Good hostel and nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hostel is beautiful, with a nice view of the mountains. Clean amenities and not far away from the center. It is a busy hostel so you should definitely make a reservation before arriving.

Beautiful views of the city in Salento. Harry at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Dorm rooms had comfortable beds, bathrooms were small and had only 1 in a room of 8 beds but they did have hot water. Central location and close to the bus terminal.

This is a nice hostel - there is a balcony with a lovely view, clean rooms with comfy beds and plug sockets for each bed, and lockers for each person too. The bathroom is small but the water was always hot when we wanted to shower. Getting up to the top bunks is quite daunting - ask for a lower bunk if you’re not Spider-Man!

Located at 5 min by walk from the city center of Salento, it is a perfect location because there is less noise than in the city center which is very a good point. We had a private room with an amazing view and the bed were perfect. The water was hot, everything was clean. We had a nice terrace with chairs where you can enjoy the view of Salento’s mountains. No bugs, mosquitoes or any other parasites were in our room. The staff is available at any time to answer your questions and very helpful: they allow us to charge our devices on their computer as an exemple. The price is totally fair and not more expensive than in other backpackers in Colombia. It is one of the best that we have done. There is also a kitchen which is just on the right side of the hostel. You just need to ask the key to the reception desk. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a fridge, microwave. It does not seem that many people were using it, we were alone every time. The only negative point is that the equipment is quite old. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can have nice dinners and drinks. I would not recommend it in the morning because it is a bit slow so if you have to be somewhere at a specific time it’s better to anticipate. If you are lucky you could also enjoy live musics. Recommended 100%.
