Stayed here for one night. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the owner and made to feel at home straight away. We stayed in the Magdalene room. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfy. Nice touch with the fresh coffee in the room too. Breakfast was nice and filling. Only wish we had stayed more than one...

We were greeted by the owner who was so warm and welcoming. The room was ready when we arrived and she showed us to our room and explained what we needed to know. The room was a little dated but spotless and large. Breakfast was served from 8am until 9am so for us personally, it was a little early. The...

Lovely host (Jane)., who was welcoming from the very start. Our room was pleasant enough with a comfotable bed and real coffee (cafatiere). Breakfast was excellent and pleasurable. Venue very handy for pubs, fish & chip restuarant/take away. Visit the North York moors railway from Levisham - great drive from the road beside this B&B with plenty of free parking.

It is now just over two years since our last visit to this delightful guest house and I see I actually wrote a review in 2012. We have just visited Whitby to celebrate the 90th birthday of a family member and decided to spend a couple of extra days in this beautiful part of North Yorkshire and where better to...

Stayed 2 nights, very large comfortable twin room. Breakfast was great, large selection of cereals and cooked breakfast to choose from. Ate next door at the New Inn, very good food, took advantage of the early bird menu but would recommend you book a table. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, we will return.

I have posted this review with a little reluctance as the lady owner was lovely. We booked to stay for 3 nights. After the first night we checked out and booked elsewhere. The reason was because the room we stayed in was on the first floor with a room above us. Throughout the night we could hear creaking on the...

Good clean homely family room, huge ensuite bathroom, great breakfast, helpful couple and they'll lock your bikes away too. Perfect for a base. We went to Dalby biking, Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby are only about 40mins away too.
