I cannot rave about this hotel enough. First and foremost, every single member of staff were great, and made you feel like you were the number one priority. And it felt safe and clean and comfortable to travel to during Covid-19. We booked this a few weeks before leaving after finally giving up on going to Mexico. And we were not disappointed! On arrival you just get smacked with the view as you walk into the lobby. Ivan the receptionist was a dream and was great our whole stay, an absolute joy! We were welcomed with a drink, we took water, it had been a long day, got all checked in and were taken to our room on a golf buggy. The room was big bright and airy, and clean, with a well stocked mini bar, managed to watch some of the Euros on the TV, and the whirlpool bath was lovely. Good size bath towels too, normally find hotel towels to be a bit on the small side but theses were great, the bell boy gave us a quick tour, and left us with our welcome fruit basket and wine. We headed straight for dinner as we were late arriving, buffet dinner, on Italian night. I cannot fault the food, there was so much choice, Italian and Greek nights were particularly delicious, and the Asian Gourmet restaurant was just delicious. My Boyfriend is a pescatarian and had plenty of options. The Maître D' of the main restaurant was superb at his job, he was just a perfect fit. All the waiting staff were helpful and lovely, big thanks to Arnold. The A La Cartes we went to at lunch time, and the two gentlemen who worked there were lovely, really chatty and literally remembered us all week, even waving and saying hi when we were in the pool as they walked past. Lovely lovely men. The food down there was really good, the Zuccini Fritters, I would eat everyday if I could. The Gyros from anywhere, be it the buffet, the pool menu or the a la cartes were incredible. I left being 70% Gyros for sure. The Pools were beautiful and clean, just everywhere was so so clean, which is important more at the moment of course. At no point was I concerned about Covid risks. All the staff wore masks, to the point I am not sure we would of recognised them without them! And there were hand sanitizer stations everywhere. Ordering stuff to your sun lounger was a luxury I didn't know I needed, it was divine to just pick up your phone and shortly after drinks or snacks would arrive. The beach was clean, and seemed to be busier than the pool, the sea was unexpectedly cold, but once you were in, it was really nice, not too deep either, could walk quite a bit out, but would recommend beach shoes. There is a well stocked shop on site that sells beach shoes, snorkels and inflatables. We arrived a few days before the live entertainment started, the 'Rock Show' was certainly our favourite night on the Saturday, and the Latin night was good too. The DJ night was a bit of a miss, and feel like they could just turn up the background music a bit louder and it would have a similar effect. We had a lovely waiter called Rafael all week, who I really don't think I can do justice in a review, he really made our holiday, was just such a lovely young man, we ended up having ridiculous inside jokes a few days in that would of made no sense to anyone else, really sad that we missed saying goodbye to him, also that has reminded me, the Atirium Surprise Cocktail is delicious. It is a bit windy, but its not like English blow you over wind, its more a warm wind that might knock an empty plastic cup over, it can howl a little at night, but that may differ with room location. We don't have kids, but was surprised by the amount of small children there, an all the staff were as attentive to them as they were the adults, maybe more so! I wouldn't hesitate to take children there. It also seemed good for accessibility with lifts all around the grounds. We will stay in a room with a private pool next time too as they looked incredible! Although the main pools were never busy. We stayed All Inclusive, which we would again, the hotel isn't located near anything so unless you higher a car (which you can do very reasonably at a Marathon Car Hire Desk in the lobby) you are probably going to eat at the hotel all the time. It was my boyfriends 30th Birthday whilst we were there and the hotel kindly arranged a delicious birthday cake to be delivered to our room, he was very surprised, I don't think it will be a birthday he will forget. Lastly and by no means least a huge thank you to Katerina, the operations manager, who was fabulous. Thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday, we have only been back two days and I miss is alot. We will be back soon for sure! We hope you all have a wonderful summer season.

Fantastic hotel, high quality services. Very friendly staff. We go there every year and we love staying there. Hotel is managed very professionally by the same people every year. We feel like home there. There are some greek tavernas nearby, but food in the hotel is very good quality. 15 minutes by car there is kiting and windsurfing spot.

We stayed at the Atrium Prestige for a week and really appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff were, at every meal we were greeted by Ioannis and Paula and Enias who created a warm atmosphere, that felt like family by the end of the week. They really went out of their way to put smiles on faces. The app that allows you to order food to your sun bed whether by the pool or the sea was almost as brilliant as the big smiling (mask covered) Jani. In the main restaurant Maria, Georgios and Chrysanthi were the ones we noticed as providing particularly excellent service - as well as Spiros down at the beach restaurant. Wherever we went there was always food and drink available and it was very clear at check-in what was included (almost everything) and what was not, which helped us relax and not have to worry about hidden charges. The facilities overall were just what we were looking for (great sunbeds!). Thanks from Ben and Rachel

This year we are going to visit this hotel again, for the third time altogether and we're looking forward to it! The hotel sits at a quiet location in a beautifully landscaped flowering garden with large swimming pools that are never crowded. You can actually have a swim there! There are plenty of sunbeds everywhere, both by pools and on the beach, so don't worry about finding your sunbed to lie down. The sea is typically calm and clean and suitable for both children and enthusiastic swimmers. Rooms are well and comfortably furnished, offer a sea view and get perfectly cleaned every day. We appreciate, for example, the coffee machine in the room and regular replenishment of coffee. As for the hotel restaurant, we've yet to see it crowded. The food is excellent! We specifically enjoyed fish and Greek cuisine. There's also a plentiful selection of fruits and vegetables. Most notably we'd like to praise the staff, which shows a high level of both professionalism and friendliness. After two visits we feel like we have formed almost a personal relationship with some of them. We're hoping to meet Zuzana again this year! This 5-star hotel has everything you expect at this level, but the most valuable asset of this hotel is the staff. And mainly because of them we are really looking forward to our holiday this year. See you at the end of June!

We spent 9 days in this beautiful resort at the end of May… I read all reviews about this hotel, and I must say, all of them, that praised the friendly and helpful staff, the tasty food and delicious cocktails, amazing views, cleanness in the hotel were true!!! There are only two disadvantages we faced: it´s a family friendly hotel with adults-only areas neither in the main restaurant, nor at the pool, nor on the beach☹ and the dinner dress-code was not observed, which let the luxury feeling completely down… We had a platinum beach sea view room with personal pool, which is stunning. We were lucky, the room was incredibly quiet so we could enjoy staying on the terrace and in our pool. We were among the first guests this season so we could enjoy the tranquility of the hotel in the first days. We spent every day before going for lunch at the pool bar, where we loved the coffee specialties and cocktails from VOULA and her colleague, I´ve never experienced better cocktails in all-inclusive package…Thank you Voula for your great service! Negatives: The pool bar is located at a pool for kinds, which was annoying at the end of our stay, it´s not relaxing at all to sit there, enjoying the great cocktails and listening to screaming kids and passing all the buggies standing all around… the same situation is in the main restaurant – also no adults-only area☹ At the entrance of the restaurant there were always standing 2 managers but they didn´t sent guests in shorts and open shoes back…. As a platinum room guest (we paid 4000€ for our stay) I would have expected at least observing this rule when there´s no separate area for platinum guests… I know, I´m exaggerating with these two disadvantages, but it shouldn´t be so difficult to do something with it… I would like to say thank you for the outstanding service provided by JANI in the Greek-Italian-Grill restaurant and extremely helpful receptionists IRENE and IVAN. In the main restaurant ELENA took care of us the most, she was very professional. And we always appreciated the smiling eyes of her colleague MARIA. To sum it all up, we would definitely come back at the beginning of a season when there are less families with kids or anytime when the adults-only areas are ensured.

Response from Atrium Hotels Atrium Hotels, Sales at Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas
Responded 1 week ago
Dear valued guest, First and foremost, thank you for having selected the Atrium Prestige resort for your return holiday to Rhodes. It is very rewarding to us that the friendliness and helpfulness of our lovely staff, the delicious food and beverages, our second to none location and cleanliness of our premises met your expectations. We are very grateful for the time taken to write your review and express your feedback. Following your observations, aligned with management planning, we wish to inform that an adult-only section is to be seriously considered for the main restaurant, as well as the pool and beach area. We apologise for the inconsistency noticed in reference to the dress code. This has been specifically addressed with our members of staff and the policy will be better monitored. For clarification, our dress code policy in all Atrium Hotels & Resorts is: “For the evening in all restaurants, our dress code is smart casual, meaning trousers or tailored shorts with closed shoes or leather sandals”. Thank you once again for the staff name mentioning, Voula, Jani, Irene, Ivan, Elena, Maria. Their personalities are amazing and it will be our pleasure to welcome you back very soon! Yours faithfully, Costas Giakoumis Commercial Manager Atrium Hotels & Resorts
