We visited Sunday to Tuesday, part business, part pleasure. All booking done on line which made checking in very easy. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. The food, especially breakfast, was fantastic, served by pleasant, enthusiastic, attentive staff. The Wi-Fi could have been better but that didn't spoil our stay. Prices were... More

Although difficult to find it needs much better sinage and lighting, this is a nice Premier Inn with a cosy feel to it and a great pub attached with the best Chicken and Chips ever. The parking is adequate. The WiFi free and works

We travelled as a group of four and booked two rooms. The Inn is, in the old part, converted farm buildings that look like little cottages with 2 rooms sharing an entrance door to the individual buildings. We enjoyed our stay overall. However, we were disappointed that despite being a group booking our rooms were not paired together so we... More

Great stay, staff very helpful and supportive. Good location. Should have booked early for a cheaper price. Handy for where we needed to be. Still a good price. Great access to Derbyshire. Just a good few days sharing with great family and friends.

We visited for our wedding anniversary and stayed one night. The staff had left us a bottle and a card. Very unusual Setting in an old stable. Very clean, adequate size room. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Zoe, Jennifer and Ashley. Would stay again , thank you for the bottle and the card.

Parking outside the room is excellent, location is close to the main road which does cause issues at night. The Food is very good and so are the Staff. No Air con in the rooms. Nothing to do locally apart from walking.

Small hotel, separate to the pub (Mundy Arms) building, but on the same site. Room surprisingly quite given that the A52 goes past and it is a busy road. Rooms are comfortable, good beds, bathroom just works. Food at Mundy Arms is generic 'pub grub' nothing wrong with it but nothing special.

We arrived to find that right outside our room we had a rat trap, during our two nights stay, both my daughter and her husband and myself and my husband heard rats running and overhead, will never stay there again, disgusting.

Stayed here for 2 nights while attending a wedding. Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking. Now for bad bit, on second night we were Woken in early hours by mice/rats in the roofspace scurrying around and scratching. We were given a refund for our second nights stay by staff who stated they know they have a problem with vermin. Would... More
