We have stayed at this hotel twice now and have never been disappointed. From checking in through to the airport transfer, we cannot fault the service, facilities and care. Our Room was on the top floor with amazing views out to sea …. Massive room and immaculate. Fantastic service with lift just outside the room so not much walking for those with mobility problems. Sunbeds come with towels too - perfect
The hotel is almost perfect: - rooms are very nicely decorated with new, modern, good quality materials - it has its own nice beach - the food is fresh and tasty But: 1. Zero covid measures: - not a single staff member wears a mask, neither the reception staff nor the restaurant waiters (not even inside) - given that the staff don’t wear masks, none of the guests wear masks either and at the morning and evening buffets everyone enters the restaurant and touches all the food without disinfecting their hands (this gets even more uncomfortable given that many guests and their children coughed without even covering their faces) 2. Bad restaurant service: some waiters seem to do just the minimum of what’s asked: when asked to clean the table after someone else’s use a waiter just took the forks and knives and put them on another table. When asked to bring another set of forks and knives, he literally took a fork and a knife that he just put away and gave only to the person who asked while it was clear that we were four and we’ll all need a fork and a knife. Plus, the fork and the knife that were already on the table (which he put away and then gave back as if they were new) did look clean and untouched but didn’t mean they were. At the very least they could have been coughed at by the previous guests. 3. The hotel is very popular among families - it’s not the hotel’s fault of course, but something potential guests need to know - a lot of crying babies so forget about calm environment at breakfast, dinner or on the beach. 4. Noisy in the evening - not sure if the music and the noise came from the hotel’s restaurant of from that of the neighbouring hotel (whose building is literally glued to this one), but it’s unbearable and forced us to close our windows and sleep with AC Otherwise, good location to go by car to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Skadar lake…
The hotel has a great location with its own part of one of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro with a blue flag, near Budva. Rooms modernly decorated well equipped. Hygiene flawless. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant with a beautiful view. The food is very tasty and varied, all praise to the chef especially for the strudel. The beach is maintained during the day by several hard-working guys, absolutely clean, with a point with very tasty ice cream. The lifeguard on the beach deserves every praise: the son had a muscle spasm in the sea, the guard went by boat to pick him up immediately after the call, which gives a feeling of additional security. The beach has a night watchman. The price of a taxi to Budva is fixed and amounts to 5 euros, and there are other beautiful beaches nearby that can be reached by taxi, which does not cost much. The hotel has organized transportation to and from the airport all praise for a very helpful driver. A place for a real vacation.…
I will never go anywhere else.Sveti Stefan. is a playground for both the famous and infamous alike. One can see, Sicily, across the, Adriatic, on a clear day! One can buy whatever they want! Casinos, live entertainment, and I fell deeply in love with this beautiful Private Island, as, Sophia Loren and , Diana Ross, before me!
I spent 8 days with my family in this beautiful hotel. I liked everything, comfortable rooms, location of the hotel on the beach, beautiful beach, good cuisine and friendly staff. We really enjoyed it. I especially want to commend Ms. Dina for her kindness.
I went in july with my 6 years old daughter for 12 days, to meet with a friend's family. We have booked two different rooms, because the hotel could not offer us one room for the whole period. I paid the full price for my daughter. In the first room the toilet broke and it took 3 visits to the reception to actually get someone to come and check it, and then another day until it was repaired. I was at that moment 7 months pregnant, and everybody was very neighbourly concerned that I am barefoot on 40 degrees, yet, when we moved to the other room, the balcony door could not open and I could not breathe, but that did not concern anyone. In which universe is it possible to clean the room for new guests without realizing the balcony cannot open? It is not possible. Again, 3 tours to the reception before anyone showed up to check, and another 24h before it was repaired. Both times, no mention of changing the room or offering anything in as a reimbursement. As for the facilities, the approach is dreadful, there is not even 10 m square for the kids to play without cars, no elevators... I ordered a cake in the restaurant for my daughters birthday a day before. We agreed on 11:30, and that was confirmed in the morning and again around 11. The cake arrived at 13:00. Fantastic experience waiting for the cake on 37 degrees with a bunch of expecting children. At the end of my stay, i asked on the reception if they would be so kind to send a few postcards my daughter wrote to grandparents. They accepted and I left the money. The postcards were never sent. It is just not worth bothering, regardless of the price. Go elsewhere.…
This is a beautiful hotel, with high quality service. The room is comfortable and the staff at reception are very helpful. My issue with the hotel is its location. We enjoyed the beach and water activities offered throughout the day, but by about 8pm each night, Jaz Beach turns into a ghost town, with near-empty restaurants and an eerily silent beach bar. While I understand this is likely due to a majority of tourists dining and going to bed early, I do think some evening activity/ entertainment along the strip or in the hotel, would be welcomed by families with older children and teenagers, and younger/ solo travellers. The secluded location worked well as a base for relaxing during the day and travelling to other parts of Montenegro via taxi, but with a lack of basic amenities (the nearest operating shop is a 15-20 minute walk away along a busy road with no footpath), and a lack of any kind of activity along the dusty promenade in the evenings, the area needs to be developed in order to come close to the standards of excellence exhibited by the hotel.…
I recommend the Hotel because we have spent 10 wonderful days with efficient service and cordial treatment. Cleanliness and very good food. The place where it is is very beautiful. Excellent place to spend with friends and family.
For me it was the perfect place. Big, beautiful and clean room with Sea view. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location on the beach. Good quality of food. The restaurant with amazing panorama. I really liked it a lot
Newly built rooms, very tastefully furnished & right on the beach. Very friendly staff (once you get over the fairly severe Serbian demeanour) who will do anything to help. Perhaps skip the half board and go al a carte as the food is far better.
