Would reiterate everything others have said. The staff are amazing and the standard of service, food, cleanliness and luxury are fantastic. Had a wonderful week, booked through Tui (who were also great). You do feel extremely well looked after. Rooms are spacious and quiet (can't hear your neighbours). There are always plenty of free pool and beach loungers. We often had one of the smaller communal pools all to ourselves as most people seem to stick to the main one. Breakfast buffet is awesome with anything you would ever want. All staff seem to make effort to be welcoming. The only one who let things down was the man in charge on the beach who would say inappropriate things to girls he obviously found attractive. A bit creepy. Much more could be done to reduce the environmental impact of some things. Eg why offer guests a complete bedding change every day? You can opt out but only if you notice the instructions. Why aren't pool guests encouraged to reuse their complimentary towels? The unecessary laundry is shocking. I would definitely go back to this hotel though. It was just the relaxing break i needed. Tips: hire a car from the hotel to visit Rhodes old town and rest of island if you can. Buses into lindos a bit unreliable (waited nearly an hour for one to turn up) but ok on way back. So get a taxi in. Supermarket next to hotel sells very reasonably priced snacks and drinks and general holiday supplies.…
I had a lovely stay here in the platinum beach view room with a private pool which was beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our experience even better, special mentions to Katarina the Operations Manager for her outstanding customer service and Rafael in the main bar who was very efficient at serving and was so friendly. Overall, our stay was amazing and I will be coming again soon!
We had the most amazing stay at the Atrium Prestige Resort in Rhodes. From the moment we arrived -- at 11 pm no less -- we were treated like cherished guests by the amazing front desk staff and porters. In particular, Fotis, Irene, Ivan, Elena, and Yian treated us so warmly every time we saw them, and were happy to help us with anything we needed. I have been to many high end hotels and resorts, and i have to say that the Atrium has assembled a team that is superior to all of the other places I have stayed. The front desk staff are beautiful, their English is impeccable, and they are super friendly and inviting. They really made our stay so wonderful and memorable. The breakfast was AMAZING!! Such an extraordinary buffet!! The young men who operated the omelet station were super nice, and Angelikka, the young lady who greeted us as we arrived, was so friendly and sweet. We saw her later when she was working at the bar -- does she ever sleep?? -- and she told us great places for our sons -- who are 20 -- to find other young people to hang out with. Angeliika is a wonderful, hardworking young woman and a real asset to the property. I must also mention Maria, the wonderful lady who brought us coffee and lattes every morning at breakfast. What an extraordinarily warm and kind person. She brightened my day every day. So the staff were definitely my favorite part of our stay, but the property is amazing!! OUr suite was beautiful and immaculate, the beach was gorgeous, the pools were beautiful, and every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. The ladies who cleaned our room were super sweet, as were the young servers on the beach and at the pool. The property is so breathtakingly beautiful, right on the ocean. We could not have asked for a more amazing vacation. Thank you so much to Fotis, Ivan, Irene, Yian, Angelikka, Maria, Elena and everyone else at the Atrium Prestige!! We will never forget this wonderful trip -- and we will recommend the Atrium Prestige to everyone who is heading to Greece.…
We were lucky to spend our honeymoon for 10days in the beautiful Atrium Prestige hotel which is for sure one of the best resorts - if not the best resort - in Europe by our opinion. Let me share our impressions of the last days. Starting from the stunning and impressive overall architecture of the hotel already on first sight based on the usage of glas, bright and exclusive materials everywhere but especially in the reception area which gives an open and fluid impression with an indescribable view directly to the sea giving an unforgettable welcome. This touch of luxury which is complemented by the warm welcoming and caretaking receptionists, portiers and concierges, the simple and contactless check-in process (due to Covid situation) was completed by introductory words about the hotel, restaurants and spa as well as all necessary information to make our stay as unforgettable as possible. The way to our room was initially supported by a pickup and luggage service by cart including a brief sightseeing of the highlights of the hotel. We were happy to stay at a beachfront platinum beach bungalow which was for us personally the perfect choice as there is no better wake up than the sunrise along with the beautiful sea view straight out of the comfortable bed at the breathtaking well-sized room. The room as well as the overall hotel, the beach, the bars, the public restrooms, the botanical garden areas, every inch of the hotel was perfectly clean and very well maintained! The variety of restaurants and bars serving delicious food and beverages which can definitely met everyone’s taste and preferences keeps also a longer stay exciting as every day has its own theme including changing specialities across the weeks. What we like to especially highlight, what made our stay at the Atrium Prestige unique, is the staff which created a personalized, unforgettable and outstanding environment and experience along our stay. As initially stated the warm-hearted welcoming receptionists, concierge and portiers, the waiters at the restaurants (thank you to the full team, especially Jani), the bar tenders and waiters in the beach and pool bar (special thank to Voula, Regli, Renato and Petros - you made our stay unique!) and also not forgetting the people in the background as chefs, headchef, housekeeping, backoffice, gardeners, maintenance and finally the management! During our stay we have to highlight that the management was always available in case of any inconvenience (which was not the case at all), it was actively listening to the guest and their thoughts and open for any kind of feedback or improvements which gives us as guests a feeling of getting heard and that guests are taken serious. Summarizing we can say that for a refreshing calm and relaxing stay (especially honeymoon) in a luxury environment where every wish can come true the atrium prestige is the right place to chose. For us it was the first visit of the Atrium Prestige ever and we already thought about a second visit this year later - no more words needed. Thank you for the great time and memories, we will definitely come back!…
Atrium Prestige is unbeatable when it comes to location, architecture, excellent rooms with breathtaking sea views (try the platinum beach room) and service level. And a special thanks to Spa team and the cocktail team of the pool bar led by Voula. See you again next year !
What a great resort, immaculate grounds throughout, excellent staff who are all very welcoming and nothing is to much bother. The resort is very quiet despite been at capacity so it's great if you want a quiet break, myself and my daughter had a room with private terrace and pool which was a great addition and again very peaceful. Thankyou to all the staff we look forward to returning.
A magnificent experience for us and the kids at the pool bar. An excellent service from Voula and the rest of the staff. Of the hotel. We still visiting every year cause the service continues to be as well as the first time!!! Thank you so much!!
We had a wonderful week at this hotel! Lovely setting and amazing staff. The app to order food & drinks on was just brilliant. Can't wait to come back for some more rest & relaxation. Would thoroughly recommend for restful and recharging holiday.
The hotel is beautiful. The employees are very helpful and polite. The place never seems too crowdy. The beach and its equipment is very good. Showers with hot water for example, very quick and cheerful boys at the bar. The sea is clean and you can swim and swim without obstacles. Food is very good. Some days are better in this respect, some days are so so. The waitresses in the main restaurant are gouges. But: from the few red wines on the list which are without extra charge in a very expensive all inclusive program two are not available. Not even in the other restaurants. The minibar is sometimes not refilled without repeated requests. Repeating your room number 20x a day and signing a receipt all the time is of some annoyance, ordering from the menu takes too long. The air conditioner almost did not make it when there was 35 degrees - and it works strangely - best phone s when turn on the heating. The gym is perfect with many trod-mills. The area in which the hotel is located is the nicest of Rhodos. The hotel is definitely one of the best of the best in Rhodos. I recommend it and I hope the small imperfections will not be here when I come back next year. But I am quite a choosy and complicated guest.…
It is my first time visiting the Atrium Prestige hotel in Rhodes with my family. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful open hotel lobby with a fantastic sea view. Whilst having the welcome drinks, we surprisingly found that the reception had upgraded our room. It was beautiful with the best sea view and two jacuzzis: one in the bedroom with star lights above it. Regarding food, my family and I only went to the buffet restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was good with everything you would expect: fruit, hot food and drinks, cold salads and fresh orange juice, crepes, pancakes and waffles. For dinner every night, they had a different cuisine. I liked the hybrid model where you could choose one main dish out of a selection and then get everything else from the buffet. The food was terrific. The appetisers section looked beautiful in the buffet and beautiful on the plate. They also had drinks on offer in the evening in the buffet, which is helpful for those who don’t want to buy drinks. There was plenty of variety for vegetarians, which we have struggled with at other 5* hotels. My criticisms are that there was a Buddha statue next to the meat and fish in that section. Also, I would prefer dinner in this restaurant to go on a bit later, but I understand staff need to eat and sleep at a reasonable time. I spoke to one of the staff members there, and we found that the hotel gives any excess food from the buffet to the staff afterwards! Any food left after that goes to locals! Recycling food is resourceful but also boosts the well-being and happiness of the team, which is essential and is shown in the fantastic service the staff provide. In terms of the facilities, my family and I used the swimming pools, beach, bar, gym, spa, yoga, tennis and mini golf. The swimming pools outside weren’t heated, but they were ok temperature as the sun would warm them. My favourite swimming pool was the sea! Perhaps as the swimming pool is still warmish at 7 pm, it could be closed later. The beach was lovely and had sand and pebbles. I think a lifeguard should be on the beach for the swimmers in the sea. The gym had a lot of machines- squat rack, bench press, free weights. I was impressed. Hotel residents had fully booked the spa. After reading another TripAdvisor booking the hotel, I knew that treatments had to be booked in advance. We were surprised to get the first treatment for free - a hydrotherapy essential oil bath. We are grateful to Alex for making this possible! A customer complained earlier that the water was a bit cold. I enjoyed the hot stone massage and the spa’s wet area with hydro beds, a jacuzzi and several jets. For yoga, my dad and I attended two sessions; the instructor was terrific and gave me unique advice at the end of the first session. She explained ‘Ying’ well and ensured everyone was always in the right pose. The only complaint was that the air conditioning unit was leaking, meaning water was falling into my dad’s hands. There were also some crumbs on the floor. Both the tennis courts and mini golf area were beautiful! To improve sustainability, the hotel should not put too many plastic water bottles in the rooms and replace them with glass water bottles. So there would be less plastic waste. Although the cleaning staff were beautiful, one time, even though the towel was not in a bathtub and hung, they replaced it to be cleaned when it wasn’t dirty. I loved the surprise touches they put on the room. There were a few mistakes where we were charged for drinks in the mini bar a few times in the room, which we didn’t use; we checked this with the reception and cleared the bills. Also, there was one faulty jacuzzi, and my dad requested this to be reviewed by calling reception. It seems it was never checked and therefore remained faulty. Last things to say, I loved the mini market in the hotel. The hotel is by itself, and 30 mins away from any shops so this market is perfect for buying products without travelling. The gardens were beautiful with flowers, fresh fruit, and herbs they grew onsite - I loved walking in them. Although it was a bit slippery down the slope, the handrails helped a lot, and they weren’t hot. The architecture which attracted me to the hotel was incredible, with the bar and the open roof at the top. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time and would like to share our gratitude with the Atrium team:)…
