We loved this place. The property is beautiful with lovely grounds and beautiful olive trees. The room is large: rustic chic. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Hotel's Favorite
i'm a big fan of Puglia and been there many times, visiting quite a few 5* masserias and i believe Torre Coccaro is among the best you can find: - amazing property (authentic masseria, great landscape) with all the facilities you need: SPA, gym, a very nice pool, quiet places to read and relax, olive garden, vegetables garden... - 5 min. from the beach; they moved the Coccaro beach club at a new location, much smaller, but very cosy, private and good for families with small children (easy to keep an eye on them); my understanding is that they are refurbishing the old beach club and they will open it next year (one of the best beach clubs in Puglia); if you want a bigger, wider and more animated beach you can go to Le Palme (same owner) - very good hotel restaurant and amazing beach club restaurant (sushi and fish) - amazing breakfast; simple but top quality products... and the cakes... but on top of all these, i would put the quality of the service: old-school, impeccable service! (special mentions for Paolo and the lifeguard from the hotel pool, chapeau) definitely recommend it, especially for families with (smaller) children!

I have no words for the experience we had at Masseria. Me and my partner stayed there and we felt like living the real Italian dream holiday. The hotel is beautiful, rustic and chic. The spa is so beautiful, inside a cave and the swimming pool is warm, the space was quiet and perfect for a couple relaxing holiday. They also offered us a boat ride and a lovely dinner and lunch experience included on our stay. The dinner experience was amazing, was a real Italian night where the chefs were cooking us fresh Italian food, lots of desert options, wine, music, the vibe was unforgettable. The boat ride was also a beautiful experience we went swimming with other guests.

We book to dine at Egnathia one night as we were staying locally in a villa. It was a magical experience for the family. The food & service were first rate. Sitting outside was wonderful. It was so good we booked to dine on two more evenings. It would be lovely to stay at the masseria but if you are staying elsewhere locally then you could do no better than to dine at the restaurant. I considered the restaurant to offer good value for the very high standard of food & service.

The hotel is a sprawling campus with multiple structures, a large courtyard and a spa. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathroom is also great. The breakfast was wonderful and the spa is also lovely. Service was friendly. Just be aware you’re in the middle of nowhere and the food at the hotel restaurant is not cheap.

We stayed three nights at this property during our bike trip with VBT. I can't say enough about how wonderful the stay was. We were treated to delicious meals at breakfast (great buffet), a wonderful multi-course lunch and dinners. The pool had a walk-in feature and was very large. There was a nice bar and tables for drinks and snacks, and the staff was attentive with bringing drinks to the comfortable lounge chairs. There is even a beach club available which was very nice. Overall, the Masseria's staff was exceptional. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. We had a sitting area in front with lovely jasmine framing the doorway, and we also had a sitting area in the back with lounge chairs to sit in the sun. I just want to say thank you so much to everyone there! We would love to stay there again someday.

My group visited Masseria Torre Coccaro on 18 May 2022 and found the setting beautiful and the food (lunch) very good. Most of us had the house red and white which were fine. One member, who just happened to be a sommelier, ordered a glass of Franciacorta from the wine list. When the wine arrived she checked the bouquet and returned it saying that it was Prosecco and that it was not what she ordered. Twice more she was presented with Prosecco until, on the fourth occasion, the manager burst onto the scene apologising profusely for the "mistake". He produced a bottle of Franciacorta and offered a discount of 2 Euros which didn't seem particularly generous in the circumstances. So, if you are treating yourself to a glass of something special from the wine list, perhaps there is a need to proceed with care.

My wife and I just spent 4 nights at the Masseria in room # 7, the Olive Suite. Our room was exceptionally clean and we very much enjoyed the private pool and the attention paid to all the small details. The one thing that stands out is that all the staff were extremely gracious, professional and hospitable as they juggled all the guests who spoke many languages. We felt very welcomed at all times. Thank you to Enzo and his team in the restaurant for always making each of our measl unique and memorable, the housekeeping staff who refreshed the room twice a day and to the front of house staff that looked after all our needs. Food and service at both the Masseria and Le Palme Beach Club was exceptional.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at this "hotel" on our recent trip to Puglia. It's not the classic hotel experience as it is a more of an agrotourism experience. The room was basic but brand new, super clean and well appointed. The food and service was some of the best we've experience at any five star hotel. It was so quiet here that we had great sleep and having the ability to go to a nearby beach club was also a nice addition. I highly recommend staying here and you feel more like important family than a guest.
