Our experience at La Serrana was great. The social atmosphere at breakfast, in the common room, and at the campfires nightly was a highlight. We "glamped" in one of their beautiful tents, which was wonderful - comfortable and clean with a real bed. The one negative aspect would have to be the hot water situation in the camping showers -...

We loved our stay here. We were in a tent which was lovely though quite cold at night. We asked for extra blankets and they happily gave them to us. The facilities are great and the food is lovely! Definitely have dinner there at least one night. It's a little far out of town but not too bad. The views...

This hostel used to be a dairy farm. We stayed in private rooms of what used to be the foreman's house. It was clean, comfortable and lovely. Plus the breakfast was excellent and the place was inexpensive. it's about a 10-15 minute walk from town.

We really enjoyed our time at La Serrana. It is the perfect distance out of the downtown area to feel like you are in nature while having all the amenities. My wife and I stayed in a very comfortable four person dorm with a bathroom ensuite. The reception is very friendly, the breakfast is filling (plus more you can add...

This place is more like a boutique hotel than it is a hostel. We booked the private room with private fireplace and loved it. The staff was incredible and the farm that the hostel is situated on was fantastic. We've been travelling full time since 2008 and stayed in literally hundreds of hostels. This one is at the top of...

We stayed in two of the "Glamping" tents because there was a mix-up with my reservation so we had to change tents the second night. The ambience is very relaxing and the views are lovely. The included breakfast is bread with eggs, fruit and coffee, but I preferred the granola with fruit breakfast both times, which is extra. We didn't...

This very beautiful and peaceful place a little bit out of town is perfect for relaxing. The staff is very kind and helpful and the food is delicious. I also met so many nice people and stayed way longer than I thought. So, if you go to Salento you have to go there. I'm sure, you won't regret it!!

Relaxed vibes, cool folks staying there, and the walk to and from town is just lovely. I highly recommend doing the walk at sunrise at least once, maybe on your way to Cocora. Also -- if you are going to do Cocora, make sure you get a better map than the one in the lobby or receive thorough directions before...

We didn't know that we booked a tent for two nights. After the first night we really enjoyed the quiete atmosphere and the fantastic view from our little balcony, so that we even stayed one night longer as planned. The breakfast was very good and fresh and the whole area is very beautiful and relaxing. The shared bathrooms were always...

During my 2 weeks in Colombia this was my favourite place! We stayed in one of the tents which had breathtakingly beautiful views. The sunset was amazing. The food at the place was outstanding. They do these unique family style dinners that were incredible. The staff is extremely helpful and helped planning our hikes and coffee tours. This was a...
