Hotel/Motel near the ring road and which it overlooks is made up of 2 divided structures. Very well soundproofed throughout. Modern structure, in pure white, has an underground car park which leads directly into the hall/rooms in complete privacy and comfort (especially for loading/unloading luggage). The modern Hall is enriched by unique works, refined in detail, with attention to the green.
Fast check-in service, courteous and helpful staff. The spacious, well-lit rooms are very clean and well soundproofed.
The lighting is managed via a panel on the sides of the headboard of the bed (once you lie down there is a convenient mini box for managing all the lights)
My score on the sanitary cleanliness check is 10. Sabina, as mentioned on the card informing who took care of the room cleaning, did her job impeccably. The hairdryer is powerful and the shower relaxing. I appreciated the two-way opening of the bathroom door. In the brochure on the wave desk you will find paid services (beautician/massage therapist) but also a list of body care objects that you may have forgotten (e.g. toothbrush, comb, razor, sanitary pads, etc.) as well as the possibility of being able to request a pillow suited to your needs (orthopaedic, memory foam, anti-suffocation etc.) is no small feat! The air conditioning is diffused discreetly. In the room there is a safe and a very well-stocked minibar equipped with an automatic detection system for drink consumption.
The exterior is well looked after, equipped with coolers for the restaurant area (in Milan the sultry heat is truly unbearable) and a bar.
The breakfast is continental, varied and well prepared. You will find everything between sweet and savory. My only negative opinion is on the coffee and fruit juice dispensing machine. Both drinks are very diluted. Espresso coffee, even if it is dispensed by a machine, cannot be so watered down, even though it starts from grinding the coffee bean!
Staff present in the room for the immediate clearing and cleaning of the tables.
At check-out the Management will present you with a gift.

-The room is well cleaned and equipped
-Comfortable and comfortable bed
-Good sound insulation
-Comfortable, clean and well-equipped bathroom
In general, traveling for work and having seen various hotels, the general impression was excellent, various details demonstrate care and are not common in all hotels, certainly one of the best I have been a guest of.
The use of the SPA in an exclusive way certainly gives a "VIP" feeling, the Sauna and Turkish bath are certainly of a good standard compared to other SPAs visited.
The restaurant certainly proves to be a strong point of the structure, both the dishes tried and the service prove to be of an excellent level and contribute in a pleasant way to a good overall experience. The cellar also proved to be up to the culinary offering.
The breakfast is varied and well organised, everything is well labeled and the products tested are of good quality. The choice focused more on fresh and unpackaged products is certainly appreciable.
Overall, absolutely recommended.

We booked this hotel for our wedding guests and also for us to stay the night of the wedding. The staff did a great job and went out of their way to make sure they identified all 60 of our guests and made them feel at home. The hotel manager made himself available to us as an escalate point in case we needed anything which we did a few times and he was straight onto it.
Lovely customer service all around and this hotel will be our first choice when staying in Milan.

I stayed here as a get away over new years fir 5 days would not really recommend

The reason i booked this was because i seen "it says" there was loads of activities to do and it had pool and other stuff ect.. However with the pool i wouldn't call it a pool it was very small and you have to pay 15 euro for 1hour.
The annoying thing is the "Pool" was always fully booked so impossible to use.
There is very overpriced stuff in this hotel for example the taxi service was 20euro for less than 5 minute journey to local train station "Busto Arsizio" i would advise using local taxi service which was 10-15 euro.
With the room i booked i should have got bath robes but i didn't, i went down and asked where it was and they said i had to rent them for 40 euros for two. There is lots more sneaky prices like this just beware.

If you are booking this hotel to visit Milan i would not make same mistake we did and book this hotel just because it looks nice.
Getting into Milan doesn't take long at all around 30 minutes from train station but with taxi services + waiting time its easier to book a hotel in Milan even though it is not "Boutique" it would be much easier due to this hotel
was nothing really special in my opinion.

I'm not sure if its normal but from 7pm it seems impossible to get an taxi within this area and when i wanted to use the taxi service provided by mo.om hotel it wasn't available ironic this happened twice on this trip.

The breakfast from the hotel was very average i have never had peas with my breakfast before this trip wouldn't really recommend either. The staff here was also friendly didn't really have any issues and they spoke good English. One thing i
didn't expect was room service each day you stay they will clean your room which is a good plus. However one of the days stayed i was in the room the cleaner was trying to get in to clean i said no room service many times but they was
ambient and committed felt like they was going to break door down to clean my room couldn't take no for answer.

The hotel design inside was very nice and clean.

The gym was very small with minimal in and you have to book 30miniute time slots there's not really much in the gym either due to how small the gym was. I'm certain the hotel room bathrooms was bigger than the gym itself.

Overall it was an average hotel wouldn't go again nor recommend, the area this is located based isn't great either there's not much footpath to walk or anything to do the shops are not great either my advice if your going Milan book somewhere near Milan you wont regret it and if your going lake Como book somewhere in that area as this hotel is located within middle of them both. As stated this "boutique" hotel is nothing special as it makes out to be.

Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your experience with us. If you are interested in a direct discussion with us, I would ask you to provide us with an email address or telephone number. In the meantime, I leave you ours (sales@moomhotel.com) to which you can write. Thank you for the compliments on the design of the Hotel and for the breakfast. As for the area, our hotel is located in a strategic position just 10 minutes by car from Milan Malpensa airport, 10 minutes by car from the Busto Arsizio train station and 30 minutes from Milan and the main lakes of Lombardy. As for the Spa, I inform you that it cost €34 per person. Those who book it have the right to use it privately and exclusively for an hour and a half of time (sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, relaxation area and large heated hydromassage pool). No one else will be able to access it. I hope that for a next stay you will be able to try it! In addition, our Spa Kits for hire have a rate of €6 per Kit. Thank you, Beatrice

I stayed at the Moom in 2011 and 2012 and loved it— not so much this time. While the breakfast buffet and happy hour are wonderful, the rooms were awful. We booked two rooms- one for me and one for my husband and a kid in each room. They set the temperature at 23– you cannot change it. The staff put us in a handicapped room - the toilet was 2feet off the ground, furniture was missing from the room, and there was no place to set belongings in the bathroom. The space was awkward and not cozy at all. Then, when we checked out, they told us there was an 80 Euro “child fee”. This wasn’t in the original booking — why us there a child fee? Did we just get ripped off? Impossible to know. While the original booking suggested this would cost one price, the final price was Much more.

Dear Guest, thank you for having reviewed our structure. The Superior Hotel rooms, which you book, are all the same: except for some that are equipped with a grab bar in the bathroom (to facilitate the movement of disabled people). The temperature in the rooms can be changed up to a maximum of 3 degrees: for changes above these, the reception is open 24 hours a day and can change your temperature remotely. Unfortunately, your booking entered through Booking.com only for two people: at the time of check-in, since there were four of you, we applied the supplement of € 10 per day for the third and fourth person. I wish you a good day, Beatrice

Brilliant hotel room!
The mezzanine bedroom coupled with the concrete floor provided incredible acoustics for the perfect bed fart. The sound was clean and crisp as it echoed around the room. Would definitely recommend for anybody who appreciates the delicate brilliance of a well crafted air biscuit.

Delightful hotel, located in a strategic position: in the tranquility of Olgiate Olona, a few minutes from the motorway entrance; Milan is less than 50 km away.
Friendly, helpful and prepared staff.
The room I used was spacious and well-stocked (fridge bar, kettle for herbal teas), soft linen, designer bathroom with spectacular shower and scented body products.
The services are of the highest quality, worthy of the best international 4-star hotels.
Excellent cleaning.
The restaurant is also excellent, tried it one evening for dinner.

I returned to this hotel after years, always for a business trip.
Luckily I was given a junior suite and you can see the difference.
The room is huge, the bathroom is a parade ground and, listen, the water doesn't come out.
The glass above the bed is very particular: so as not to feel alone even on those working evenings.
Breakfast in the main complex is adequate for the hotel structure.

The staff provided me with partial and imprecise information on the services offered, effectively taking away my possibility of choosing. They induced me to make choices that I would not have made if, right from the start, they had put me in a position to choose. Clearly all to the benefit of the hotel.
The continental buffet breakfast is consumed in a narrow and crowded room reminiscent of the company canteen, the tables are small and too close together and the environment communicates that feeling of having to hurry up and eat to free up the table for the other guests.
Impossible to view the hotel regulations, even if insistently requested. Same impossibility in conferring with someone on the staff who has decision-making power.
The hotel is very large and I have seen people checking in/out at any time of the day or night, only at night there is only one person at the front desk.

We spent a night in a motel room, in the garden area, the cost of which was also higher than that of the central structure.
An odyssey at the reception to have the price of the offer advertised on the internet applied, as in previous times the price is always higher and never favorable to the customer, lack of clarity, correctness, respect for the customer

For a four-star hotel and not an absolutely cheap one, it is not possible to find very old televisions in the rooms belonging to a technology that has been outdated for several years.
The connection of the TV with the internet and/or mobile phone is consequently not permitted, the remote control is broken, it is impossible to view certain channels that one would expect to be able to find in a motel and total misinformation on the part of the reception staff. Lack of privacy, in the corridors, noise at all hours, maid entering the room early in the morning apologizing for having disturbed, noisy lawnmower already working early in the morning

There was also little attention to ancillary services, there were no slippers and no toothbrushes either.
No practical, functional indications to illustrate the services available, check out times, breakfast, type of visible channels
