Plenty of hot water in both sinks, but shower was barely room temperature despite numerous complaints and requests during our four-night stay. Owner clearly did not care and took advantage of the high demand for lodging at that time. Staff was not particularly friendly either. Place was shabby and dark.

Just came back from a weekend in Canmore. My initial thought driving into the area was that it was perfect since it was right off the high way (huge pro!). When we entered the room the first thing we noticed was the smell and the stains on the carpet. The cabin was very small which was fine considering we were...

Old, rustic cabins but very cozy and comfy. Do not expect anything fancy. As long as you are happy with a bed and a shower this is the place for you. Plus you are very close to Canmore and Banff. We will definitely come back here!

I wanted a cabin and this one was great. It was clean and contained all that you needed. They are small and cosy. We loved it ! We did not know that there would be pots, pans, dishes, etc, so we did not bring food. As when you are in the mountains you do not spend much time in the cabin,...

We booked and paid for 12 adults to stay for four nights, prior to arrival we contacted the cabins only to be told there was no booking for us and that they were unable to accomodate us. We were then informed they would not refund our money. We have now had to book elsewhere, with no goodwill from Rundle Cabins.

We accidentally booked this through Hotwire-where it is rated as a 3.5 star. Ha! I had stayed in a "2 bedroom" a few years ago and when I saw the location what I yelled "NOOOOOO!" I was really worried when I saw some reviews the mentioned bedbugs. We stayed in a studio cabin #8 for one night. The staff were...

Do not stay here. It is disgusting. It's filthy. It smells- the sort of smell that sticks to you. Bed sheets make you itch. We booked two nights but left after one. Only stayed because it was late, contemplated sleeping in my car it was that bad.

Please avoid this place at all cost! Booked 7 months before just to find out that we don't have any rooms available for us. Manager did not even care. Very rude and unapologetic. They booked the rooms to more expensive price as it is a long weekend. You won't even enjoy the pace as it is dirty. Please stay away...

Cabin was very cozy. It was quite hot during the day. The bathroom was okay. The shower was a bit dirty and the shower head was very leaky. The service at the front desk was awesome! There was limited parking space, especially if you got back later at night. Location was great, close to Canmore.

Recently spent 2 nights here, in cabin 44. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and rustic - exactly what we were wanting. Area was quiet and well maintained. Yes it is somewhat "dated" but frankly we weren't there for luxury. We had a comfortable bed, everything we needed to prepare lunches and a roomy space for us and...
