much. They prepared a nice vegan mix vegetable dish and vegan soup for us on small notice ! Amazing. If looking for star hotel and luxury, look elsewhere, but for service and experience not a bad choice.…

After alot of comparisons and reading online reviews about all the hotels in Gadauri, we narrowed down to 2 hotels, Hotel Good Aura and Marco Polo. Out of these two, we randomly selected Hotel Good Aura. To begin with, we arrived at about 12 noon, amidst a heavy snowfall. The normal check-in time is 2 p.m. However, Lily at the front desk, helped us with an early check-in and also gave us a free room upgrade. The room was warm and cozy and a stunning view if the snow covered hills. The hotel is close to the ski lifts and they also offer a complementary pick up & drop to the ski lifts. The hotel also has Ski Rentals as well as a Ski Instructor. Dinner & Breakfast was included in our booking and the food was simple, fresh and really delicious. We also tried the foot massage which was really good. After a day of alot of walking, the foot massage by Irina was so relaxing. Hotel Good Aura is a place where you will feel welcomed and relaxed. A hotel in a great location with stunning views, good food & wine and most of all - really amazing people who work there. Thank you Hotel Good Aura for the wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back soon! …

I do not know why so many people have given good reviews about this place. Our deluxe room looked in a desperate need of refurbishment and we had a strong smell of damp from the bathroom. Unless you are a party animal, you will not get any sleep until 11.30 pm that is when our nice hosts decide to turn off the loud music despite me complaining three times to lower the music. Food is just average, we also had dinner and it was not worth it. The street that leads to the hotel is very muddy.

Had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Good Aura. The staff were superb and could not be more helpful with lifts all over town, changing of rooms (when I wanted to move from a twin to a double), excellent ski equipment and just any queries we had. Location was not right on the mountain like some others but this was no problem as they ran a constant shuttle to and from the lifts. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a decent hot shower. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The steam room and sauna were fantastic after a long day skiing. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Gudauri.

Great hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Staff was polite and helpfull. Everthing was clean. Great breakfast. I forgot a coat in the hotel and they even brought it to Tbilisi for me -great customer care! I am sure I will come again if in the region. Keep up the good standard.

Staff was very accommodating. The view of the mountains is extraordinary and our rooms were well maintained and very clean. Very good dinner was served included in the rooms price. Staff repeatedly suggested more food that we couldn’t handle... It seems that some of the complaints by other guests were effective and were fixed. The only remark we have is that the beds are not very comfortable.

Good Aura is a hotel that will stay in our minds because of a staff by the name of Anna. Extremely considerate, she gave great suggestions for us first timers in Gudauri and kept our needs and queries first. It is definitely rare to come across such professional and caring customer service that I, a person who doesn’t take to writing reviews, felt it a necessity to highlight her selflessness. She showed an immense amount of dedication and patience and we commend her and hope to see her achieve great heights! Way to go Anna !!
