Recently stayed at Potters Hotel during our visit to the Winery Running Festival, the accommodation is well located to everything in the area and was basically what i was expecting for accommodation. No real negatives to report from our stay, the rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice and big, mini bar fridge, tv, kettle, toaster and microwave all worked.... More

Stayed 2 nights in July, Kind size bed in our King Villa, kitchenette, large bathroom with shower over bath. Terrible TV reception, picture kept breaking up, could only get 1 Chanel. Free internet but no reception in room had to walk over to pub to get internet.

Stayed here recently with a work show. Food is good honest pub food! Reasonably priced! Accommodation is basic, clean, a little dated, but good value for money! Tried some of the brewery beers on tap, an interesting pale ale! Not quite to my taste but not something that is was unpleasant! A good frost and ice over all vehicles outside... More

Great stop off on way to vineyards. Nice reasonably priced food. Although very busy on the weekend service was pretty good. Good for families with plenty of room 2 play & equipment for all age groups. Well worth dropping in for a drink or meal or both. Plenty of seating indoors & outdoors.

Don't expect too much I stayed here with my wife and two children (3&5) for two nights. Great location to explore the wine region, and this property is also the first stop in the iHop wine tour (highly recommended). Attention to detail was poor, for example there were four of us staying in the apartment on a double bed and... More

We chose this hotel as something different and so it was. The groups of 4 villas are set in extensive grounds in an inviting rural setting. The room we stayed in for 2 nights was comfortable and spacious however in need of some renewal. Looked and felt a bit tired and the exterior areas could do with some attention to... More

Went with friends during a big day in the wineries and needed a good hearty meal. What we got exceeded our expectations... This huge meal for only $29. Three of us ordered the steak and fish for the other person. Everyone was extremely satisfied and would happily recommend it.

Spent a couple of nights at Potters recently on the June long weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. The walls are very thin so unfortunately we could hear our neighbours on each side, one with a young baby. We had dinner in the Pub both nights and meals were good. Karaoke entertainment on the Saturday was good fun. Breakfast wasn't... More

Good location, easy to find however, for two nights, NO HOT WATER in a cold winter night. Hot water went out half way through my shower and had to shiver in the cold for one hour to only later be informed by nonchalant manager that hotel is using a off peak system and would not have hot water till next... Average rooms. Clean facilities and good room service. Hotel staff are friendly but courtesy bus service was hopeless. Hotel is close to main attractions and breweries. Pub food and breakfast not good at all. No wifi or Foxtel. Probably wouldn't stay again if we had the choice.

Thank you for your feedback Rosy B. We pride ourselves on offering a great product and service, and while it seems you enjoyed some aspects of your stay, its disappointing to know we missed the mark in other areas. We hope you do visit with us again and give us the opportunity to display how great our property can be. More
