A very small island that you can stroll around the perimeter in an hour or so. The reef surrounding the island creates a lovely tidal lagoon, shallow and protected. You can walk 250m to the deck, and snorkel, or take a wooden canoe. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Took a scuba dive, and got my certification with them. Villas are...

I went to this resort back in October with a friend, and although my friend was not easy to please, I find this resort very nice and has very good service, especially from the diving center. When we visited this resort it was raining all week so nothing much to do, but the staffs did all the best they could...

Would stay here over the mainland karimunjawa, very well kept island and facilities. Great snorkeling around the jetty on the island with some of the best coral and clear water seen around the archipelago. Like most island resorts, there are plenty of mosquitoes and sometimes flies so bring your own insecticide, and plenty of it. Otherwise, the island is nice...

I stayed at Kura Kura resort for 3 nights. The resort is so beautiful with white powdered Sandy beach. It is nice for someone who seek for silence coz it is quite remote and so far from the main island, Karimundjawa, but they try to accommodate the guests with the resort transportation system which is private jet and speedboat and...

First impression was great. Booking was done through smooth and personalized emails communication. Pick ups at Semarang and Karimunjawa airports were efficient. Welcome greetings were all warm and made me feel at ease. These were just samples of the excellent personalized service that I experienced throughout my stay in this resort. The staff, from the GM to the receptionists, were...

Stayed for 6 nights in a pool villa and enjoyed every moment. The resort occupies the entire island, it is very well maintained and managed, it is a slick operation. At the time we visited the resort was at about 50% occupancy which made for a enjoyable uncrowded stay. The other guests were predominantly European (mainly Italian), being honeymooning couples....

I think it's the best REAL hotel on the island now. Good value for money when you want comfort. There is ofcause many home stays and cheaper options but after a long day on one of Go Green Tour boats it's nice to come back to a clean and cold room

I spent a week in Kura Kura recently and I wondered why I did not know about this slice of heaven before? Coming from Malaysia, this is a much better alternative to other busier resorts out there. I recommend this resort to those who wish to run away from the hustle and bustle of Bali and the likes. Kura Kura...
