This was our 3rd holiday to the beautiful island of Rhodes. We travelled abroad with our 2 yr old daughter for the first time ever so we were worried parents and it was hard work as she was teething hard and unwell just before the holiday and she was unsettled for the first few days and she did not eat anything to begin with which was worrying for us. This was our first experience at the Atrium Prestige hotel in Lachania and it is truly amazing and all the staff were very kind and helpful to us, so we felt very well looked after at all times. Prior to the holiday, the brilliant operations manager Katerina answered all our questions and lengthy emails and she was able to reassure us about the food choices for our toddler who is a fussy eater and she arranged some extra baby amenities in the room such as a cot, baby bath, potty, stroller and a steriliser. Katerina also arranged the airport transfers for us in a very large and comfortable Mercedes 9 or 10 seater van with a correctly positioned and secure baby seat. We had taken a lot of luggage and we needed a large and comfortable vehicle with a baby seat for the long drive to the hotel and the transfer time is approx. 90mins from the airport. We did not need to take our own baby seat or stroller thanks to the hotel. We stayed for 12 nights on the all inclusive package which was perfect for us with our 2 yr old toddler. We simply wanted to stay at the hotel and relax and spend time playing with our daughter and we did not want to hire a car or explore the surrounding areas this time. Everything was planned for and around our 2 yr old daughter who is still napping in the afternoons so we needed to stay near our room and be near to the hotel restaurants.

The design and architecture of the hotel is flawless and the space is awesome and vast. The hotel was at nearly full capacity during our stay, but we never felt like there were too many people there and our daughter had lots of space to run and play. Our ground floor superior suite was fabulous and it had two balconies and two bathrooms and two toilets and two separate sleeping areas which we needed for our own comfort. There were two televisions and the main TV had some familiar English speaking children's programmes on the YouTube app which was great for our daughter. Our daughter had a lovely lawn area to run around on safely in front of the balconies. We felt very safe here on the ground floor with our toddler and the views of the sea and sunrise and sunset and the stars at night were magical. Our mini bar was re-stocked daily by 10.30am and our room was thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis with fresh sheets and fresh towels every day. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues in the room that were resolved very quickly. Our minibar fridge was making too much ice and freezing the toddler milk so we were given a new fridge immediately. The grounds and gardens are kept in meticulously good order by the garden maintenance team.

The food was exceptional in all of the 6 restaurants and we enjoyed tasting the Greek wines with our evening meals. The pool and beach bars provided a great selection of beverages and beers and cocktails and food and snacks throughout the day. The staff in all of the restaurants were very kind and patient with our daughter which made every meal relaxed and enjoyable. The main restaurant provided a sumptuous themed buffet each day along with several gourmet a la carte choices at lunch and dinner and I have to say the wine list was impeccable. Nikos in the main restaurant was a perfect host and the whole team always made sure we had everything we needed for our daughter and they always made a fuss of her which she enjoyed. Breakfast was a favourite of mine with Christos making the best omelettes I have eaten and it was like watching a master at work. The other five a la carte restaurants also had so much choice and we enjoyed every meal so much. Jani, Vlad, Nikos, Costas and Eleni at the 3 poolside restaurants were so kind and helpful to our daughter. Two of the a la carte restaurants are directly overlooking the sea in an idyllic setting with unforgettable views and the food and service were impeccable. Our daughter only eats chicken nuggets and fish fingers atm and they were available in all restaurants along with plenty of other choices for kids of all ages. The main restaurant and kitchen helped us every day with fresh fruits and vegetables to use in smoothies for our daughter as we had to give this to her in our room twice a day and as soon as she woke up in the mornings and in the afternoons. We took a portable blender to do the smoothies in our room. On day 5 of the holiday our daughter started eating the chicken nuggets and fish fingers which were always freshly prepared and not the cheap frozen varieties which was a huge relief for us as parents. All the food and beverage teams work hard and all the food is really delicious and the service is outstanding. The main restaurant and kitchen can and will prepare anything you need for your child and it is completely fresh food.

The pools and the beach were really beautiful and our daughter loved the heated paddling pool and she enjoyed the beach and the sea. You can order drinks and food direct to your lounger which we did effortlessly via the hotel app. You also have to book the a la carte restaurants via the hotel app but they serve dinner from 6pm which suited our daughter much better.

There is a very good kids club with really nice staff and lots of toys to play with. Mickey and Minnie Mouse come to visit every Friday. This was a first for our daughter and she really enjoyed seeing them. There is a lovely playground area with swings and a roundabout and a climbing frame and a see-saw. We were able to do different activities every day with our 2yr old daughter and she never grew tired of her surroundings. It was nice to see other parents with babies and toddlers and kids of all ages and people of all ages.

The hotel has an excellent mini market on site and this was a godsend for us. The first milk we used in our room provided by the hotel did not agree with our daughter as it was long life milk and this was nobody's fault but we as parents should have thought about it for our daughter and we only realised on day 2. We then found some ready made Aptamil toddler milk in the mini market which was the same as we had used at home in the UK before moving onto fresh whole milk. The ladies who worked at the mini market were able to source more of the Aptamil milk for us and they also sourced Kellogg's cornflakes as this is the only thing our daughter eats for breakfast along with some toast at times. We also found toys and baby wipes and nappies in the mini market. The mini market has everything you need for babies and toddlers and they can source most items if you needed to contact them ahead of you. Both the mini market and the main kitchen can provide fresh whole milk which we found out afterwards but we were happy to pay for the Aptamil toddler formula from the mini market as we knew this would not upset our daughter's stomach and it was exactly the right toddler formula milk for her 2yrs age group.

Our daughter celebrated her 2nd birthday in Lachania during our holiday and the hotel arranged a surprise birthday cake and a card for her and some sparkling wine for us in our room which was incredible kindness. On the day of our departure we asked for a lunch box for our toddler which had a sandwich and fresh fruits and fairy cakes and juice and water so we were able to feed her something at the airport and on the aircraft from the lunch box and this was very helpful whilst travelling. There are so many points of excellence at the Atrium Prestige and this is a really special resort that I would happily recommend to my family and friends and to anyone who has children. The Atrium Prestige and the entire team of dedicated professionals who work there are worth more than 5 stars in my opinion and it may be the best hotel we have stayed at and we will go back again and again.

This was a last minute booking caused by Covid restrictions so we did not know what to expect. The hotel is run by genuinely friendly management headed by Katerina the Operations Manager, she ensures the service is perfect by working alongside her staff e.g. clearing tables at breakfast. All of the staff mirror her high standards and welcome you as friends. Within a day or so they know your room, drinks and food preferences and are confident enough to suggest new dishes and drinks you may enjoy. The accommodation is simply stunning, spotlessly clean, maintained to the highest standards. One day we were contacted by reception to ask us when we would by out of the villa as the wifi was not at full speed and they wanted to come and fix it, we had not even noticed, but such is their attention to detail. The food was 5* in the restaurants and pool bar ( we did not try the beach bar).
The hotel is going above and beyond to ensure the safety of guests during covid. All of the staff were wearing face masks correctly and sanitising their hands after every customer contact. The tables were cleaned and sanitised as soon as guests left them. Food was served by staff behind perspex screens in the buffet ensuring there was no cross contamination. Guests were actively encouraged to sanitise and retrain social distance throughout the hotel, hand gel was even provided in pocket size bottles for guests to take around with them.
I can't wait to experience this hotel when things get back to normal. Thank you to all the staff.

We stayed here for a week in July and liked it so much we came back for another week at the beginning of August. The hotel is spotlessly clean and they are taking Covid precautions very seriously - all staff wear visors or masks and gloves, there are hand sanitiser dispensers everywhere and on every table, and room cleaning is every other day with staff wearing full PPE. The hotel is also very spacious with various outdoor eating and drinking areas (the Thalassa Seafood restaurant is spectacular!). We felt totally safe and relaxed. Our room was huge with a balcony overlooking the ocean, the pool areas are large and luxurious, and there is a large beach area around a calm bay. A special mention to all of the staff who were brilliant, hard working and friendly - including the management team who seemed to be always available from morning till night. And Katerina, Operations Manager, could not have done any more to make us feel welcome. We will be back!

It's difficult to know where to start in reviewing our stay here. There is not one aspect of it that we could criticise and if our praise sounds gushing, it is only reflective of the experience we had and one which was made all the more special because this hotel was an absolute oasis of calm and control in the eye of the pandemic
We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed with champagne. We were able to take off our face coverings and were very thankful that, that was the last time we had to wear them until we departed. Thoughtfully there were very plentiful cold plates wine and water in our beautiful rooms too, a fact i wish i had known and one which should help future guests who may arrive late at night.
The next morning we got the full impression of the hotels beauty and majesty. Glorious sweeping Agean sea views everywhere you looked. Breathtaking swimming pools, spotless facilities and sanitising stations at every door.
Truly our stay was effortless from the moment we arrived and this was down to the utterly incredible staff. Without fail, our comfort and enjoyment was their aim. Nothing was too much trouble. Our only sadness was that because all of them wore face masks (YES! in that heat ALL DAY LONG!!!) to keep us safe so that we did not have to wear them, we could not see their lovely faces. Still what a great staff the hotel has and they should be named....
Nikolas our porter who never forgot our names, Selen and Daria the beautiful twins who served us so brilliantly every night, the amazing and attentive Multi lingual Jani, ably assisted by George and Vladimir. At the pool bar we had Nikos and his young team who worked tirelessly in the heat delivering drinks. Julian at the beach bar and the lovely Christina who made us delicious pancakes every morning. Every day and every evening we were entertained by the boundless energy of Marianna.
The management team were very visible, particularly the lovely Katerina who i had had contact with prior to our stay and who came to greet me by name, another thoughtful touch. They were constantly walking the boards of the hotel making sure that everything was in order and that their guests were content and enjoying themselves. We were even greeted over dinner by the main man Georgious Matsigkos, who oversees the Atrium group.
Finally and interestingly, when we thanked them for their consideration and care, they were most modest in their acceptance of our praise assuring us that when the hotel was running at 100% it was even better. Im not sure how that could be. The hotel has tremendous warmth and a beating heart. We loved every minute of our stay with you. Thank you again.

I am writing this review part way through our stay as it is so beautiful here. For those of you who are hesitant to travel during these strange times I thought this review may help.

I can only speak for my husband and I but we travelled with BA who were excellent. The plane was spotless, travellers respectful and the staff as wonderful as ever. I didn't find it a problem keeping a mask on throughout. At least I could sleep without people seeing me catching flies - bonus!!! We were given sanitiser to keep, anything you were given was sealed and the staff had masks. Otherwise it was as enjoyable as it always has been. if you are a little concerned about proximity to others then book an exit seats as you had bags of legroom. However my main point is that the travel is not a problem and brings you to this fabulous hotel.

From the minute you arrive you are made to feel special. Ivan checked us in with such charm and attentiveness, it was wonderful. We were then taken to our room in a golf buggy by the fabulous concierge man (sorry I didn't remember your name).

We chose a private pool room so we had a bolthole. If you chose one of these rooms you won't be disappointed. The room is large and the pool perfect to take a dip and enjoy yourself. I even bought a large float and there is still plenty of room.

in the main restaurant you are served instead of a help yourself buffet. Although it takes a moment to work out what you want, you are served as much as you want. The food is delicious and touches like fresh orange juice served to you with your breakfast and refilled during your stay. Your cutlery is in a sealed pouch and sanitiser is not only on your table but everywhere. the hotel is spotless and the staff helpful and friendly. Our favourite place is proving to be the pool bar where you can watch the incredible Voula and Nikos work so hard to produce the most fantastic cocktails in the shorted time possible. These 2 people are so lovely and seeing them is making for one of the most enjoyable parts of the day. There is also what appears to be the main manager walking the resort all times of the day, clearly making sure everything is just so. He is such a nice man, so friendly and approachable, it is so reassuring to see that every detail is being considered but everyone wants there to be a relaxed but considered atmosphere and they are certainly achieving that. One last thing to think about is the exercise classes the hotel have just introduced run by a lovely instructor called Sofia. Her pilates class was so good and worth getting up at 8am for. I could say many more things but this is a place to seriously consider as it is perfect for a relaxing luxury getaway.

The hotel really does live up to and exceed the 5 star average TA ratings!
Our confidence in the reviews left by previous guests was well founded as every aspect of this hotel is superb.
The chilled Moet et Chandon on arrival, the drive to your room by golf buggy, the beautiful room with sea view and private pool (heated to 30C), the quality of the food, the training and service of the staff, the quiet and perfect location away from any noise and bustle all adds up to a perfect holiday.
No need to worry about reserving sunbeds, there are plenty in many locations. No need to worry about noisy air-conditioning as it works perfectly and is very quiet.
The beach is great for swimming, lovely clear water and no waves and the many pools are all quiet and well maintained.
Special mention to Katerina (Operations Manager) who could run a top London 5 star hotel she is so good and will do everything to make sure your stay is perfect and of course the many brilliant staff, especially Elena (Breakfast/Main Restaurant), Voula (Pool Bar) who always anticipated our demands before we had even asked! and Jani (A La Carte Restaurant) who made every meal special and personal.
Top tips: rent a car for a few days to visit the beautiful island, book a private pool room it is well worth the premium and visit the hotel shop for top up soft drinks and ice creams.
Oh and don't forget the Lobster night every Monday, a veritable feast in a lovely beach-side setting with live music.
We will definitely be back, hopefully next time with no 10 day quarantining to follow!

We stayed at the Atrium Prestige from Aug 30- Sep 6th and had a great time. We checked the reviews beforehand so we knew there were a number of positive experiences during the COVID period as we wanted to get away from all the negativity and find somewhere to rest and relax.
The transfer is an hour and 15 from airport but taxis was air conditioned and driver very friendly and chatty. Lovely welcome as we arrived late in evening (10.30pm ) and had a welcome champagne with sandwiches and red wine also in our room. We stayed in 3022 which was spacious and quiet with a sea view. We didn't feel the private pools were worth the extra money so we decided to pay instead for Premium all inclusive which was well worth it both for convenience and cost. Rooms were a little more traditional and slightly dated -a fresh bit of decoration may be needed but we still felt it was comfortable and the bed was huge! I suggest taking your own hairdryer as the one in the bathroom was no use. Also if you need an iron/ironing board phone reception and they'll leave it with you for the week. Massive pool area with comfy padded sunloungers and a parasol at each couple. The beach also had fixed parasols however we only went down there once to snorkel. Snorkelling was fairly good but the beach area is dark sand and quite gravelling so it may be worth putting sea shoes on to get in and out. The food down at the pool bar and beach bar was great and lots of choice of drinks. All inclusive package means you can order food and drink direct to your sunbed which was great although we chose to eat near the actual pool bar to get in the shade fully. The Thalassa restaurant was the best - great food and service. Also the 3 in one restaurant was good to be able to mix and match menus however less for me to eat as I don't eat meat. We'd definitely return here. Special shout out to Nikos and Voula at the bar plus Panagiotis also Jani and others such as Ivan on reception. The hotel gave us free lunch on the day we left and also a courtesy room till 4.30pm when we got picked up which was great. Book here!!

Stayed all inclusive at the Atrium Palace for one week and I can highly recommend both the hotel and the staff. Everyone from the receptionists, bellboys, waiters, bar staff and even the cleaners could not do enough for you and they really made our holiday a special experience. Breakfast is excellent and the food throughout was of a high standard. The ordering of drinks and snacks is so easy with the hotel app and the service is always prompt at the pool or the beach. The sea is clear and great for snorkelling. Thalassa was our favourite restaurant and the lady who runs it is charming and efficient, Kalem served us both times we ate there and his service was faultless. We had one very small issue during our stay which the manager dealt with immediately. Our biggest thanks go to Voula and Nikos who run the pool bar throughout the day and evening, not only do they make some of the best cocktails we have ever tasted, they are genuinely real, friendly and charming people. All the staff are fabulous but the insights of their country and the pride they both take in their work made our pre and post dinner drinks a very enjoyable experience. The all inclusive is well worth the extra money as the food and drink are at a high level. So for a week all inclusive holiday in Europe in September at the prices charged, you would be hard pressed to find a better hotel than the Atrium. Please keep up the good work and we will definitely be returning.

As a returning guest since this hotel opened ten years ago I can only repeat that I cannot imagine summer holidays anywhere else than South Rhodes and this hotel. It’s a paradisiac hotel in a paradisiac location – I can only compare it to some islands in Seychelles. The pandemic and the related measures and safety protocols have inevitably an impact on how the hotel operates and on the general mood in this island that depends heavily on tourism but I wouldn’t ever hesitate to stay in Atrium Prestige. It is so spacious that even the previous years when it was 100% full it never felt crowded.
Let me only repeat a couple of comments I also made in the past and I think they are even more pertinent now that teleworking becomes more common and there are many people looking for a beautiful and quite place to telework from, at least for some hours per day. The right side of the beach could be better designated as adults only silent area. WiFi should ideally be of a minimum 10mpps to allow for zoom, webex etc.
All in all, a wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel with genuinely kind and helpful staff.

We have just returned from a 2 centre Atrium holiday where we spent the first week at the wonderful Atrium Platinum and the second week at the equally wonderful Atrium Prestige. It was the perfect combination, although we would have loved to stay one more week so we could visit the Atrium Palace too.
Our holiday was fabulous. The staff and management at both hotels are just fantastic without exception and we are very grateful to them all for making our stay extra special. Our sincere thanks to all of you. We miss you and cannot wait for our next visit. The hotels are simply stunning and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food and beverages offer in premium all inclusive is top notch and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms makes them a luxurious home away from home. The layout of the hotel is more like a Greek village than a hotel which is especially good during the pandemic as you don’t need to use lifts. Regarding measures taken by Atrium hotels to safeguard both guests and employees, we were very impressed. We felt very safe and protected in both hotels. All guests have temperature checks on arrival. Housekeeping are cleaning public areas continually and staff wear masks everywhere in the hotels. Guests are also required to wear them at all times in public indoor areas (by law I believe) and staff are quick to respectfully remind anyone who may forget . Restaurant staff are constantly sanitising their hands and changing protective gloves. I really do not see what more they could do and we felt much safer than we do in the U.K. The staff are also tested regularly by a visiting clinic and have frequent temperature checks.
We really were very sad to leave after a stress free stay and thank every one of you for all your efforts and kindness.
See you soon.
