Wonderful experience from the moment of arriving. The staff were brilliant throughout the entire stay. We are currently sat in reception waiting for a cab to the airport. The COVID measures that are in place within the hotel and grounds aren’t obtrusive, but they certainly give you a reassurance and comfort factor that the hotel is doing everything possible to ensure your safety. We had a suite in block 1, with a terrace onto a shared pool with 6 other rooms, this pool was never crowded typically either one or no people in it. The main hotel pools are brilliant, scrupulously clean and well maintained. The food is fabulous, highly recommend the a la cárte at the specialty restaurants, and if you go to the main restaurant be sure to try their gala dinners all superb. We thought long and hard about travelling while COVID was still a thing, but honestly if it weren’t for the mask wearing in common areas and lots of hand sanitizer stations you’d easily forget. The hotel was using its own app which allows you to order food, drinks, whatever to your location. Be that your room or as with us usually to a sun bed location on the beach. The beach bar and staff were awesome, again they couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned from a 2 centre Atrium holiday where we spent the first week at the wonderful Atrium Platinum and the second week at the equally wonderful Atrium Prestige. It was the perfect combination, although we would have loved to stay one more week so we could visit the Atrium Palace too. Our holiday was fabulous. The staff and management at both hotels are just fantastic without exception and we are very grateful to them all for making our stay extra special. Our sincere thanks to all of you. We miss you and cannot wait for our next visit. The hotels are simply stunning and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food and beverages offer in premium all inclusive is top notch and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms makes them a luxurious home away from home. The layout of the hotel is more like a Greek village than a hotel which is especially good during the pandemic as you don’t need to use lifts. Regarding measures taken by Atrium hotels to safeguard both guests and employees, we were very impressed. We felt very safe and protected in both hotels. All guests have temperature checks on arrival. Housekeeping are cleaning public areas continually and staff wear masks everywhere in the hotels. Guests are also required to wear them at all times in public indoor areas (by law I believe) and staff are quick to respectfully remind anyone who may forget . Restaurant staff are constantly sanitising their hands and changing protective gloves. I really do not see what more they could do and we felt much safer than we do in the U.K. The staff are also tested regularly by a visiting clinic and have frequent temperature checks. We really were very sad to leave after a stress free stay and thank every one of you for all your efforts and kindness. See you soon.

We visited Rhodes last year first time with windsurfing being the main reason. After our first stay in Atrium prestige we knew it won’t be our last. We only didn’t know we will return in less than a month for another two weeks. This year we could not wait to book again. A lot has been said in other reviews. What I can say is most important for us is to have no stress, to be surrounded by smiling and wonderful people, who nevertheless know how to keep a privacy. We always also rent a car as we drive often to Prasonisi and some local tavernas, but one can stay only in the resort and still not get bored, there are plenty of things to do. We normally like sand seabed beaches and this isn’t the case here, but we truly enjoyed all the fishes one can see in the sea and have fun with. Amazing! As amazing is the view. You only enter the reception are and you feel happy. You have your rich breakfast and you feel happy. You sit at your sea view terrace and you feel full of happiness. Last but not least as mentioned already - all the people working in this hotel. It is obvious they are well trained how to treat and pamper a guest, but I think they are also well selected for their cordiality. Nothing is too much to ask. Even the crisis management was very well done (there has been a fire in Rhodes, far from the hotel, but impacted the power network at the whole island). What really made an impression to me is how a higher level manager not only talks to the guests at breakfast, but when needed also helps the other personnel clean and tidy up the tables after the guests. Hands down. Thank you, all! We will be back very soon!

Just returned from a week holiday at the Atrium Prestige Thalasso. As our first 'post-COVID' holiday, we just wanted a hassle free, relaxing week in the sun, and the Atrium Thalasso delivered that. A fantastic, clean, well-maintained hotel that gives all the opportunity to relax. Lovely, comfortable rooms, and a very tidy and clean complex. The beach was lovely, and very relaxing. Plenty of sunbeds, so no need to get up early to bag yourself a bed, although I feel you may need to get to the beach early to get a 'front row' bed. The best thing was the app allowing you to order food and drinks from the bar direct to your umbrella - so easy :). The drinks were great - a huge selection of well known labelled drinks, great cocktails with plenty to choose from and freshly made (we have been to too many 5* hotels that provide ready made cocktails that just don't count the muster). The food choice was good and plentiful - we particularly liked the 'themed menu' in the Main Restaurant each evening, that meant you could have a 'special' dish cooked freshly and not be limited to the buffet selection. That said, the buffet selection was large, plentiful and varied from night to night. We did have an evening in the fish restaurant for one of the lobster evenings - was ok, but we did not feel was worthy of the additional cost (which we had to pay despite being 'Premium All Inclusive'). The one negative was the pace of service at the Main Bar at the end of the evening - only two waiters serving and only two bar staff, which meant when the bar was full during the evening entertainment, the wait was unfortunately far too long. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, but we would like to say a big Thank You to Renato who looked after us all week, from the pool bar during the day, to the main restaurant and finally the Main Bar at the end of the night - a credit to himself and all the staff at the hotel. A great hotel and would recommend to anybody to go.

We would like to thank all the staff for making our wedding anniversary and my birthday such a memorable one. From the moment we arrived and saw that beautiful view from the lobby we new we had arrived at a very special hotel. A special mention to Katerina for our wonderful bungalow with pool and all the extra special little touches of cake and wine for our anniversary and my birthday, this was really appreciated. The food was really good in all the restaurants and they all had such wonderful views. We must also mention the cleanliness of everywhere in the hotel and the gardens are kept immaculate. But most of all the staff are some of the best we have encountered anywhere we have travelled in the world, they are a credit to the manager and the hotel. Looking forward to our next stay, which we hope will not be too far in the future.
