The size of the room, the size of the bed and the size of the circular spa bath were highlights of this accommodation. After a very weary few days travel we felt refreshed and restored after staying here. The room had fresh modern décor and was ultra clean. Being a short drive to Hastings Airport suited us greatly and also... More

On arrival at this motel we found the kitchenette floor really sticky and had to wash it before we could make a cup of tea. The room was large, beds comfortable and the heat pump kept the room lovely and warm. Unfortunately there was no fan in the bathroom which resulted in the bathroom being dripping wet, even the floor,... More

Hi Linda, Thank you for your comments, I am at a loss as all our rooms have fans in the bathrooms, they are switched on with one of the two bathroom lights switches. Regarding the sticky floor, I assure you that all the floors are washed with cleaners and disinfectant, maybe there was a residue left if our housekeepers didn't... More

Stayed here when we couldn't get a room in Napier due to the Art Deco festival. Liked the town, very pleasant area. Good sized room and facilities, not sure about the bath in the room, decor a bit dated but huge bed and everything works well. Great place for visiting the festival and surrounding area.

I stayed for three nights in a studio room. Wow! I thought I must have been upgraded as the room was large with a king size bed and round spa pool that would fit three people. Separate clean bathroom with shower. Great cooking facilities not that I used them. The staff were very friendly. Other family members stayed in a... More

Everything you expect in a well appointed motel: clean, friendly, very handy for the centre of Havelock and easy to find and park in. A spa bath and great to, alarm clock radio, ample fridge and well put together guide including charge back for many delivered food options. Great!

Stayed 2 nights and just loved the location. Both mornings we walked into the village for breakfast - it only took a minute to get there. The staff just let you get on with your stay - we never saw them except when we checked in and checked out! Everything was very easy on both occasions. Nice rooms with a... More

Our stay here was near perfect. The room was amazing with a wonderful round spa bath as a welcome surprise. The bed wasn't just 2 singles pushed together as often is the case, it was a true king bed. The balcony was nicely available with tables & chairs. I would totally recommend this motel :)

The motel was booked for us so it was a pleasant surprise when we found it clean, comfortable and very close to the Havelock North supermarket and town centre. I especially want to mention the staff who made it a pleasant stay.
