We chose the Atrium Prestige Pension because of these very many positive reviews, we were not disappointed. The secluded location with direct access to the beach of this very nice property was a plus for us.
We took advantage of the quality of the welcome, the kindness and professionalism of the staff and especially the quality of the catering. Special mention at Thalassa and Asian restaurants.
We recommend that you take all included if you stay on site during your stay taking into account the rates of drinks and meals (excluding buffet).
We had a sea view room (1125) very well maintained every day, although the sea view was a little hidden by the roof of the rooms located on the lower level.
We had hesitated to come in October, but it proved to be an excellent choice, fewer tourists, very few children and still very good temperatures.
We have already recommended this Pension to our friends.

This was our 3rd holiday to the beautiful island of Rhodes. We travelled abroad with our 2 yr old daughter for the first time ever so we were worried parents and it was hard work as she was teething hard and unwell just before the holiday and she was unsettled for the first few days and she did not eat anything to begin with which was worrying for us. This was our first experience at the Atrium Prestige hotel in Lachania and it is truly amazing and all the staff were very kind and helpful to us, so we felt very well looked after at all times. Prior to the holiday, the brilliant operations manager Katerina answered all our questions and lengthy emails and she was able to reassure us about the food choices for our toddler who is a fussy eater and she arranged some extra baby amenities in the room such as a cot, baby bath, potty, stroller and a steriliser. Katerina also arranged the airport transfers for us in a very large and comfortable Mercedes 9 or 10 seater van with a correctly positioned and secure baby seat. We had taken a lot of luggage and we needed a large and comfortable vehicle with a baby seat for the long drive to the hotel and the transfer time is approx. 90mins from the airport. We did not need to take our own baby seat or stroller thanks to the hotel. We stayed for 12 nights on the all inclusive package which was perfect for us with our 2 yr old toddler. We simply wanted to stay at the hotel and relax and spend time playing with our daughter and we did not want to hire a car or explore the surrounding areas this time. Everything was planned for and around our 2 yr old daughter who is still napping in the afternoons so we needed to stay near our room and be near to the hotel restaurants.

The design and architecture of the hotel is flawless and the space is awesome and vast. The hotel was at nearly full capacity during our stay, but we never felt like there were too many people there and our daughter had lots of space to run and play. Our ground floor superior suite was fabulous and it had two balconies and two bathrooms and two toilets and two separate sleeping areas which we needed for our own comfort. There were two televisions and the main TV had some familiar English speaking children's programmes on the YouTube app which was great for our daughter. Our daughter had a lovely lawn area to run around on safely in front of the balconies. We felt very safe here on the ground floor with our toddler and the views of the sea and sunrise and sunset and the stars at night were magical. Our mini bar was re-stocked daily by 10.30am and our room was thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis with fresh sheets and fresh towels every day. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues in the room that were resolved very quickly. Our minibar fridge was making too much ice and freezing the toddler milk so we were given a new fridge immediately. The grounds and gardens are kept in meticulously good order by the garden maintenance team.

The food was exceptional in all of the 6 restaurants and we enjoyed tasting the Greek wines with our evening meals. The pool and beach bars provided a great selection of beverages and beers and cocktails and food and snacks throughout the day. The staff in all of the restaurants were very kind and patient with our daughter which made every meal relaxed and enjoyable. The main restaurant provided a sumptuous themed buffet each day along with several gourmet a la carte choices at lunch and dinner and I have to say the wine list was impeccable. Nikos in the main restaurant was a perfect host and the whole team always made sure we had everything we needed for our daughter and they always made a fuss of her which she enjoyed. Breakfast was a favourite of mine with Christos making the best omelettes I have eaten and it was like watching a master at work. The other five a la carte restaurants also had so much choice and we enjoyed every meal so much. Jani, Vlad, Nikos, Costas and Eleni at the 3 poolside restaurants were so kind and helpful to our daughter. Two of the a la carte restaurants are directly overlooking the sea in an idyllic setting with unforgettable views and the food and service were impeccable. Our daughter only eats chicken nuggets and fish fingers atm and they were available in all restaurants along with plenty of other choices for kids of all ages. The main restaurant and kitchen helped us every day with fresh fruits and vegetables to use in smoothies for our daughter as we had to give this to her in our room twice a day and as soon as she woke up in the mornings and in the afternoons. We took a portable blender to do the smoothies in our room. On day 5 of the holiday our daughter started eating the chicken nuggets and fish fingers which were always freshly prepared and not the cheap frozen varieties which was a huge relief for us as parents. All the food and beverage teams work hard and all the food is really delicious and the service is outstanding. The main restaurant and kitchen can and will prepare anything you need for your child and it is completely fresh food.

The pools and the beach were really beautiful and our daughter loved the heated paddling pool and she enjoyed the beach and the sea. You can order drinks and food direct to your lounger which we did effortlessly via the hotel app. You also have to book the a la carte restaurants via the hotel app but they serve dinner from 6pm which suited our daughter much better.

There is a very good kids club with really nice staff and lots of toys to play with. Mickey and Minnie Mouse come to visit every Friday. This was a first for our daughter and she really enjoyed seeing them. There is a lovely playground area with swings and a roundabout and a climbing frame and a see-saw. We were able to do different activities every day with our 2yr old daughter and she never grew tired of her surroundings. It was nice to see other parents with babies and toddlers and kids of all ages and people of all ages.

The hotel has an excellent mini market on site and this was a godsend for us. The first milk we used in our room provided by the hotel did not agree with our daughter as it was long life milk and this was nobody's fault but we as parents should have thought about it for our daughter and we only realised on day 2. We then found some ready made Aptamil toddler milk in the mini market which was the same as we had used at home in the UK before moving onto fresh whole milk. The ladies who worked at the mini market were able to source more of the Aptamil milk for us and they also sourced Kellogg's cornflakes as this is the only thing our daughter eats for breakfast along with some toast at times. We also found toys and baby wipes and nappies in the mini market. The mini market has everything you need for babies and toddlers and they can source most items if you needed to contact them ahead of you. Both the mini market and the main kitchen can provide fresh whole milk which we found out afterwards but we were happy to pay for the Aptamil toddler formula from the mini market as we knew this would not upset our daughter's stomach and it was exactly the right toddler formula milk for her 2yrs age group.

Our daughter celebrated her 2nd birthday in Lachania during our holiday and the hotel arranged a surprise birthday cake and a card for her and some sparkling wine for us in our room which was incredible kindness. On the day of our departure we asked for a lunch box for our toddler which had a sandwich and fresh fruits and fairy cakes and juice and water so we were able to feed her something at the airport and on the aircraft from the lunch box and this was very helpful whilst travelling. There are so many points of excellence at the Atrium Prestige and this is a really special resort that I would happily recommend to my family and friends and to anyone who has children. The Atrium Prestige and the entire team of dedicated professionals who work there are worth more than 5 stars in my opinion and it may be the best hotel we have stayed at and we will go back again and again.

After reading the reviews for the hotel before our holiday, we did feel a little apprehensive as surely the hotel could not be as good as the reviews were suggesting. We needn’t have worried as everything about our stay exceeded all our expectations. Staff were very friendly and so helpful from the moment we checked in with Michalis at reception and then us to being driven to our room by Yan. Our initial room was a Junior Suite with Sea View, which was fantastic, very roomy, clean and comfortable with a lovely view. However, we were delighted to be offered an upgrade mid holiday to a bungalow with its own private pool which made our holiday extra special. We went half board. The quality/ variety of food available at the main restaurant meant we did not feel we missed out by not trying the speciality restaurants on site. The dining experience was enhanced by the ever-attentive staff, from Martin looking after us so well at breakfast, to Nikos who successfully retrieved an otherwise awkward situation where our drinks order was forgotten about on the first night and to John, the Maître d’hôtel who ensured we had the best table in the restaurant for our dinner meal on our final night. The housekeeping staff were also exceptional and brightened our room by leaving lovely fresh flowers, picked from the grounds, each day.

The resort is isolated, being some distance from the nearest town. However, the main public bus route has a stop right outside reception and we did take a bus to Lindos one of the mornings. The isolated position did mean the hotel/ beach benefited from a wonderfully calm and relaxed atmosphere. There is a shop on site which catered for anything you could possibly need at unexpectedly very reasonable prices. We were served in the shop by a wonderfully helpful and friendly lady. Sorry I did not catch her name, but she did say she had moved to Rhodes from Australia some 20 years ago, so I am sure it will therefore be relatively easy to identify her.

The beach facilities were great. Whilst the beach itself was quite pebbly, the loungers were very comfortable. The Aegean was very calm and the waters were crystal clear. Unfortunately, we did suffer the usual scourge of fellow guests who feel it is their entitlement to ‘reserve‘ places with their towels/ belongings despite them being absent for hours at a time and despite hotel management’s best efforts to guard against such selfish behaviour with notices warning that, in such circumstances, possessions would be removed if after 30 minutes of the loungers not being occupied.

However, we did not allow this to distract from what was otherwise a truly wonderful and relaxing break and we can’t wait to return in the future and have been spouting the virtues of the hotel/ staff to all who have been prepared to listen to us since our return. Thank you Atrium Prestige.

I spent almost 10 days as a "Novice" at this Resort. My partner and I were very enthusiastic. In addition to the words of praise already known here (greatly maintained facility, excellent food, very dedicated staff), I would like to emphasize the following:

Although some people write that the sea is more accessible only with bathing shoes, I can give warning. The beach is a mixture of sand and gravel, with the gravel only starting at the water. I went in barefoot and had no problems. In the sea you can still stand about 20 meters (I didn't swim further out), which I found quite pleasant.

The pools have been rather cool in September, cooler than the sea (that was maybe 26 degrees?). I didn't make it to the pool, but I'm pretty delicate. It's a guy thing, of course. In the spa area there was a heated saltwater indoor pool with whirlpool jets etc. It was really warm!!

We especially liked the quality of the sunbeds on the pool and beach. The furniture was very high quality, thick mattresses and no broken plastic garbage. Very pleasant to lie down.

Overall, the atmosphere in the complex related to the guests was very quiet and cozy (as I said: September). But we really liked that anyway, because we primarily just wanted to relax and not a halligalli.

The WIFI worked great throughout the complex, including at the pool and on the beach.

We had the All Inclusive Package, which really means almost everything. Only champagne drinks and other fancy items cost extra. Cocktails, beer, snacks, everything included, except for the tip of course, which you are very happy to give. You can order drinks + snacks with an app in both the pool and beach area, which are brought directly to the bed very quickly.

The hotel manager Enias Kiritsis was there daily and always asked if we were satisfied. He would certainly have taken any criticisms (but they did not exist) seriously.

We will definitely come back.

Nice hotel on a beautiful, remote location, surrounded by untouched nature. A wonderful sand-pebble beach is south-facing and rapidly in the shade in the evening. Breakfast is a huge buffet of medium to good quality. Cooked dishes are made with low quality oil without the olive taste but gladly they have fresh greek salads, fresh fruits and the wonderful greek/strained yogurth. Rooms are good sized with a beautiful sea view but unfortunately the walls are paper-thin and the doors have a large gap on the side. You can hear every cough or snoring from the neighbors. On a Sunday morning you get woken up at 7.30 by the friendly but very loud speaking cleaning team. And if you’re unfortunate and have neighbors above you you hear every chair moving on the tiled floor. The evening entertainment is also very loud even in the most remote rooms. Gladly they usually stop at around 10 pm. All in all an ok 4 to 4.5 star hotel with international flair but certainly not feeling greek in any way.

We travelled as a party of two older adults, two younger adults and an 11 year old boy. We visited in late October to celebrate a special birthday, and we were not disappointed. All of the staff went out of their way to ensure my celebrations were extra special, with lovely touches and surprises throughout the day. I couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate.

Everything about the Atrium Prestige is stunning, and the service is second to none. We felt totally pampered and indulged. We even joked that we thought the restaurant staff were reading our minds, because they seemed to be anticipating what we would need in 10 minutes time!

There are too many members of staff to name, but I must give a special mention to Elena, who made our breakfast experience so enjoyable. From the first day she remembered all of our preferences and was so attentive. She sometimes served us at lunchtimes too, but at other times we ate at the seafood restaurant or the pool bar, which were both excellent in very different ways. Be warned - the gyros at the pool bar is huge! When we had it for a second time, my husband and I shared one.

Our sea view rooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable. Someone on here has said the rooms are dated, but that is not the case at all. They are traditionally furnished, and that is a different thing entirely, and they are lovely. They are immaculately decorated and kept super clean by a lovely lady who greeted us every morning with a beaming smile, which always made us smile!

I would recommend the hotel to anyone. The only advice I would give to anyone who is in any way inform, is to ask in advance which rooms have a walk-in shower. Our room had a jacuzzi bath, which was a nice touch, but it had the shower over it, and it was quite high to climb into. We managed ok, but some people may struggle.

The other thing to be aware of is that the Atrium Prestige is very isolated. There is nowhere to walk to in the immediate vicinity, but the whole point of this hotel is rest and relaxation, pampering and indulgence, and that suited us perfectly. We had no desire to go anywhere else - we had everything we needed at the hotel. Even the 11 year old was perfectly happy, with tennis, table tennis, giant chess and swimming, he was fully occupied and made loads of friends, and he can't wait to return to meet up with them again. He's not the only one - we all want to return as soon as we possibly can.

A special thank you to Enias, the hotel manager, for leaving no stone unturned to ensure my celebrations were very special, and indeed to all of the staff, who were the best I have encountered anywhere.

I would give Atrium prestige 6 stars if I could. Everything about this holiday was wonderful!

To begin with, we wanted to book our transfers directly with the resort for convenience and reliability as we were travelling with our 1 year old. I emailed the resort to arrange this and Katerina, the Operations Manager for the Atrium resort chain, emailed me back instantly. She confirmed our booking, the price and also a car seat for my son.

On arrival, we were greeted by super friendly and smiley staff. Whilst we were checking in, Katerina came to greet us with a little present for my Son. (This was out 4th holiday with our son, and none of the other resort have gone above and beyond like Katerina did). We were also upgraded to a garden bunglow so our son would have an outdoor space to play in. We didn't request for this, so it made our stay extra special.

I informed Katrina that my son has a nut allergy and to my surprise, she instantly picked up the phone to call the main restaurant and asked the head chef to meet with us every day, whether it is Breakfast, lunch or dinner so the chef could inform us what is suitable for my son. This is what I call going above and beyond.

The chefs in the main restaurant were absolutely amazing and would take their time out to not only show what was suitable but actually prepared my son's dishes separately to avoid the risk of cross contamination, including his fruit platter.

This now brings me on to the food and beverages. Each dish, even at the buffet restaurant was of a very high standard and the presentation was faultless. The cocktails and mocktails and simply delicious and all premium brands were included in the All Inclusive.

Moving on to the resort and all i can say is that it was breathtaking. The views, the architecture, the cleanliness..... Everything was exceptional!!!!

To end with I would like to say that regardless of all the positives I have mentioned above, Atrium prestige's true assets are the employees. Each and everyone of them are kind hearted and extremely helpful individuals and they ALWAYS welcome you with the warmest smiles.

Till date, i have not stayed at any resort twice, but Atrium Prestige is one place I cannot wait to visit again. xxx

The first moment you enter this hotel, you know its is something special.
The reception staff are warm and welcoming and this escalates throughout every staff member -
The grounds are immaculate and well maintained and once nightfall's the whole hotel takes on a magical feel transformed with glittering lights in the pools, which is the most amazing site against the backdrop of the gorgeous sea view .

We had a prestige room with its own pool and it was simply stunning.
As the hotel is a spa hotel it is based on relaxation and therefore the location is set in a peaceful area , set away from the madding crowds and the views from everywhere are Wow - if you would like to visit the rest of the island then car hire is readily available and there is a bus stop right outside for convenience , which takes you all over the island.
The Premium all inclusive is well worth paying up front as the food and drinks were 1st class .

We loved the Al La Carte restaurants but the main dining room is fabulous too .

All rooms have a mini bar which is restocked daily - complementary on all inclusive.

We were only in the hotel for 3 nights as we had other commitments but we could not fault this hotel and cannot wait to go back for a longer stay .

I'm on the 8th. Spent a dream holiday in this beautiful hotel and now sit in front of my laptop with my unforgettable impressions in my luggage. The Atrium Prestige is the only hotel I want to return to over and over again and do.
The location of the hotel is ideal for those seeking peace, relaxation and relaxation. The complex is laid out terraced towards the sea and is very lovingly maintained by the gardeners. Since many rooms have their own pool, you will always find a quiet place in the complex and on the beach.
Every holiday starts with a breathtaking view of the sea and a very warm welcome at the reception. It is always nice to see familiar faces immediately and to be welcomed so warmly and friendly. Yvan, Fotis and Katerina, the Operations Manager, ensure with their warm welcome that it always feels like coming home. Katerina always makes sure that nothing is missing during the entire stay and has smaller things fixed immediately. Great service! A big thank you for that!
For me, the friendly people, whether pool boy, maid, restaurant... are the soul of this hotel and they all make it this special little paradise for me. I feel welcome and taken care of.
I would like to thank Maria and Elena in particular, with you two every start of the day is so warm and cheerful that you are looking forward to the next breakfast and thanks to Christos I enjoyed every morning a perfect omelette, you just have to try it.
A few evenings I ate in the pool restaurant, being served by Jani is always a great pleasure for me, he always has a smile on his lips and I really enjoy his courteous service. The food was very good, but unfortunately the choice in the evening is still very limited. It would be desirable that the extended lunch offer is also available in the evening.
At the pool bar I ended the evenings in a social gathering. Voula simply mixes the best cocktails and it is a lot of fun to talk to her, Christian and Giorgos (main bar) as well as the other guests. It never gets boring here!
Finally, I would like to emphasize that some modernizations have been made, such as a new and more modern look in the pool restaurant, new tiles in the room and pool, and new pads for the sun loungers. Please keep it up, then the Atrium Prestige will certainly remain one of the top hotels in the future!
Thanks for another unforgettable holiday and hopefully see you next year! I wish everyone a relaxing winter.
