Disappointed that nobody was there on Sunday afternoon. Hotel is ok, rooms comfy. But no advice on eating out on Sunday. Breakfast very good on next morning. Location good for short stay. But again, don't go there on Sunday!

The hotel has been here a long time and from the street it is a little worrying. Getting into the courtyard of the complex to park requires a couple of turns. Parking in the complex is limited - street parking is available around the hotel. They have a super nice lady at the front desk who spoke good English but...

We stopped of here to break the drive down to the Carcassonne area and wanted some where quite out of town. We certainly got the out of town bit. There really isn't anything here apart from this hotel, it's restaurant, and a large factory about a kilometre away. There did seem to be quite a bit of traffic through the...

Our greeting was lovely and the hotel a pleasant surprise after the view from the road but after that things got a little worse! The dining room was more like a hospital than a dining room. Photos of the old room indicated that the previous version was an improvement on their update! The wine was crazily overpriced and the food...

We booked this so we would be near to the Puy Du Fou attraction. Our French is pretty terrible so it was a welcome we were greeted by reception staff that spoke English and explained everything to us. The room double room we stayed in was very comfortable with a quiet air-con unit and the bathroom was finished to a...

I used to live near l'Oie so went with my family to see the houses where I lived. We ate at the Grand Turc lunch time, my granddaughter complained that they had no chicken nuggets left, but the meals are good choice good for kids. Nice place! Our kids behaved well and the family at the next table said how...

This hotel Has nothing special. Maybe the name is special. Old furniture and old bathrooms. Beds are old but clean. Looks a bit like a Motel; on your way to better places. Nevertheless the price was as average as the accomodation. Breakfast was ok. Also the restaurant was ok with a lot of local dishes. Real French Food with good...

We think this must be one of the poorest hotels we have ever had the misfortune to stay in.. We had to ring the bell twice before anyone appeared at reception. The room we were given had no window to the outside. Just a window looking onto the internal corridor. The air conditioning had no instructionas and took us a...

The hotel is in the small town of L'Oie, which means 'goose'. Though 'cheval' may have been more appropriate - it's very much a one-horse town, in effect sited round a road junction, only worth staying in en route to somewhere else (as we were, on our way to Puy du Fou). Although the original hotel stands alongside the main...
