Gudauri Inn was a wonderful base for our ski trip to Gudauri. It’s a new property and is maintained perfectly. The inn is immaculately clean and the housekeeping staff is excellent. They even caught me before I checked-out as I had left a sweater in the room. The staff is

We have decided to book in Gudauri INN hotel as it was stated its a 4 Stars Hotel, which will allow us a peace of mind in our first ever visit to Georgia. But that stay was VERY VERY BAD, and unfortunately ruined our stay almost in that beautiful Town ! here is the top lines:

The good: 1) the breakfast buffet was good, great variety of food; 2) we asked the hotel to arrange airport transfers which they did and sent confirmation promptly The bad: apparently we received an upgrade, but the room was tiny, so much so that we had to store one suitcase

We panic booked Gudauri inn and it was a reasonably priced, decent, mid-level hotel. The rooms were quite small and the common areas were a bit cramped as well. But staff was friendly and the a la carte menu was good. Breakfast was a bit of disappointing.

I like the check-in process and the operations manager of the hotel. She was very helpful and friendly. From receiving the guests guiding through out the check in to check out process. Food was also very tasty and hygienic in the European style. The balcony view is preferable.

Was there two weeks ago and the weather was very hot during the day but colder at night. perfect weather in my opinion. it should be colder during september so bring a sweater for the evenings. Also some good hiking boots. Go to kazbegi to see the monastery and the Soviet monument is nice and offers a great view of the valley. There is also paragliding there but it's about a $100 per person. The hotel itself is fantastic and the staff couldn't be nicer. would go back there in a flash. hope you enjoy it

It will be pleasant in August.. Max temperature around 20 and min around 10. Gudauri is generally known for skiing in winters and there's not much to do in summers but you can do Para gliding and take a trip to Kazbegi (which is around 30 kms). We did the same when we went in May. However, the place is beautiful and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. All the best for your trip. Cheers, Yasmine
