A dream place with winderful host, great breakfast, peace and relaxion, view of Volos and the mountain. Ideal aaccommodation, all the most beautiful places in the world are the hardest to get to. Like the best beaches in Pelion such as Mylopotamos and Fakistra you have to make an effort to reach there. So it is worth it even the road is bad, you have to leave the car downstairs and then climb about 200 meters on a stone road but its not so hard. We left one luggage in the car and took only one. We had 2 nights of accommodation and took another 2. Its so wonderful to have breakfast outside.
We have arrived to this place and discovered that from the parking to the house there was a long path full of stones and not suited for wailking or climing in a safe way, nonthe less with kids or six suitcases. going down that path was dangerous and anyone could fall. the path was about 300-400 meters long and we literally found ourselves not being able to go up and get to the house. I was afraid my kids will fall and get injured. This is certainly a place with low accesibility not only for physicly handicapped but for healthy people as well. Families with suitcases will find this place extremely uncomfortable to reach and I would'nt recommend them to come there. We found ourselfes doing the unfortunate thing and not checking in. I woul'd expect the place to write it clearly that accesibility to the house is low and even bad. They didn't.…
We spent four days in this accommodation (in the studio and not the 2 floor villa part). The location is not in the village and this has some advantages but also disadvantages. The advantage is that it is picturesque and with a great view. The disadvantage is the access is difficult, especially if you have a baby (carrying the baby trolley is impossible) or a very young child that can't walk well. More specifically, you park the car and have to carry everything about 500 m in a stone uphill path full of weeds. The studio was comfortable for a couple but not so spacious for a couple and a baby bed. All in all, a nice place to stay but not for a couple with baby/ toddler.
Excellent and friendly service, traditional stone-built house with a beautiful view. We had a big terrace to have our breakfast out watching over the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. Romantic fireplace inside the room. If you have mobility issues might not be easy to reach the house. Parking is not difficult but it's not right outside. It was a quite period and we were allowed to bring our dog with us which had plenty of room to move and explore. Definitely recommend for a visit!
We spent two remarkable nights in this apartment. We were a couple with two children, and we took the maisonette. The maisonette has two floors ,the lowest is the living room and the upper floor is were we slept. Rena ,the owner of the apartment is a very nice woman and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Rena, has in her kitchen every thing you could dream about. The apartment was very clean and had the look of a beautiful traditional Greek house. The view of the garden of the maisonette was remarkable. The whole city Volos was revealed to us. I strongly recommend on this place. One last thing, keep in mind that you can not reach and park your car near to the apartment ,but only seventy meters close to the apartment. you should climb this gap of seventy meters
