A great value campground with powered and unpowered sites, showers always hot, clean undercover bbq area and the kids loved the new looking playground. Caretaker was friendly and let us choose our own site.

Went on our first ever family camping trip here, firstly ill say the management was Extremely Rude, told us to just find any where to set up, as it was very busy, we set up at 1st available spot we came too, after having nearly completed setting up, manager came along and told us we couldn't stay where we were... We camped one night and found it and easy place to book in and deal with. We could choose where to camp and had plenty of space. It is fairly open and next to a weed cover sporting oval. Another review referred to it as a 'country camping place' – which means it does not have the same look and... More

Stayed for the 2nd queens birthday in a row after enjoying it so much the year before. Very quiet camp. We had 3 families, 3 tents, 3 cars, plenty of room in the park. Waking upto the kangaroos and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. One of the few places that still allow campfires at your campsite,... More

Spontaneous drive along the GOR warranted an overnight camp. Princetown was where we decided to call it a day and the Recreation Reserve was the place of choice. Having spent no more than 8 hours at the location, only needing a quick overnight stay, there was very little to complain about -- it was exactly what we needed. The early... More

We arrived at this camping area in the rain, caretaker was absent but had left instructions re setting up. Powered sites are set around the oval and there was only one caravan already set up and another came later. be aware that the toilets are key coded and so with an absent caretaker could not use the facilities. in the... We stayed only for one night in a tent on an unpowered site. The camping area is really nice and you can enjoy the real Australian nature, a lot of kangaroos everywhere and during the night cou can head the ocean. It was simply beautiful. The staff was really nice and the price was resonable : 20$ for two per... More

After a long trip from naracoorte sight seeing we decided to stay here and see the 12 apostles first thing in the morning. Good camp as it also is the Princeton cricket club. The water is hot and the showers were clean. It's old, not new polished tiles. The kids had a playground near where we set up camp and... More
