I deleted my previous review because I was embarrassed by how dramatic and long it was but that’s how angry this place made me, still stands out in my mind how terrible this place is, the staff are rude, hotel rooms are dated and hair and mould all over the bath, flooded the bathroom and they didn’t want to help, fix it or even provide me with towels so I could at least have a shower. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and overpriced and bad food and alcohol. Wifi is non existent making the experience even more painful
I purchased a room with 4 beds for me and my friends. However when i got there they gave me a room with only one bed and we had to squeeze everyone in a small room with only one bed and they refuse to give me a refund!
These guys don't know the meaning of customer service. Place needs to be shut down completely. Tiles in shower exposed and rust. No flush button on toilet, fridge full of mould and beds joined together with towels just a disgrace. When l went to express my concerns at reception no action taken, also email that evening without a response. Even when l returned home Flight Centre should be ashamed and your preferred supplier. Stay clear plenty of other options on the island.
This Hotel looks nice outside inside is other history. The rooms are outdated. The bathroom are in terrible condition (see picture). The staffing are so good, so bad. The hotel are so far from the downtown and need to rent a car. A bus station is a walking distance from the hotel and think is 2 euro each way. I does not recommend this hotel.
The location is perfect for families. The hotel has a very large swimming pool and is 1min away from the beach. you have a discount on the lounge chair if you stay at the hotel. The place would need to be renovated and clearly needs a little investment but the rooms are ok. Breakfast offers a lot of different choices, no fancy food but a good choice of fruits and cereals if you are not an english breakfast lover. There’s a gym with AC and a couple of dumbbells. The reception staff was helpful and the bar area enjoyable (some bar staff clearly have a limited english). 2 good restaurants walking distance. We had a car so we could travel easily around. I would recommend for family trips. Good value for money.
I really don’t know how this is rated so badly. We were very concerned after booking and reading all reviews. We were so pleasantly surprised and relieved when we saw the place . We had a fantastic stay with 2 small kids. And everyone was so lovely with them. We got a family room which was really good size and 4 of us had plenty of space for a week, air con, tv and fridge. Rooms were cleaned every day and new towels also. We read about ants being in the rooms, we also had some ants on one occasion but guess what? We dropped some crisps on the floor and that’s what happened . If you drop food ok the floor and don’t bother to pick it up , you’re gonna get ants . That’s really not the hotels fault !!! Towels available by the pool free of charge . Yes you have to pay for Sun loungers on the beach but you’re on holidays so I’m sure you can afford a sun lounger if you really want one ( this includes drink/ food service at the beach) staff walk endlessly all day to provide this service . It really is amazing. Breakfast is excellent and loads of fresh choices for every palate . Yes the hotel is situated a short distance from Mykonos town we drove there nearly every day and it is 15 min drive and you can easily do it with your eyes closed . Golf trolley always available to transport customers to and from rooms if needed. Prices are normal and you get what you pay for which is a sea front resort! We would highly recommend this and will definitely be returning!!…
Nice little hotel great staff and a good but hectic breakfast . The location is stunning however be prepared to pay a bit more for drinks as there is not much around in the way of competition . The bus is handy and we had a great day out at Agios ionnais beach ( Shirley Valentine beach ) Good air conditioning in the rooms
I'm sorry to say this hotel isn't worth its 4 stars. Although the reception staff is very friendly (incl. a friendly night auditor), the rest of the staff is quite rude. The rooms are old and the floor tiles really need to be replaced. We had some ants in our room. In addition, there were only three sockets in our room - quite inconvenient. We had to shower in the bathtub designed for people up to 1,85m. Cleaning service was good - we did get new towels every day. This hotel is located about 30 minutes outside of Mykonos Town. If you'd like to visit the center during your stay, please be aware that taxis don't usually go all the way back to this hotel - you would need to rent a car (about EUR 75 per day). (Driving your car to the center can be quite the adventure at certain times, due to heavy traffic and narrow roads.) The beach in front of the hotel is nice, also for windsurfing. Our tour operator TUI provided us with this hotel (changing wasn't an option, unfortunately). I wouldn't go back to this hotel.…
I had a one night stay here and it was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful indeed and the room was large, clean and bright and the bed pretty comfortable. The grounds are lovely and very well kept. I didn't get to use many of the facilities but the pool and bar areas were nice and the prices reasonable compared to other places in Mykonos. The is a seperate restaurant adjacent to the complex and you can get a 10% discount if you are staying at the hotel. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it The location is a little isolated and there isn't much else around so you'll need a car or take a bus to get you to busier parts of the island. However the upside is the beach is much less crowded than other parts of the island. Overall I enjoyed my short stay here and would go again although Paxos is a less busy and cheaper place to visit (than Mykonos)!…
Nice view and comfortable room. Poor breakfast, tired aesthetics, very over priced..for this amount of money I would expect a really good, well organised breakfast - it wasnt. hectic and messy. very unhappy.
