Everything was perfect, we enjoyed our stay with 5 old children. Good animation all day and every day, the beach is long and have enough sunbeds, the sea is clean with small pebbles. Also have aquapark and lunapark where children enjoyed. Too much stafs everywhere, the restaurant and other bars are very clean. The food was good and also different dinner , have too much choice of drinks and all was good.

Before we went I was slightly concerned by the reviews , especially as we couldn’t get a lake house room so we’re in main building . However , I was mainly pleasantly surprised . Our room was a little tired but our sea view family room in main building was on first floor and very large with great view . Air con worked great .
Mainly the food was good for this level of hotel , bbq area outside at night was great and the range of snack options on day : snack bar , pasta bar , waffles and hot dogs was good and spread over the afternoon. My kids loved the included ice creams at snack bar and the lollies that came round in a cart periodically .
There were lots of activities , my kids loved the pool inflatable on the Saturday and the pool dancing and my husband enjoyed water polo . The sea is beautiful , I advise taking sea shoes as it a shingle beach so it’s much more comfy to enter with shoes on .
We hired a beautiful King cabana one day and it was beautiful , peaceful with wonderful service .
Bar service is mixed , the man at pool bar seemed very unhappy to serve anyone most of the time but beach bar and lobby bar were great .
We got a 40 euro return taxi to Side which I advice anyone to do , it’s a beautiful historic city , with a lovely marina .
The main pool area is quite busy , beds are VERY close together and music is loud . The lake house pool area does feel calmer and more spacious . We used both as we had friends staying in a lake house room .
To conclude this hotel has a really beautiful outlook and most of the staff really tried hard to please everyone . It’s not the standard of some other hotels we have stayed in but this wasn’t an £8000 holiday . For the price we paid I think it was a good value holiday hotel and we had a fabulous time .

We stayed as a family of 4 end of September beginning of October arriving early hours of the morning to go through a quick check in process and head to our room 1049. The room was spacious and clean and everything worked ( unlike previous reviews ) but could definitely do with being updated, we also had a large balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Food - very surprised by how good the food was, yes you had the weird and wonderful mixes at meal times but the bbq and outside cooking was always delicious at night, snack restaurant was great in the day and always plenty for breakfast. Drinks - during the day yes its mostly in paper cups or plastic glasses for your beer, but that's understandable at night we always got glasses, cocktails are qreat and a good choice of the usual spirits you get abroad, and I won't complain about the beer! The reason we have only given a 4 is the splash park area and the main pool needed a really good clean, especially the steps going up to the slides. Highlight of the entertainment for us was the African dancers who brought such energy to the show and were unbelievable to watch. The staff are really helpful and you always find a way around the language barrier, massive thank you to guest relations who were always there to help with any questions we had Marcan and yousf on the bar and the lyranimation team for being brilliant with the kids. Would we stay at the hotel again? Definitely Although we would probably look at booking the lake houses instead of the hotel.

Overall resort to stay. There are activities mostly for kids.on web page says ultra all inclusive but in reality nothing is free, not even spa. I have been to other hotel ultra all inclusive and everything was included in price. Same food every day, only difference is the barbecue grill or traditional dishes. Most of the staff are friendly but not all! Big applause for Ömer from entertaining and Mercan from beach bar they save up everything with their enthusiasm and charisma. Ömer escorted us to the karma night club where was fun and help me to wish to my lady happy birthday on her day. Mercan from beach bar was always happy to serve and made my day with special shots. On the other hand management needs improvement a lot. We suffer a bus accident just a day before checking out and we asked to do late checkout because we have no time to pack our stuff and the request was promptly declined and told us to come next day when we need to do checkout and then next day they said that they are out of room and we need to leave at 12 o'clock. Shame, big shame on them. Drinks are local brands underscore lucky soft drinks were fine and ultimate the beer was good. I remember the housekeeping took our double blanket and give us a single one instead and in that night I have tried to call reception for a double blanket but the thelephone was not working properly and I had to walk to reception and trust me my room didn't was close at all, I had to told tell twice in that night plus one more time day after to finally get us next day afternoon. Bad service at all.

We’ve just returned from this hotel and i can say avoid it because of a number of reasons starting with its 5* rating . This hotel defiantly isn't its more like a 3* we were allocated a sea view room in the main hotel and found the room upon arrival grotty and grubby with food around the bed not cleaned up plus blood on the curtains, holes in the bed sheets peeling wall paper and the A/C didn’t work properly ! (It’s 32 deg there) the 2 family room isn’t as described its not got big enough beds for my teenage kids more for young kids around 6 years old . The so called 2 rooms are split via a old rough looking folding door ! plus sick patches outside the door and along the corridor . The main hotel represents something like butlins in the 80s its dated and requires refurbishing. We complained and was moved to one of the lake houses again this had not got big enough beds in the other room its very cramped more suited for young kids again, you were not able to walk around the bed to get access to the small balcony looking onto the hotel bins which were emptied everyday at 7am ! The A/C in the lobby and main restaurant in the hotel had been switched off this was due to the high cost of electricity in turkey which the hotel didn’t want to pay for ! The main bar had only one person serving loads of people queuing at night around the lobby also the main restaurant grill served most nights fried liver and turkey end trails which i gave a miss also they presented the raw uncooked meat on a table near the grill which was covered in flies this was while the Turkish guests were shouting abuse at the chefs behind the grill due to the queue stretching around the hotel ! Finding a table to eat at presented itself a task watching people wait for tables to be cleared once they had found one to stand guard at ! The food was the worst I’ve encountered as I’ve traveled to turkey 5 x if you wanted a waffle from the snack bar in the afternoon be prepared to wait 20 mins as always they had one person serving i gave up in the end ! Our room was never cleaned unless we requested it from the main reception which was also when we ran out of loo roll and floor towels. I’ve been some what critical in my opinion of this hotel but I’ve had to work dame hard to afford it and i don’t think it’s advertised correctly as 5* finally the entertainment was appalling only 2 shows out of the 10 nights we stayed was any good this hotel sits in the middle of no where so not much to do at night apart from sweating in the lobby bar!

Firstly I booked during covid and got a fantastic price and was here early May beginning of season. Hotel is a little run down but this wouldn't put me off coming again everything worked. Food plentiful and good quality, staff helpful and friendly, drinks available all day up until midnight inside the hotel and beach bar is open until 6am. WIFI worked well all over hotel and grounds several food places dotted around as well as drinks never far from food and drinks. Entertainment was good in the afternoons and in evening. No all staff spoke English but their willingness to help you will muddle through. Watersports are available at extra cost a free bus to a shopping village is available and I would recommend this. I would definitely return. Ignore all of negative reviews I had a great time.

This hotel does not worth a penny. We've just returned from an awful holiday. There is absolutely no air conditioning in the whole hotel, in the evening there are almost 30 degrees in the rooms. When arguing the staff lies that they're about to fix the problem, but they'll never do. I quarelled a whole week for that and they've sent the repair guys twice. The first didn't do anything just communicated to me via Google translator (LOL), that he's very sorry but the problem is not his mistake. The second guy fixed something FIVE HOURS before that we've left the hotel. The staff is not kind at all, public places are not tidy. There is no free place in the restaurant if you arrive at a wrong time. The minibar was not refilled just in the case when I quarelled for that at the reception. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, I had to quarrel for that also. There is practically nothing in the neighbourhood of the hotel, just one small shopping facility and a grocers' market. Side town is about 30 minutes drive away from the hotel. The food is OK, enough, a little bit annoying, there are not too big variations from one day to another. In the morning I had to prey each time for some butter. It happened once that the main bar ran out of ice! In a five star hotel. How come? During daytime it is impossible to find sunbeds neither at the pool nor at the beach. The indoor pool was closed. Once there was a short circuit and we were blocked in the elevator without any light or air. We tried to beat and kick the door, shouted but nobody answered, so we had to wait until the electricity came.
Upon our return I claimed for a compensation at my travel agent for the services I paid for and did NOT receive. I am quite angrry because of what happened there.
All in all, I recommend to everybody NOT TO GO to this hotel, if you don't want your holidays to be f....d up!

I’m Just back from a lovely holiday in Turkey. The hotel is 1 hour drive from the airport (if you drive like a Turkish) and 30 minutes from Side, which is the closest town. I cant share any transport costs as we hired a car which turned out to be the best for all the locations we visited.
This was the first time we ever booked a full inclusive hotel ( we travel a fair bit) and to be honest the experience was negative from our point of view. The restaurant was always crowded with people with crowded plates running about which looked like the food was going to end. The bar is very poor organised with some people getting table service and others needing to go to the bar and get their drinks and despite doing this when I confronted the gentlemen serving behind the bar that he was serving people that arrived after me his response was “respect me because I am working” in a very rude manner and making me feel that he is doing me a favour, sad! The main restaurant should have a booking system in place and the bar should be better organised so some indiscipline guest do not jump to the front like they are special. I would also recommend that you remove all the tip boxes you have in basically all sections of your hotel too as this makes you feel that in order to get the best treatment you have to tip them. The last negative point of view is staff training, it is very clear that the lack of English from most of your staff does affect your guests stay and it is sad to feel that it looks like if you are a English or Latin speaking person you get a different treatment as for example Eastern European, German, Dutch, polish or Russian….
You must be thinking why in earth did I give you 4 star review…. Simple, the hotel has everything it needs to improve and I think it can with training and some upgrading. I have to state that your entertainment team and program is top classe, very well done to the team who made my son cry in the last day as he was going to miss them. Special thank you to Sasha from the entertainment team and also a special thank you to the person that I consider a legend at this hotel Mevlot the luggage gentlemen. In general your staff do work hard and I think there is space for improvement.

Lyra is ok, good in parts but really bad in other parts
The children club is excellent and all the girls who run are are fabulous, kids disco at night is good fun too
Pier and beach is lovely and really like a 5* resort in that aspect
Some bar men are not the most friendly and act like you’re asking for a big favour and putting them out of their way when you’re only asking for a drink, I asked for a drink for my daughter who’s 6 and was giving a full blown alcoholic cocktail, not ideal especially having asked specifically when ordering and again when he gave me it that it was for the kids and he agreed. Incredible
The staff in general are all lovely and very helpful though
The rooms are ok, need some TLC a small freshen up, were cleaned every day though so can’t complain too much, AC worked fine but absolutely no wifi would work, we stayed in lakeside rooms which gave us access to the lake house restaurant which is no better than the big restaurant which is like a cattle market with mad people running about with plates full of food they’re never ever gonna eat!
Restaurants - awful. Now we’re not fussy but the food is not catered for brits at all, breakfast lunch and dinner all extremely poor. So poor it was laughable a few times and we just couldn’t eat anything. Even the ‘a la cart’ Italian was awful. Table Service non existent we had to go to bar in main reception for a drink then take back to restaurant
I wouldn’t return here, we didn’t pay much for 7 nights so the experience is kinda reflective of the price if we had paid a lot this would be mega disappointing
