Great place to stay. Bed was a king size and comfy. Decent size bathroom. Only complaint would be that the early morning bright light comes streaming in through the gap in the roller blinds straight into your face. No sleep ins for us because of that. Restaurant was pretty good too.

We visited on the spur of the moment to escape 46 degree heat! We were pleasantly surprised by the good pub food and comfortable environment. We hope to go back in autumn when their deciduous trees are in colour or when the fire place is crackling.

We are a family of four and we came to Cessnock for a family wedding and stayed for a night. Loved the look of this hotel from the road with the big breweries at the front. The room was very spacious, aircons in two rooms and a big spa bath which my kids enjoyed more than anything else in the...

We stayed here for a couple of nights and found it very unique to go out and visit winery's during the day and then in the evening being able to go and sample some home brewed beers as well as some lovely food in the restaurant.

From walking through the complex you can see that each of the villas are thoughtfully planned out so you have privacy and pleasant outlook. The resort is well equipped with an inviting pool and spa with shade cover and full sized tennis court. The hotel brewery is right next to you so you can stroll to your room after a...

Have driven past here many times, never stopped before. Thought we were going for a simple pub lunch, had low expectations but we were all really pleasantly surprised. Delicious lunch, tasty salads, perfectly cooked crispy chips. Very generous portions. Menu consisted of all the Aussie classics (homemade meat pie, chicken parmigiana etc) - all done really well. And some lovely...

My wife and I were given a couple of nights accommodation as a gift so I can't really comment about the cost of the stay however i was told after our stay that we were meant to have a spa in our room (not sure if those rooms existed) but the room and bathroom we were in was very spacious....

Potters is a nice place in a great location to everything the Hunter Valley offers. The Hunter Beer Co was a nice little tour for $10pp and you got a few beer tastings for that price and a chat from Keith the head brewer, who has a good knowledge and is very nice to talk to...make sure you book in...

This is a great Brewery definitely worth a visit and a welcome change from all the wineries. Keith and the team were really friendly and made us feel so welcome. We did the beer tour, it's $10 and includes 3 beers, really good value for money. There are several beers on tap all brewed in house plus a guest beer....

Great spot, quiet, relaxing and close to both pokolbin wineries and Cessnock township. Rooms are average, pool is very welcoming during regular heatwaves in summer and you have locally brewed beers onsite. Restaurant food needs work but besides that, worth staying. Family friendly.
