We decided to make a stop for a dinner on a trip from Greece. Hotel Royal Putnik we selected based on recommendations. We werenot allowed to park on half empty hotel.parking and we were asked to park in the neighborhood what was impossible as all parking lots were occupied by the guests of the party held in hotel. Recepcionist refused to let us on hotel parking although she saw that we are family with 3 kids an we said that we just wanted a dinner. She advised us to go somwhere else... Highly unkind and unprofessional policies. This place seems to be just a place for local parties and guests from other places are not welcomed... We recommand to avoid this Hotel ...

What I did use was hotel service at the restaurant. Staff is very pleasant, meals are delicious, but I loved the piano mostly. Would play it everytime and anytime if I could. Hotel systems management are at the high level, receptionists are very polite and will help and lead you. For the hotel, interior and exterior design are perfectly done, whoever the architect is.

Really nice for a for star hotel. Should be a five star. The staff Are really friendly and professional. When we arrived I asked if we could checkout at 14:00. The guy in the reception said that our room is booked but he will change the booking so that we could have a late checkout. Nice restaurant with good food that is not so pricey. Waiters are really friendly. Breakfast was ala carte and it was nice. Clean rooms.

Royal Putnik Hotel in Vranje, Serbia is five stars all the way, a perfect introduction to Serbia. Upon arrival, you are welcomed with open arms. The staff are incredibly friendly, full of smiles and helpful in every aspect. We booked the suite with a terrace, and it was beautiful, very spacious, and the detail was exceptional, very luxurious and modern. The bed is heavenly, great blinds and extremely quiet to allow you to sleep in for as long as you wish. The terrace has a wonderful view over the valley, and you are surrounded by all the green trees and nature of Vranje. The room is fully serviced every day, no matter what time. It was a nice surprise to experience a full service, which has been few and far between during our stays in Macedonia. You are spoilt with a fantastic restaurant and bar on the rooftop, with indoor and outdoor dining. Serving amazing food, an excellent wine list and cocktails were also a treat. The staff were all incredibly professional and we loved chatting with them, listening to their story and all their travel tips for Serbia. We dined most days and were delighted with every meal, the dishes were on another level, we thank the lovely chef for taking us on an adventurous and delicious food journey. The meat dishes were mouthwatering. The breakfast is a la carte with a great selection of dishes to experience. We were very impressed and the serving portions will keep you satisfied well into the afternoon. The location is just off the main street but still in the heart, so you are on the doorstep of the city. Definitely recommend Royal Putnik Hotel for your stay. It is simply the best hotel in Vranje.…

Hotel "Royal Putnik" provides excellent services, for example, the friendliness of the staff is at a high level, they are very hospitable, helpful and always available. The food is excellent, and they also offer a relaxation program in the form of a gym, swimming pool and spa. It is also equipped to hold seminars because it has a congress hall. And it also provides an opportunity for various celebrations.
