My husband and I were staying not far from here in a "dog friendly cottage" and were told The Bull was a "dog friendly" pub. We were delighted to find this was exactly true ! We were actually allowed into the bar with our 2 dogs AND we sat and ate a delicious Sunday Roast followed by Apple Crumple and...

We enjoyed a delicious, very reasonably priced, supper at this lovely friendly village pub. A mid week treat! Will certainly make a return visit when next in the area. A Good selection of beers and wines to boot!! We didn't stay but the rooms look lovely and can only guess that the breakfast and quality of sleep would be good!

We went to a Wedding close by and stayed for two nights at the Bull Inn. From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and the owner, Sue and her husband, couldn't do enough to ensure our stay and visit to the wedding was a good one. We booked a family room as our party was two adults...

We were staying in the next village and ventured into Litcham for an evening meal, The Bull being the only place to eat - the choice was easy. The bar was full but the restaurant empty. Although we were given menus, the specials board was located in the bar. We only ate a main course followed by coffee, the main...

The Bull Inn is a short distance from my boyfriend's house so it is nice to walk down to and enjoy a drink at. However, it is not a regular treat because of the price! The last time we went I was charged £4.95 for a slice of cake (that I know for a fact was from Tesco) and two...

Living not too far from the Litcham Bull it now seems odd that we haven't tried it before, as it was prom night and we had dropped our daughter off in the village we thought we would give it a go for an evening meal. What a pleasant surprise, very nice place with lovely people running it, three lovely courses...

We stayed here as part of the wedding party. Very welcoming and homely. Excellent food cooked by Clive. Sue couldn't do enough for us would highly recommend to anybody. Rooms are large and comfortable. Especially the large family room never seen so many beds in one room. Will definitely visit again. Thanks Sue, Clive and all the team.

We stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding and couldn't have picked a nicer place. Sue and Clive are really friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are basic but lovely with some extra touches like bottled water on the bedside tables and washcloths in the bathroom (also very soft and fluffy towels). There...
