Cozy nice hotel. Very spacious room with good facilities (top floor). Good breakfast. 5 min drive to Riquewihr (popular tourist village) and 5 min to BestHeim vinery (it was recommended to us by local restaurant owners). Hotel is located right on the road, but it wasn't noisy. There are no many restaurants around. Reception provided good advice on dining.

The hotel is very pretty from the outside, but a little old and dated on the inside. The room was a nice size, with a separate toilet room. They had A/C in the room, but it didn't work good at all. Breakfast was OK, but we missed the eggs, bacon and sausage that's usually available at many other hotels. Wi-Fi... More

We stayed one night while visiting Colmar. It's about 10-minute drive to Colmar. The hotel was beautiful from outside. We had a suite for three of us, a couple with a 13-year old boy. The room is very spacious and so was the bathroom. The bed was somewhat sagging. WiFi didn't work. I thought it was just one time incident.... More

This has to be the cleanest hotel I've stayed in - the room and ensuite were spotless. Very helpful staff, weak wifi in the room, but on occasions you could get a connection. Parking at the front or round the back of the hotel is free. Overall, very good - I'd stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was wonderful. I enjoyed the breakfast and the Christmas decorations. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The village is really tranquil and there are a lot of wineries to go for tasting. There is bus service but I recommend renting a car. Overall I enjoyed my stay very... More

I stayed at Le Mittelwihr for three nights in September. It is a spotlessly clean and typically Alsacian hotel that I would recommend as a great alternative to staying in Colmar, as it is located in the heart of the Southern Alsace wine region. A car is definitely necessary. Mittelwihr is a charming small wine village and is just minutes... More

We stayed for one night on our weekend in Alsace. Staff was friendly, check in very easy and quick. The rooms are not too big, but cozy and very clean. Bathroom spacious with bath tube, which was lovely. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Wifi worked well. Nice place to stay.

Well, THIS is the place hotel school students should visit to see how a hotel should be decorated and run. The owner is very friendly and provides an extremely high standard of service. The quiet rooms are wonderful, spacious and climatised. We had two rooms which both had very good baths and showers. Breakfast is very good and well taken... More

Very nice hotel right on the Wineroute. Nicely furbished with quality materials, very clean and discreet. Wonderful and helpful staff. Rooms have A/C which was sooo pleasant. Parking is not a problem. Restaurant next door good, however I agree with PukkSahib, not as good as it likes to see itself. For food go to Riquewihr. For golfists, I can recommend... More

Hotel is quite modern. Some rooms are better than others. Go for e.g. 18 was more spacious at the back and with balcony. Half pension was 30 Euros each - well worth the money for the restaurant next door - excellent food !
