L’Armanac de Toubie, Arnad - hotel, restaurant and pizzeria. Ideal base from which to explore the Aosta Valley. Conveniently situated within only half an hour from some of the Valley’s most attractive locations. Known for its excellent gastronomy, Arnad is the home of the famous Arnad Lard. It’s also an area of quality food and wine producers. Local dairy factories not only produce cheeses such as fontina and toma, but offer a wide range of other dairy products. As well as a cooperative, you’ll find a distillery and a farm producing fine wines. It’s also where the famous ‘pane nero’ (brown bread) is produced. A perfect location for sport. This area is known throughout Europe for its famous rock climbing wall, and for its choice of nature walks and excursions. In Arnad you’ll find the famous Romanica church and the Echallod Bridge, as well as other local cultural attractions. L’Armanac de Toubie is centrally situated to the three most significant fortresses in the Aosta Valley - the ‘triangle’ Bard Fort, Verres Castle and Issogne Castle, and are easily reached within 5 minutes by car - another perfect reason for choosing to stay at this conveniently located hotel. For your entertainment, we recommend the “Casino de la Vallée” at nearby Saint Vincent. Special reductions for hotel clients. L’Armanac de Toubie offers a varied menu of local traditional food; excellent homemade ‘Valdostano’ dishes are carefully prepared and cooked by the proprietors. Our hotel has an agreement with the Terme di Pré Saint Didier. The recently refurbished hotel rooms include TV, free internet, safe and refrigerator. A lift reaches all floors. Two rooms are equipped with facilities for the disabled. The hotel has easy access from the A5 motorway, exit at Pont St Martin (10 km) or at Verres (3 km).

Hotel armanac given its family setup, running has the best accommodation, clean rooms, best Italian food and friendly environment.located just below a buriful Rocky mountain in arnad area of Aosta is this beautiful hotel. Pork, pork, pork and cappuccino is top of its list. Ofcourse I love food, this place added more reasons to foodying. Menu is pure Italian and the Italian love for their traditional food was not spared either in ARMANAC. I loved it, enjoyed and will always come. Try too Philip.

We were travelling to Italy and needed somewhere to stop at the end of a long day. What a lovely find. Good size bedroom with ensuite, free parking and free wifi. Very flexible check-in times. we had pizza for supper which was cooked in the pizza oven where we could see it being prepared and lots of choice for breakfast. Hardworking nice staff who made it a very good stay.

The benefits of the hotel are: situated close to climbing spots, restaurant/pizzeria directly affiliated, clean, large and friendly modern rooms with perfect facilities, good breakfast Less points for these disadvantages: noisy area (directly at the local main road), staff is only speaking italian and french (no english), only a minimum of parking sites directly in front of the hotel available Sleeping mattresses needs getting used to - not the best comfort at all, but summarized all tops and flops the result is that the value for money is pretty balanced and okay.

We were in the region for climbing, and so it was great to find a hotel that was not far from our objective the next day. With little energy to look around for a restaurant, it was gratifying to discover that the hotel has a very good menu that is loaded with local specialities. The road immediately in front of the hotel carries a lot of traffic going faster than it should - so ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel away from the noisy traffic out front. It is a family hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the food is great with local specialties. A good place to stop if you don't have the energy to drive further over the San Bernardino.
