The week at Prana Veda Bali Sanctuary was relaxing, refreshing, releasing and rejuvenating. What more can one want? At Prana Veda you are transported into a timeless space interrupted only by the gentle gong for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which by the way include delicious homemade and home-cooked meals Balinese style. You are nourished from the moment you walk onto the grounds surrounded by lush vegetation and a view over the ocean into infinity. You can swim in the sea or the pool, and are taken care of with warm and expert hands through various options of massage and treatments as well as yoga sessions for the body and the soul. Floating water meditation was divine. We found it the perfect contrast to staying in Ubud or Canggu, where there are traffic jams and endless people. Here it is quiet and peaceful. We adore how Renate keeps this atmosphere of serenity and beauty. Therefore, we are repeat customers! Even more, as the healing energy comes down by direct transmission. Connect with the statues. I spent a week at Prana Veda retreat in August 2022. I was travelling on my own and after two years of stress and been unwell I was looking for a week to destress and relax. On arriving it was a bit daunting as there were only 2 other guests as it was the first retreat since ropening after Covid. Being the first guests and the retreat being closed for 2 years basically there was no vegetable garden and a few things had gone due to the closure. But after settling in I couldnt have asked for a more lovely and relaxing week. Firstly the food was amazing, being a regular visitor to Bali it would have to be some of the best food I have had. The massages were out of this world. Tamina was a wonderful yoga and meditation teacher. The staff were lovely , and I came away feeling , refreshed and relaxed and feeling fantastic. Being a Australian , most of the guests there are European and speak German but also speak engligh . A beautiful peacful property , and look forward to hopefully visiting again.…

After a period of health problems, i choose this place for a week focused on healing my body during a bali trip. Yoga every day, learned about ayurveda, meditation, very good food, massages and enough spare time for reading, snorkeling and enjoying the pool. The aqua healing session was a unique experience… I feel much healthier and stronger now, am so thankful for this week!

The location is amazing, right at the sea, the view from the yoga room and other rooms are so beautiful , the garden and the pool. The aqua- healing pool is so magic too. I felt the staffs warmth from the beginning . Both Tamina and Sonja were excellent yoga and meditation teachers! The massages were so good too- I really loved it all, and recommend it highly! I am also so greatful for Renates good advices and the sharing of her great knowledge- her beautiful place reflects her long therapeutic experience I think🙏 I really appreciated the arranged tour to a beautiful and powerful waterfall, not far from the place, and the sunrise tour on a traditional fishing boat- we saw lots of 🐬 dolphines🤩 I had an amazing 10 days in this paradise🏝️☀️🐬

This place is heaven on earth. If you are looking for a sanctuary to escape the world and completely relax - this place, is it. I did the Christmas retreat and Renate, Sonya, Tamina and their team were so considerate and helpful. The food is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, and the Yoga and activities are wonderful. I could not recommend this place more - I hope to come back.

I spent the Energy and Healing Week at Prana Veda. It's a very relaxing, spacious and beautiful place right at the beach. The food is delicious, the massages very well done and the staff is super friendly. The yoga and also meditation classes were adapted to all levels which for me as a beginner was important and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

I didn’t know I needed what Prana Veda was offering until my system was able to relax and take it in. I had the pleasure of participating in the Yoga Holiday week. The yoga classes were just enough with the impeccable teaching of Tamina. The movement in the morning combined with the different meditations in the evening felt so stabilizing. Afternoon naps to the sound of the waves were heavenly. The food was delicious and nutritious and again, just enough. I can’t recommend Prana Veda enough.

We visited the Prana Veda Sanctuary in May 2022. We were taking part in the first retreat they offered since the Pandemic started, and we were welcomed with so much friendliness, loving awareness, and hospitality that our stay there was just excellent. The resort is a beautiful place full of cute little details, which immediately let you feel at home. The rooms are amazingly beautiful and clean. The food was amazing too, made from Ibu Iluh, and you could taste that she cooked it with lots of love and it was always fresh. The vegan options were amazing, you have to try the red bean hummus, so yummy. We had yoga in the morning and evening and we got a gentle vinyasa class in the morning and Yin in the evening. One day even outside on the big terrasse, where we could enjoy the sunset too. I enjoyed the snorkeling and the trip to the dolphins. Directly outside of the resort is a reef, full of hundreds of fish. As a resume I have to say that I am very happy to be there, with a lot of time to find to myself, the yoga and all the carrying love and awareness for our needs made this stay here very special. Peaceful place and beautiful location. My favourite moment is looking at the night sky and the listening to the ocean waves from a big window in my room. It feels like I am sitting on a prime seat watching the nature's best cinema. Beautiful breakfast with amazing staff and inviting pool. The space in the common area in front of the pool with cushions is my other favourite spot to sit and sip some yummy tea with my beloved. Thanks Pranaveda.

This sanctuary is a tropical paradise and a perfect place to relax, meditate and do yoga. Food is amazing, the staff very nice and helpful. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show, even if this seems hardly possible :-) with a lot of attention to small details.
