This was our best holiday so far. When we arrived, they upgreated our room, so we stay in two floor aparment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room with balcony. Lot of space to chill in the evening vith kids. Minifridge was repenished dayly with beer and soft drinks. Plenty of open green space to walk, quiete a few swimming pools to chose, see nice, only thing what we didn't like it was beach, because wasn't sandy. Food in restaurants was nice and teasty, you can chose diferent restaurant for alacarte menu. Enteratiment in the evening was great in the amfiteater or "neon" party on the beach was great too. Children love kids club, they can not wait to go there, was very secure, so we can relax in peace :) Will defititely come back.

I had the pleasure of going to this hotel last year in September with my family. It is an extensive resort with a well-kept garden. You actually start to love this resort as soon as you discover the beautiful and extensive garden. Congratulations to those who coordinate the hotel and for the workers who work there. I started with the garden because it impressed me. The reception area is large, airy. The staff working on the concierge area are well trained, kind and smiling with tourists. However, I would suggest supplementing their number because from what I saw they are quite few and the pace of their work is quite alert. The room I had was very nice, air conditioned on the first level and on the second, clean and beautiful furniture. Large restaurants, with good food (not very diverse) but of good quality. The beach area is clean, in the water there are areas with sand and others with gravel but it is not very annoying for children (there are hotels in Side with many more stones than this). I was also delighted by the area with horses inside the resort where I was with my little girls. I was delighted by the elephant pool and the adult bar. Very interesting at this resort is the dining area in the water. I really liked the idea that I never found in many of the hotels I stayed in / visited in Antalya. Also a very good idea is with the areas where children can draw with sand (I went every night with my little girls who were very happy) and congratulations for the shows every night. In conclusion, I would say that this resort is very good for both families with children and those without children. A resort for which what you pay is fully found in what it offers at a very good value for money. I will gladly return to this hotel in August.

I was there with my baby girl in september 2023. I give them 5 stars for big and green territory. Also 5 stars for food in the restaurants and bars. Just a little minus: no toothpick and wet wipes on the tables. And for sure 5 stars, excellent for baby activities, shows and entertaiment. But! I give them only 2 stars for the rooms, my room was very small, they explain me that it is a single room. Sorry, why single room doesnt have a table and wardrobe? I didnt have space to put all my and my daughter dresses, we dont have many of them! And we didnt have place to drove or read a book. Just 2 beds and that is all. Impossibile, i enter to the room and i dont have place to put my bag, only on the floor. I asked Julia on reseption desk to give me another room, but she didnt turn me back any infornation about it. They never give us new shampo or cotton pads, need to ask for it. I heard very well all my neighbours, especially when they were in toilet or shower, it looked like they were in my room. There were not enought sunbeds on the beach, we often threw our things right on the sand, desperate to find a free sunbed. People behave strange, they book a sunbed, leave a towel on it, and never come back, wtf!? At the end, i dont like this hotel, i like much more double tree hilton in kemer or pinebeach in belek.

I do not comment things on the internet and I do not go back to the same place for the second time, but when it comes to this hotel, I may break both of these rules. Everything was great- Turkey in general, the location, the whole vast garden, beach, water slides, food, bars, service at reception, restaurant, cleaning. Great people in staff. Even nearby fires didn’t ruin the vacation for us. We loved Polish girls doing great work as animators and our kid loved them for mini disco and aqua zumba. May be back one day

Overwall I am very satisfied with my stay. World class food and hotel staff service. True ultra all inclusive experience. I have deducted one star for: - air con in my room could and should work better; - balcony in club rooms are very small + very cheap plastic seats and table; - staff speaks well russian, however not English.
If I visit next time, I will for sure pay more to stay in main building room (in Starlight part)

In general, it was good. Beautiful big green area, nice huge beach, good enough rooms and service (special thanks to servers Hakan and Baran from the main restaurant Starlight), interesting various activities. Special thanks to Olga for very professional Yoga and Zumba trainings and to the archery instructor (don't remember his name).
The variety of dishes in the main restaurant could be improved. The pool cleaning really disappointed me. Floating glasses during the day and even in the mornings means, that nobody cleaned pools at all... Especially the small pool near the cave - it is a disaster. Sea-sport activities - awful service. And rude. They just killed our desire to try it.

I stayed in the period from the beginning of July for 10 days as a family with three children. We were accommodated in a house separated from the main building surrounded by a garden. The type of room was very comfortable and equipped, suitable for 5 people. The furniture is a bit outdated but everything is functional and in general we liked the room. The accommodation here is in a quieter environment. It is a large complex, with two main buildings Sunrise which is older and Starlight which is newer. If you can choose I think that Starlight is a better but probably more expensive choice. A large complex with many possibilities, a very good aqua park, many different pools, a beautiful beach, sunbeds are plentiful and you don't have to get up early in the morning to secure a place. All day animation for children and adults.There is a wide selection of food and original drinks at any time, but don't expect exotic food. For special wishes, there are many a la carte restaurants. Of the remarks, I would ask the managers to correct them in order to maintain the good image of the hotel. We were not at all satisfied with the cleaning and hygiene of the room (I'm only talking about my room). Almost all the staff speak only Turkish and Russian even the reception and the guest relations department, some thing that is not right for a 5 star hotel. Overall we had a nice time and would recommend the hotel.

We've been staying at this hotel for 4 years in a row Food, beach, staff - all good. I would especially like to note the work of the beach lifeguard Ismail (a very responsible young man: with such lifeguard, you can really feel safe.
