We stayed as we were doing the foundation bread course the following day. We had a wonderful supper and Lesley is such a great cook. We were in heaven. The accommodation is so beautiful, full of character and a fascinating building. The foundation bread course was superb. Lesley is a born teacher and we quite quickly realised that our own attempts at bread making at home were pathetic. This is another level and a really fun experience. We will be going back for further education and the luxury of the stay there.

What a baptism of fire! Going from a complete novice to confidant baker in 5 days, what a difference. Lesley is a fountain of knowledge. Such a kind and helpful tutor. Extra steps have been put in place to make sure everyone feels safe and catered for especially in these uncertain times. I'd especially recommend the 'Bake and Stay', the food was amazing... Overall, the whole experience was great and I'll certainly be back for more.

I had been looking to improve my bread making skills and the course offered by Lesley was just right up my street! She showed the class how to make several types of bread, was very hands on and took time with each of us to help us perfect our creations! she has inspired me to keep up my newly learned skills when at home.I can't wait to return for more! Lunch was lovely too and a thoroughly relaxing day! Thank you!

I recently completed a Mediterranean bread making day course at Lesley's Kitchen and I cannot recommend it more highly! From start to finish the course was relaxing, informative and fun. I achieved so much more than I could have imagined - producing 4 delicious loaves to take home. Lesley's knowledge and skill is formidable and yet her natural, easy way of teaching means that a beginner like me feels encouraged and never intimidated. All the ingredients you will use at Lesley's Kitchen are the very best quality and I have returned home determined to keep practicing what I have learnt. I am already planning a future course! If you are tempted to attend a bread making course Lesley's Kitchen is the place to head to.
