The rooms are big and with a sea view. It is not luxurious but comfortable. The view is great. They have parking spots. Breakfast is very modest but ok. Compared to other hotels around room rates are very reasonable.

This hotel is at the best possible location in Perea !!! There is no question about it. However, it looks like that management of the hotel thinks that just location is enough to have a good hotel. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
First of all, this hotel has to be refurbished. Furniture, room interior and even blankets in rooms are old and outdated. Some rooms have very small shower area....(I been in two rooms), also the TV is like computer monitor size and it is not possible to watch it from the bed.
The breakfast has to be much better. There is not enough warm or hot stuff to eat for breakfast.
During a weekend, when I was in hotel, they had a live music in the restaurant on the main floor. That was nice, however that live music was until 3:30 am and I couldn't sleep !!!
Staff is friendly, but nothing exceptional, they are OK , I would say - nothing extraordinary.
Definitely, there is a huge potential for this hotel, first of all, because of the GREAT location, however in this moment it is just a potential and noting more than that.

Actually I visit Aigli hotel due to my business trip in the area, a friend booked it for me and I had no idea what is about.
Thanks fully I surprised because hotel was more than what I was expected.
Recently renovated, clean, family friendly hotel, at the sea side, could not be better.
The most important is the staff and the owner hisself.
I would like to thank them now because I didn't have the time to do earlier.

A cheek to award here 2 stars. This hotel in need of renovation (at best ready for demolition) should not actually be offered. The technique is ailing and should be renewed. Cables hang from the ceiling and walls everywhere. The AC wasn't working properly. The outside of it is installed on the balcony floor and blows the hot air over the balcony. The slip stoppers in the stairwell were worn and therefore dangerous as a stopper trap. The bathroom was a single disaster. I don't want to complain about using the toilet here now. The size of the shower was hard at the border. Obese people would have their problems here. The fitting was leaking and a little water was constantly leaking from the seal. Tablecloths in the outdoor restaurant conceal the ailing condition of the furniture. The absolute highlight was the power outage in parts of the village several times during the day. The hotel does not have emergency lighting in the stairwell, or has not worked. In the dark, I groped myself from the 2. Floor to reception to ask for a candle. One was handed over. Incomprehensibly, the hotel is offered on google maps with 2 stars. The accommodation is too expensive, so locals from the village told me

We used the hotel for a night, the staff is really nice. But the rooms are old and smelly. There are no outlets and I can’t say that the WiFi is good either. The hotel is near the sea and pretty close to the airport but away from the city centre. I think it isn’t a good hotel service for the price.

The hotel is old, and very very dirty.
Toilet had 'something' like a door, but it was impossible to close it.
Also, forgotten items were not given back! (first hotel that does not know how to control their cleaning stuff I guess)
Price is Ok, location is really nice, but there are much better opportunities than this one.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is an old Hotel on the beach of Peraia (40 minutes drive from Thessaloniki). We stayed because of the price (35 Εuros) without breakfast and because our friends live nearby. It was a big sea view room with old furniture with an intense smell of smoke. When I complained about it, I was told there were not non smoking rooms in the Hotel. The corridors also smelled probably because of the old carpets. The bathroom big but old and basic, the towels very old. The staff was very polite and helpful, they responded immediately to 2 requests i had.

It's a basic 2 Star Hotel.Breakfast is Basic.Room has a nice view unfortunately some loose electrics and air-conditioning that worked on and off.So the price seems reasonable however you have to pay for Sun beds €5 each or buy drinks to that equivalent potentially adding €70 to the cost for a week .It didn't matter that we as guests of the hotel spent €30 at lunch and €30 in the evening the sunbed rule of €5 each etc was still applicable.Diabolical .Needless to say we wouldn't pay the charge on principle and didn't eat or drink there again, the Hotels loss.We have been several times but this will be our last,We will be staying at slightly more expensive but free sunbeds for guests at the Golden Star city Hotel and overall much better Breakfast Service and quality.
