We stayed here two nights after hearing rave reviews. The bungalows are nice but very basic and could use new sheets. Everything is made out of wood, and the only thing remotely Eco about it is that they let you refill your bottles instead of buying new ones. Also we had incidents of ants crawling through our bed, but a...

The setting was beautiful, the bungalow was clean, air tight (for mosqitoes), we had water, a kettle, tea and coffee in our room, and it was nice and quiet. The restaurant had delicious food but sometimes non-existent service. At one point we waited 30 minutes before finally leaving. Luckily there are other good restaurants nearby. Oh yeah, don't leave shoes...

We enjoyed our three night stay at the bungalows. We loved the view over the valley from our private balcony with its hammock, listening to the birds and the insects at night. There was a mosquito net in our room and also a frog every day in the bathroom which we removed. The girls on reception were very friendly but...

The Tree Top is located down a quiet dirt road on the top of a valley and looked great. When I checked in, the deck where guests could relax or order food/drinks had an amazing view of the surrounding area. Very impressive. I was only staying a single night but was already impressed. The room I got was small but...

i would not stay anywhere else in banlung! the bungalows are in a quiet street 5-10 min from the center, which is good, because Banlung itself is not beautiful - but the lodge is! you look into a green garden at the floor of a small valley. very beautiful views from the restaurant area too. great to hang out and...

We were here for about 3 nights. It was a lovely stay. The rooms are peaceful, all natural with wood and everything. We had 2 large gecko's hanging around in our room. No problem! But at night they were a bit noisy (a bit of scratching on the roof). The staff was okay, they help you when you ask.

We stayed there for three nights in a double room (Room Nr 16). The bungalow looks very nice just as the surrounding area/garden. There hasn't been a mosquito net in our room which is necessary since there is open space between bathroom walls and roof and in the planks of the floor. Luckily we were prepared for that but I...

The good: When we arrived and saw our bungalow and the lodge, it was truly beautiful. Our room was so clean and cozy and really lovely. The bad part:,the business practice behind the place. I had reserved a single room via email which is clearly listed on their website as $7. When i confirmed with the man who was showing...

I booked 1 month ahead, confirmed the reservation again 1 day before I got to ban lung. Finally there were full booked! Very unfriendly stuff. So don't go there. I think they are spoiled by to many tourists and the service getting worse every year.

Tree top Eco Lodge Perfect Oasis in Ban Lung – stay here! This is a great find, very popular and there is a reason why. For $10-15 you get a huge bungalow with your own bathroom, and sometimes hot water too. The rooms are lovely, big comfy beds, lovely private verandas and lots of lovely wooden furniture and touches all...
